Each time the charging of an electric vehicle is executed at a charging station, charging information is acquired which is information on a charged capacity by one charging or a time required for one charging, and identification information of the electric vehicle is acquired. Each charging time, the acquired charging information and the acquired identification information are stored in an information storage unit so that they are associated with each other. The identification information of an electric vehicle is acquired which is waiting for charging at a charging station as a calculation object for which a charging wait time is calculated. The charging information corresponding to the acquired identification information of the electric vehicle waiting for charging is extracted from the stored charging information. The charging wait time at the charging station as the calculation object is calculated on the basis of the extracted charging information.

By the addition of the pit-edge control agent, deviation properties and jitter properties can be remarkably improved, whereby a CD-R medium having a low error rate and good recording properties can be provided. In consequence, stable compatibility with a commercial CD player can be secured.

A visible light curable resin composition containing a photocurable resin, a photoreaction initiator and a photosensitizer having the formula (1). The composition has a very high sensitivity to a general-purpose visible light laser, so that a high-speed scanning exposure is possible by the laser, and an extremely fine high resolution can be obtained. In addition, the composition can be used for coating or printing under safelight irradiating conditions and under bright circumstantial conditions without any thickening of the composition, and hence the composition can exert excellent noticeable effects in points of safe operativity, operational efficiency and the stability of products. The present invention relates to an optical recording medium having a recording layer, a reflective layer and a protective layer on a substrate, wherein a quinophthalone compound represented by the following formula (1) is contained in the above recording layer. The use of the quinophthalone compound or a mixture of the quinophthalone compound and a photoabsorbing compound having an absorption maximum in a wavelength falling in a range of 550 to 900 nm in the recording layer makes it possible to provide an interchangeable optical recording medium not only capable of recording and reproducing with a laser having a wavelength falling in a range of 480 to 600 nm, but is also capable of recording and reproducing with red lasers having wavelengths of 630 nm and 680 nm and a near infrared laser having a wavelength of 780 nm. ##STR1##
