The ink has a viscosity of 1 to 50 mPa&#xb7;s at a shear rate of 1000 s. At a shear rate of 0.1 s, the ink has a viscosity equal to or higher than a viscosity &#x3b7; calculated using the following equation: &#x3b7;=(D)&#xd7;&#x3c1;/10/2+80 [where &#x3b7; is the viscosity (mPa&#xb7;s) at a shear rate of 0.1 s, D is the BET-equivalent particle diameter (nm) of the functional particle, and &#x3c1; is the specific gravity of the functional particle].
