In a connector which accommodates female terminals in a plurality of female terminal accommodating chambers arranged side by side in a connector housing, each of the plurality of female terminal accommodating chambers in the connector housing has a protruding enclosure wall provided in such a way that walls enclosing the outer periphery of each female terminal protrude towards a direction of connector engagement with a connection mating connector accommodating male terminals which connect to each of the female terminals. Further, an inter-terminal through hole which penetrates through the inside of the connector housing and connects to the outside of the connector housing is formed in a wall coupling base ends of the protruding enclosure walls of at least one group of adjacent female terminal accommodating chambers.

There is provided a connector capable of reducing deterioration of the noise removal capability by suppressing deformation of a ferrite. The connector includes: a housing which is provided with a plurality of connector fitting portions to be fitted in a plurality of mating connectors, respectively; a plurality of terminals which are attached to the housing to project within the plurality of connector fitting portions, respectively; a plurality of ferrites which remove noise generated from the plurality of terminals, each ferrite being provided for the respective one of the connector fitting portions and having a through hole through which each of the plurality of terminals passes; and a plurality of pressing arms which are provided in the housing, each pressing arm holding the respective one of the plurality of ferrites.

The board connecting body includes: a pair of board cases electrically connected to each other when connectors each attached to a printed circuit board received in a housing of the board cases are fitted to each other; a receiving wall part of the housing of one board case capable of receiving the housing of another board case; a projection formed on one of the receiving wall part and the housing of the other board case; and a groove formed on the other of the receiving wall part and the housing of the other board case, the projection being capable of entering the groove, wherein the groove includes: a straight part extending along a fitting direction of the connectors; and a receiving part formed in such a manner that a width of the receiving part gradually decreases from an outer edge to the straight part.

There are provided a wire harness and a method of manufacturing the wire harness capable of reducing the assembling cost. Connector

A printed circuit board connector has a plurality of terminals which connect the connector to a printer circuit board and protrude outside from a rear wall surface of a connector housing . Tip end portions of the terminals are bent into an L shape in parallel to the rear wall surface and thereby aligned. A terminal cover is detachably attached to the connector housing so as to cover the terminals and a tip end of an insulating wall provided on the terminal cover is fitted into a groove formed in the rear wall surface , whereby distances among adjacent terminals can be widened and the insulation performance among the terminals can be enhanced.

Printed circuit board connector

Coupling connector

A connecting terminal provided with an arc discharge contact protruding forwardly and integrally formed at one side of a contact protrusion of a male terminal. The arc discharge contact comes into contact with the side surface of a side wall of a female terminal body before the contact protrusion of the male terminal comes into contact with a contact spring of the female terminal when the male terminal is connected to the female terminal.

Connecting terminal

A pair of terminals includes contact parts to be contacted with each other for conduction. Respective one of the pair of terminals has respective one of discharge parts formed integrally thereto. The discharging parts are contacted with each other before contacting the contact parts. The discharging parts are disengaged from each other after disengaging the contact parts.

Terminal assembly with discharge contacts and connector assembly thereof

A dummy tab is detachably held in a female connector housing. A dummy spring is detachably held in a male connector housing. When a male and female connection terminals are connected, the dummy tab comes into contact with the dummy spring before a contact protrusion comes into contact with a contact spring. This arrangement generates an arc discharge in the contact between the dummy tab and the dummy spring before the contact protrusion comes into contact with the contact spring, thereby to protect the female and male connection terminals as original contacts from deterioration or damage under an arc discharge.

Connector assembly with a contact protection function

A connector sealing structure comprises a first connector, a second connector that fits into the first connector, and a sealing pad inserted between the first and second connectors. The first connector has a first connector housing with a socket, and one or more terminal plugs. Each terminal plug has a pin projecting from the bottom of the socket. The second connector has a second connector housing with a leading face, and one or more terminal jacks inside the connector housing. Each terminal jack receives one of the terminal pins. The sealing pad is positioned between the leading face of the second connector and the bottom of the socket of the first connector. The sealing pad has one or more holes, each receiving one of the pins. A bank, which is made of an elastic material, is formed around the hole and tapers down toward the hole. The holes come into tight contact with the pins when the second connector is fit into the socket and pushed against the sealing pad.
