A method for manipulating a flake-like material, the method comprising: (2) a step of grounding a first probe of which a tip is covered with a first resin film on the flake-like material left still on a substrate, and pressing the first probe to pick up the flake-like material; (3) a step of grounding a second probe of which a tip is covered with a second resin film on a surface on an opposite side to the first probe of the flake-like material picked up by the first probe in the step (2), and pressing the second probe; and (4) a step of transferring the flake-like material picked up by the first probe to the second probe by separating the first probe and the second probe, wherein (i) a thickness ratio (thickness B/thickness A) of a thickness B of the second resin film to a thickness A of the first resin film when pressing is not performed is less than 1.

Method for manipulating flake-like material and method for producing article containing flake-like material

Embodiments provide a door body for opening and closing a front part of an article body, whereby the door body includes a front panel constituting a front of the door body, a frame supporting at least a part of an outside edge of the front panel, and a back panel constituting a back of the door body. According to at least one embodiment, the frame includes a support plate extending to an inside of the article body in a substantially vertical direction, the front panel is bonded to the support plate with a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive film, the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive film extends from a leading edge of the support plate to an inside of the door body, and a radius of curvature of a front side corner of the leading edge of the support plate is 0.1 to 10 mm.

Door body

A first embodiment is a hard coat laminated film which sequentially includes a first hard coat layer and a transparent resin film layer from the surface layer side, and wherein the first hard coat layer is formed from a coating material that contains 100 parts by mass of (A) a copolymer of (a1) a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate and (a2) a polyfunctional thiol and 0.01-7 parts by mass of (B) a water repellent agent, while containing no inorganic particles. A second embodiment is a hard coat laminated film which sequentially includes a first hard coat layer and a transparent resin film layer from the surface layer side, and wherein: the first hard coat layer is formed from a coating material that contains (A) a copolymer of (a1) a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate and (a2) a polyfunctional thiol and (B) a water repellent agent, while containing no inorganic particles; and the surface of the first hard coat layer exhibits high abrasion resistance (steel wool resistance) as examined by a test under predetermined conditions with use of a JSPS-type tester in accordance with JIS L0849 (2013).

Hard coat laminated film

One embodiment provides a hard coat laminated film, comprising, in order from a surface layer side, a first hard coat, a second hard coat, and a transparent resin film layer, where the first hard coat is formed of a coating material including: (A) 100 parts by mass of a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate; (B) 0.01 to 7 parts by mass of a water repellent; (C) 0.01 to 10 parts by mass of a silane coupling agent; and (D) 0.1 to 10 parts by mass of resin microparticles having an average particle diameter of 0.5 to 10 &#x3bc;m, and containing no inorganic particles, and where the second hard coat is formed of a coating material containing inorganic particles. Another embodiment provides a hard coat laminated film having, in order from a surface layer side, a first hard coat, a second hard coat, and a resin film layer. The first hard coat includes a coating material that does not include inorganic particles. The second hard coat includes a coating material including inorganic particles. The adhesive film fulfills the conditions: (i) a total light transmission rate of at least 85%; (ii) a pencil hardness for the first hard coat surface of at least 5H; and (iii) a Y value for an XYZ color system of 1.5%-4.2%.

Anti-glare hard coat laminated film

According to at least one embodiment, there is provided a hard coat laminated film, including, from a surface layer side, a second hard coat, a first hard coat, and a transparent resin film layer, where the first hard coat and the transparent resin film layer are laminated directly, where the first hard coat is formed of a coating material including: (A) 100 parts by mass of a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate; and (B) 1 to 100 parts by mass of an N-substituted (meth)acrylamide compound, where the second hard coat is formed of a coating material containing no inorganic particles, and where the transparent resin film is a transparent multilayer film or a transparent monolayer film made of a poly(meth)acrylimide resin, where the transparent multilayer film includes a surface layer made of a poly(meth)acrylimide resin, the first hard coat being formed on the surface layer.

