A sanitary washing device includes a nozzle, a valve unit, a casing, a water supply hose, and a water supply connection part. The nozzle is configured to discharge water toward an ano-genital region. The valve unit is provided on a pipe line between a water supply source and the nozzle. The valve unit includes an electromagnetic valve. The water supply hose is configured to supply water from the water supply source into the casing. The water supply hose is flexible. The water supply connection part connects the water supply hose and the valve unit. The casing has a concave portion recessed upward from a bottom surface of the casing. The concave portion has an upper surface and a side surface extending from the upper surface and facing backward or sideward. The water supply connection part is provided on the side surface of the concave portion.

Sanitary washing device

A sanitary washing device includes a nozzle, a valve unit, a controller, and a casing. The nozzle is configured to discharge water toward an ano-genital region of a human body. The valve unit is provided on a pipe line between a water supply source and the nozzle. The valve unit includes an electromagnetic valve. The controller is configured to control operation of the nozzle and the valve unit. The casing stores the nozzle, the valve unit, and the controller. The valve unit is disposed further frontward than the controller.

A sanitary washing device includes a nozzle, a valve unit, a casing, and a toilet seat. The nozzle is configured to discharge water toward an ano-genital region of a human body. The valve unit is provided on a pipe line between a water supply source and the nozzle, and includes an electromagnetic valve. The casing stores the nozzle and the valve unit. The casing includes a low portion positioned below the toilet, and a high portion positioned backward of the low portion. A length in a vertical direction of the high portion is greater than a length in the vertical direction of the low portion. The valve unit is disposed in the low portion. A length in the vertical direction of the valve unit is less than a length in a longitudinal direction, and less than a length in a lateral direction.

A sanitary washing device includes a nozzle, a valve unit, a casing, a water supply hose, and a water supply connection part. The nozzle is configured to discharge water toward an ano-genital region. The valve unit is provided on a pipe line between a water supply source and the nozzle. The casing stores the nozzle and the valve unit. The toilet seat is pivotally supported to be rotatable with respect to the casing. A heater is provided inside the toilet seat. At least a portion of the valve unit is disposed below the toilet seat.

According to one embodiment, a sanitary washing device includes a nozzle being capable of discharging water toward a human body private part, a solenoid valve provided on a water channel between a water supply source and the nozzle, the solenoid valve opening and shutting the water channel, and a pressure regulator valve provided on the water channel between the solenoid valve and the nozzle, the pressure regulator valve regulating a pressure of water flowing through the water channel. At least a portion of the pressure regulator valve is disposed in a range to which the solenoid valve is projected from upward to downward.

A sanitary washing device according to an embodiment includes a casing, a water supply pipe, and a recess. The water supply pipe is connected to the casing. The recess is arranged on one of left and right peripheral sides of the casing and forms, on a lower surface of the casing, an open space capable of laying the water supply pipe.

Sanitary washing device and toilet apparatus

There is provided a sanitary washing device. The sanitary washing device includes a wash water heating part, a jetting nozzle, and a controller. The wash water heating part includes a first heater and a second heater. A resistance value of the second heater is higher than a resistance value of the first heater. The wash water heating part heats wash water supplied from a water supply source by only the first heater and the second heater. The jetting nozzle jets the wash water supplied via the wash water heating part. The controller controls a power supplied to the first heater and the second heater.

A sanitary washing apparatus is provided according to one aspect of the invention, where the sanitary washing apparatus includes: a washing nozzle having a water discharge port, where the washing nozzle is configured to wash a body of a user by squirting water from the water discharge port; and a casing capable of storing the washing nozzle. The washing nozzle is configured to change from a stored state to an advanced state while transitioning to an orientation having a greater angle of an axis of the washing nozzle with respect to a horizontal plane, where the washing nozzle is stored in the casing in the stored state, and the washing nozzle is configured to wash the body in the advanced state.

Sanitary washing apparatus

Provided is a dielectrophoresis apparatus with which it is possible to handle (move, stop, separate and sort, etc.) a dielectric particle utilizing dielectrophoresis and to measure dielectrophoretic force. The interior of a dielectrophoresis device that includes a case having a flat top or bottom surface is filled with a dielectric solution S and accepts introduction of a small target body (particle) P comprising a dielectric. A non-uniform alternating electric field is formed within the case. By tilting the case (through an angle &#x3b8;or other direction), rotating the case in an inclined plane (through a rotational angle &#x3b8;) or adjusting the voltage and frequency of the alternating electric field, imbalance or balance is produced between a dielectrophoretic force Fthat acts upon the small body and a force Fsin &#x3b8;ascribable to gravity and buoyancy, thereby enabling the small body to be moved and stopped. The dielectrophoretic force Fcan also be measured by using the tilt angle &#x3b8;of the dielectrophoresis device prevailing when the small body has come to rest.

Dielectrophoresis apparatus and method

There is proposed a control system and the like that can realize a CPG (Central Pattern Generator) network having high controllability. A control system (CPG network) includes a plurality of oscillation control devices (CPG) and one target signal generating device (rhythm generator (RG)). Each CPG and the RG are described by the Van der Pol equation, and an amplitude and a period of an output waveform are substantially independently controlled by an external signal. In order to control a phase difference between the CPGs, the period of each CPG is temporarily controlled through connections that are only conjunctions between the each CPG and the RG.

Control system, oscillation control device, and control signal generation method

In order to provide an apparatus and method generating chaotically behaving signals or data, a plurality of delay elements 10 to 14 are connected in series, and an output of the foremost delay element 10 is supplied to a nonlinear function element 30, while outputs of the other delay elements 11 to 14 are supplied to coefficient elements 41 to 44, respectively. The outputs of the nonlinear function element 30 and coefficient elements 41 to 44 are summed at an adding element 50, and the resultant sum is fedback to the foremost delay element 10. Initializing elements 20 to 24 release their respective initial values at one time to thereby initiate the operation. At an appropriate period of time .DELTA.t, the delay, nonlinear operation, coefficient multiplication, and addition are repeated.
