An antenna installation structure includes an antenna substrate, an insulation layer, and a bonding material. The antenna substrate includes a dielectric base including a first main surface and a second main surface, and an antenna conductor and a ground conductor which are on the first main surface and are separated from each other. The insulation layer is in contact with the first main surface of the antenna substrate. The bonding material is between the insulation layer and a radiation side wall of a housing and is in contact with the insulation layer and the radiation side wall. The porosity of the insulation layer is lower than the porosity of the bonding material.

A control circuit includes a first output unit configured to output a constant bias current for setting an electrical bias state of a bias circuit to the bias circuit; a second output unit configured to output a bias control current or constant voltage for controlling the electrical bias state of the bias circuit to the bias circuit; a resistor having one end connected to a reference potential; and a switch provided between another end of the resistor and an output terminal of the second output unit.

Control circuit for power amplifier

An inductor includes first and second wirings respectively formed in a substantially spiral shape on first and second surfaces of a multilayer substrate. The multilayer substrate includes plural dielectric layers stacked on each other in a predetermined direction. The multilayer substrate includes a first layer having the first surface, which is an end surface in the predetermined direction, and a second layer having the second surface within the multilayer substrate. The width of the second wiring is smaller than that of the first wiring. The first and second wirings are electrically connected in parallel with each other. The inductance of the first wiring and that of the second wiring are substantially equal to each other. When the first and second wirings are projected on the first surface in the predetermined direction, entirety of a projected image of the second wiring is contained within that of the first wiring.