Embodiments provide a hard coat laminated film including a first hard coat, a second hard coat, and a transparent resin film layer in order from the outermost surface layer side, where the first hard coat is formed of a coating material containing no inorganic particles; the second hard coat is formed of a coating material containing inorganic particles; and the hard coat laminated film satisfies the following requirements: (i) the total light transmittance is 85% or more; and (ii) the pencil hardness of the surface of the first hard coat is 5H or higher.

Hard coat laminated film and method for producing same

Embodiments provide a door body which opens and closes a front part of an article body, and which has a front panel that constitutes the front of the door body, a frame that supports at least a part of the outside edge of the front panel, and a back panel that constitutes the back of the door body. According to at least one embodiment, the front panel includes a hard coat laminated sheet; the hard coat laminated sheet has a first hard coat, a second hard coat, and a transparent resin sheet layer in that order from the surface on the front side. The first hard coat is formed from a coating material which contains (A) 100 parts by mass of a polyfunctional(meth)acrylate, (B) 0.01-7 parts by mass of a water repellant and (C) 0.01-10 parts by mass of a silane coupling agent and which does not contain inorganic particles, and the second hard coat is formed from a coating material which contains (A) 100 parts by mass of the polyfunctional (meth)acrylate and (D) 50-300 parts by mass of inorganic fine particles having an average particle diameter of 1-300 nm. This door body may have a display on at least a part of the front thereof.

Embodiments relate to a layered film having an antireflection function and an infrared-shielding function. According to at least one embodiment, there is provided a layered film having a heat-ray shielding layer and a low-refractive-index layer in this order on at least one surface of a resin film, where the difference (Rh&#x2212;Rf) of the refractive index (Rh) of the heat-ray shielding layer and the refractive index (Rf) of the resin film is &#x2212;0.1 to 0.1, the difference (Rh&#x2212;RL) of the refractive index (Rh) of the heat-ray shielding layer and the refractive index (RL) of the low-refractive-index layer is 0.05 or greater, and the refractive index (RL) of the low-refractive-index layer is 1.2 to 1.45. The thickness of the heat-ray shielding layer may be 0.1 to 5 &#x3bc;m. The visible-light transmittance of the layered film may be 88% or greater.

Layered film having antireflection function and infrared-shielding function

An embodiment provides an adhesive film having, in order from the surface layer side, a first hard coat, a second hard coat, a transparent resin film layer, and an adhesive layer. The first hard coat is formed from a coating that does not include inorganic particles. The second hard coat is formed from a coating that includes inorganic particles. The adhesive film satisfies the following conditions: (i) the total light transmittance is at least 85%; and (vii) the pencil hardness of the first hard coat surface is at least 5H. Another embodiment provides an adhesive film having, in order from the surface layer side, a first hard coat, a second hard coat, a transparent resin film layer, and an adhesive layer. The first hard coat is formed from a coating that does not include inorganic particles. The second hard coat is formed from a coating that includes inorganic particles. The adhesive film satisfies the following conditions: (i) the total light transmittance is at least 85%; (iv) the water contact angle at the first hard coat surface is at least 100 degrees; and (v) the water contact angle at the first hard coat surface after 20,000 reciprocal cotton rubs is at least 100 degrees.

Adhesive film

One embodiment provides a multilayer hard coating film which sequentially includes, from the superficial layer side, a first hard coating and a resin film, and wherein: the first hard coating is formed from a coating material that contains a specific amount of (A) a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate and a specific amount of (B) a water repellent agent, while containing no inorganic particles; and the resin film includes at least one layer of (&#x3b1;) an acrylic resin that contains 50-95% by mole of a structural unit derived from methyl methacrylate and 50-5% by mole of a structural unit derived from vinyl cyclohexane when the total of the structural units derived from polymerizable monomers is taken as 100% by mole. Another embodiment provides a multilayer hard coating film which includes a second hard coating in addition to a first hard coating, and wherein: the first hard coating contains (C) a silane coupling agent in addition to the above-described components (A) and (B); and the second hard coating is formed from a coating material that contains a specific amount of (A) a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate and a specific amount of (D) inorganic fine particles having an average particle diameter of 1-300 nm.

