A controller of a crawler type work machine controls left and right steering clutches, left and right steering brakes, and a turning motor to cause the crawler type work machine to turn in either a slow turning mode or a pivot turning mode. The controller executes a hydraulic fluid amount control to reduce a hydraulic fluid amount supplied from a hydraulic pressure supply unit to the turning motor and to increase the hydraulic fluid amount supplied from the hydraulic pressure supply unit from the hydraulic pressure supply unit to the work implement cylinder when the work implement cylinder is driven while the turning motor is being rotated.

Crawler-type work machine

The bulldozer has a right first oil channel, a right second oil channel, and a right third oil channel. The right first oil channel guides a portion of the lubricating oil discharged by a hydraulic pump to a right steering brake. The right second first oil channel guides a portion of the lubricating oil discharged by the hydraulic pump to a right planetary gear mechanism. The right third oil channel guides at least a portion of the lubricating oil that has passed through the right planetary gear mechanism to a right steering brake. At least a portion of the planetary gear mechanism is disposed further inside than the right steering brake in a radial direction perpendicular to the center axis of an input shaft.

A bulldozer includes a control unit for controlling left and right steering clutches and left and right steering brakes, thereby executing a turning control of the vehicle. The control unit switches between a clutch control and a brake control on the basis of a differential between an actual turning radius and a target turning radius.

A crawler-type work machine includes left and right steering brakes configured to brake left and right output shafts, a turning motor configured to produce a rotation speed difference between the left and right output shafts, work implement cylinders configured to drive a work implement attached to a vehicle body, a hydraulic pressure supply unit configured to supply hydraulic fluid to the turning motor and the work implement cylinders, and a controller configured to control the hydraulic pressure supply unit. The controller is configured to execute a hydraulic fluid amount control in order to reduce the hydraulic fluid amount supplied from the hydraulic pressure supply unit to the turning motor when the work implement cylinders are driven while the turning motor is rotating.

A work vehicle monitoring system includes a work vehicle and a monitoring device provided on an exterior of the work vehicle. The work vehicle includes a steering clutch, a rotary member having a first hydraulic fluid supply channel, a drive unit, a support member having a second hydraulic fluid supply channel, a sealing ring disposed between the first hydraulic fluid supply channel and the second hydraulic fluid supply channel, a controller that controls a pressure of a hydraulic fluid inside the first hydraulic fluid supply channel and the second hydraulic fluid supply channel, and an external output component that outputs data related to the pressure, a rotational speed, and a time. The monitoring device accepts the data from the external output component and outputs maintenance information about the sealing ring when a predicted wear amount of the sealing ring obtained from the determination basis data exceeds a specific threshold.

Work vehicle and work vehicle monitoring system

A work vehicle includes a rotary member, a support member, a sealing ring, a pressure controller, and a vehicle speed determination component. The rotary member has a first hydraulic fluid supply channel to supply the hydraulic fluid to the steering clutch, and is rotated by power from the transmission when the steering clutch is engaged. The sealing ring is disposed between the rotary member and the support member and is mounted adjacent to the connected part between the first hydraulic fluid supply channel and the second hydraulic fluid supply channel. The pressure controller controls the engagement pressure to be a specific first pressure when the vehicle speed is determined not to be equal to or greater than a specific speed, and controls the engagement pressure to decrease from the first pressure when the vehicle speed is determined to be equal to or greater than a specific speed.

Work vehicle, monitoring system for work vehicle, and tracked work vehicle

A crawler work vehicle includes an engine, left and right travel devices, a power transmission device, left and right steering clutches, left and right steering brakes, a rotation speed detecting device, a brake hydraulic pressure obtaining device, and a brake protecting device. The rotation speed detecting device detects an output rotation speed of the steering brakes. The brake hydraulic pressure obtaining device obtains a brake hydraulic pressure supplied to the steering brakes. The brake protecting device refers to the output rotation speed and the brake hydraulic pressure to compute a heat rate of the steering brakes, and executes a protection process of the steering brakes by reducing the engine output upon determining the heat rate that was computed is equal to or greater than a preset first threshold.

