The CPU extracts a frame to be subjected to a support process, which is a diagnosis support process or an imaging support process, from the moving image. A GPU executes the support process for the extracted frame.

A radiography system includes a radiation source that emits radiation, an electronic cassette that receives the radiation and detects a radiographic image, a portable first retainer that holds the electronic cassette, a string that is attached to the first retainer, and a camera that images the string. The first retainer includes a lock portion and a movable portion as an inclination change mechanism that can change an inclination of the electronic cassette with respect to the radiation source. The string and the camera constitute a first detection mechanism that detects an inclination of the electronic cassette about an X-axis which intersects a Z-axis and is directed toward the radiation source in a case in which a radiation detection surface of the electronic cassette and the radiation source are disposed to face each other.

A radiography system includes: a radiation source that emits radiation; an imaging stand having a detection panel that generates a radiation image by detecting the radiation; a lifting device on which a subject to be examined is placed; a misalignment amount detection device that detects a relative misalignment amount between the imaging stand and the subject to be examined; and a lifting control device that lifts and lowers the lifting device on the basis of the misalignment amount detected by the misalignment amount detection device.

A mammography apparatus includes: an arm; a first cooling fan that is disposed on a stand side with respect to the radiation source in the arm, sucks air from an outside of the arm, and discharges air that has cooled the radiation source from a first exhaust port provided on the stand side with respect to the radiation source; a projector that is disposed in the arm; a second cooling fan that is disposed between the projector and the first exhaust port in the arm, sucks a part of air directed from the first cooling fan to the first exhaust port, blows the sucked air toward the projector to cool the projector, and has a flow rate smaller than that of the first cooling fan; and a second exhaust port that is provided separately from the first exhaust port and through which air that has cooled the projector is discharged.

A mammography apparatus includes an arm; and a stand, the arm is provided with a drive mechanism including a motor that rotationally drives the radiation source holding portion, and a first restriction mechanism that restricts rotation of the imaging table about the axis of the support shaft, the first restriction mechanism is disposed on a side opposite to a radiation source with respect to the support shaft, and the drive mechanism is disposed on a radiation source side with respect to the first restriction mechanism and in a case where a center line of the arm extending in a direction connecting the radiation source and a center of the support shaft is assumed, the drive mechanism is disposed so as to intersect the center line.

A radiography apparatus includes an upright imaging stand that is used for radiography on a subject, a camera as a detection sensor that immediately detects a state of the subject with respect to the upright imaging stand, a tablet terminal, and a reflective member. The tablet terminal displays a notification screen including an image output from the camera. The reflective member reflects the notification screen such that the subject facing the upright imaging stand visually recognizes the image.

Radiography apparatus

A radiation detector includes a sensor panel unit, a support table to which the sensor panel unit is attached, and two fixing members. The sensor panel unit includes two sensor panels. The sensor panel has pixels that sense visible light converted from radiation and generate charge. The sensor panel unit has a configuration in which an end portion of one sensor panel and an end portion of the other sensor panel are arranged to overlap each other in a thickness direction. A first fixing member fixes two sensor panels in an overlap region in which the end portions overlap. A second fixing member fixes the sensor panel unit and the support table in the overlap region. Radiation detector and radiography apparatus

A CT apparatus includes an annular frame that rotates around a subject positioned in a bore, three columns that hold the frame to be rotatable and movable up and down in a vertical, an elevation mechanism that moves up and down the frame, and a rotation mechanism that rotates the frame. A radiation source and a radiation detector are attached to the frame at positions facing each other. The frame has a width smaller than a width of the radiation source and the radiation detector in a height direction over a whole periphery. An imaging controller performs control for operating the elevation mechanism in response to a return instruction from an operator to move the frame to a retreat height position set at a position of a highest point in an elevation range of the frame on an upper end side of the columns. The imaging controller performs control for operating the rotation mechanism in response to the return instruction from the operator to rotate the frame to a position of 60° that is a first rotation position where the radiation source overlaps the columns.
