A demister for collecting a mist containing COabsorption liquid, the demister comprising a plurality of laminates each including a first layer in which a plurality of linear structures having the axial direction aligned with a first direction are arranged in parallel to a second direction orthogonal to the first direction and a second layer in which a plurality of linear structures having the axial direction aligned with a direction different from the first direction are arranged in parallel in a direction orthogonal to said axial direction, wherein the laminates are stacked in a direction orthogonal to both the first and second directions.