Crawler work vehicle

An occurrence of steering clutch slippage is reliably determined in order to protect the steering clutch. A crawler work vehicle includes left and right steering clutches, left and right steering brakes, a rotation speed detecting difference device, a clutch hydraulic pressure obtaining device, and a clutch protecting device. The rotation speed difference detecting device detects a rotation speed difference between the input and output of each of the steering clutches. The clutch hydraulic pressure obtaining device obtains a clutch hydraulic pressure supplied to each steering clutch. The clutch protecting device refers to the rotation speed difference and the clutch hydraulic pressure, computes a steering clutch heat rate, and compares the computed heat rate with a preset first threshold to execute a steering clutch protection process.

A low-pressure pump supplies oil stored in a steering case to a steering device as lubricating oil via a steering lubricating circuit. A high-pressure pump supplies the oil stored in the steering case to a clutch via a high-pressure circuit. A transmission lubricating circuit branches off from the high-pressure circuit via a relief valve and supplies lubricating oil to a transmission device. A transmission-lubricating assist circuit is provided so as to branch off from the steering lubricating circuit and is connected to the transmission lubricating circuit. A transmission case stores the oil used to lubricate the transmission device. A scavenging pump returns the oil stored in the transmission case to the steering device.

Hydraulic system for working vehicle

An actinic energy ray curable adhesive contains a urethane resin (D) and a epoxy resin (E). The urethane resin (D) is prepared by reacting a diol ingredient (A1) having no (meth)acryloyl group, an optional diol ingredient (A2) having no (meth)acryloyl group, no carbonate structure and no alicyclic structure, a polyol ingredient (B) having a (meth)acryloyl group and two or more hydroxyl groups in a molecule, and a polyisocyanate ingredient (C) together. The ingredient (A1) is selected from a diol (a1) having a carbonate structure and an alicyclic structure in a molecule, a combination of a diol (a2) having no alicyclic structure but having a carbonate structure, and a diol (a3) having no carbonate structure but having an alicyclic structure, and a combination of a diol (a1) and at least one of the diol (a2) and the diol (a3).

Urethane resin, actinic energy ray curable adhesive, and back protective sheet for solar cell

A thermal transfer recording method forms a pattern on a marking film, which is a plastic film containing a heat adhesive resin or a plastic film on which a heat-sensitive image-receiving layer, composed mainly of a heat adhesive resin, is formed. A thermal transfer ribbon is prepared by forming a heat-melting ink layer on one surface of a substrate and is used to form the pattern on the marking film. The above method permits the facile formation of a fine or complicated multi-color character or pattern on a marking film in a quick thermal transfer operation at a low cost.

Method of thermal transfer recording on marking film

An image receptor sheet for use in a thermal transfer method using a thermal transfer material having a thermal transfer layer composed mainly of a thermoplastic resin, which image receptor sheet comprises a substrate and an image receptor layer containing sucrose benzoate, exhibits excellent image-receiving performance and adhesion to a transferred image and which gives an image transfer product excellent in scratch resistance, abrasion resistance and outdoor weatherability.

A data-written medium in which the data is readable with a light source having a main wavelength of 600 to 700 nm, the medium comprising a substrate and an ink layer containing not more than 0.1 g/m.sup.2 of a chromatic color dyestuff having absorption substantially at 600 to 700 nm and at least one other color dyestuff as the remainder. The ink layer is formed on the substrate so as to have a form constituting the data. Also provided is a data-written medium in which the data is readable with light sources having a main wavelength of 600 to 1,500 nm, the medium comprising a substrate, a first ink layer containing not more than 0.1 g/m.sup.2 of a chromatic color dyestuff having substantial absorption at 600 to 700 nm and another dyestuff as the remainder, and a second ink layer containing a substance having substantial absorption in a near infrared region. Each of the two ink layers is formed so as to individually have a form constituting to two corresponding data.

This invention provides a heat-sensitive transfer layer which comprises a substrate and a heat-melting ink layer provided to one surface of said substrate, characterized by providing, between said substrate and heat-melting ink layer, an interlayer which breaks away within itself by separation under heat at the time of heat transfer.