Multilayer hard coating film

Embodiments are directed to a method for processing a film, which includes: (A) a step wherein protective films are temporarily bonded to both surfaces of a film that is a material to be processed, thereby obtaining a film to be processed to both surfaces of which the protective films are bonded; and (B) a step wherein the film to be processed to both surfaces of which the protective films are bonded is cut using a laser having a wavelength at which the protective films have an absorbance of 50% or more. Other embodiments are directed to a method for processing a film, which includes: (A) a step wherein protective films are temporarily bonded to both surfaces of a film that is a material to be processed, thereby obtaining a film to be processed to both surfaces of which the protective films are bonded; and (B') a step wherein the film to be processed to both surfaces of which the protective films are bonded is cut using a laser having a wavelength at which the film to be processed has an absorbance of 50% or more and the protective films have an absorbance of 50% or more.

Method for processing film

Embodiments provide a hard coat layered film having a first hard coat, a second hard coat, and a transparent resin film layer in order from an outer layer side, the first hard coat including (A) 100 parts by mass of a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate including 20% by mass or more of a tripentaerythritol acrylate, (B) 0.01-7 parts by mass of a water repellent, and (C) 0.01-10 parts by mass of a silane coupling agent, the first hard coat being formed from a coating material not including inorganic particles, and the second hard coat including (A') 100 parts by mass of a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate and (D) 50-300 parts by mass of inorganic fine particles having an average particle diameter of 1-300 nm. According to at least one embodiment, component (A) may be a mixture of tripentaerythritol acrylate and one or more species selected from the group consisting of dipentaerythritol acrylate, monopentaerythritol acrylate, and polypentaerythritol acrylate.

Hard coat layered film

One embodiment provides a hard coat laminated film having, in order from a surface layer side, a first hard coat and a transparent resin film layer. The first hard coat includes a coating material not including inorganic particles and including: (A) 100 parts by mass polyfunctional (meth) acrylate; (B) 0.01-7 parts by mass water repellent; (C) 0.01-10 parts by mass silane coupling agent; and (D) 0.1-10 parts by mass resin microparticles having an average particle diameter of 0.5-10 &#x3bc;m. Another embodiment provides a hard coat laminated film having, in order from a surface layer side, a first hard coat, a second hard coat, and a resin film layer. The first hard coat includes a coating material that does not include inorganic particles. The second hard coat includes a coating material including inorganic particles. The adhesive film fulfills the conditions: (i) a total light transmission rate of at least 85%; (ii) a pencil hardness for the first hard coat surface of at least 5H; and (iii) a Y value for an XYZ color system of 1.5%-4.2%.

A hard coat laminated film according to at least one embodiment has, from the surface layer side, a first hard coat and a transparent resin film layer. The first hard coat is formed from a coating material including: (A) 100 parts by mass of a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate; and (B) 1-100 parts by mass of an N-substituted (meth)acrylamide compound. The transparent resin film has a first hard coat forming surface which is a poly(meth)acrylic imide resin. A hard coat laminated film according to another embodiment has, from the surface layer side, a second hard coat, the first hard coat and the transparent resin film layer. The second hard coat is formed from a coating material which includes: (A) 100 parts by mass of a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate; (E) 0.01-7 parts by mass of a water repelling agent; and (F) 0.01-10 parts by mass of a silane coupling agent; without inorganic particles.

One embodiment provides a molded body that includes a resin substrate and in which: a part or all of the surface of the substrate is coated with a hard coat; a first hard coat is formed from a coating material that does not contain inorganic particles and that contains (A) 100 parts by mass of a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate, (B) 0.01-7 parts by mass of a water-repelling agent, and (C) 0.01-10 parts by mass of a silane coupling agent; and a second hard coat is formed from a coating material containing (A) 100 parts by mass of the polyfunctional (meth)acrylate and (D) 50-300 parts by mass of fine inorganic particles having an average particle size of 1-300 nm. Another embodiment provides a molded body that includes a resin substrate and in which a part or all of the surface of the substrate is coated with a hard coat, a first hard coat is formed from a coating material that does not contain inorganic particles, a second hard coat is formed from a coating material containing inorganic particles, (i) the total light transmittance is 85% or more, and (ii) the pencil hardness of the surface of the first hard coat is 5H or more.
