According to one embodiment, a wireless communication device includes: a receiver that configured to receives a first frame; and a transmitter that configured to transmits a second frame including a first identifier and acknowledgement information on the first frame, the first identifier being extracted from a predetermined field of the first frame and being different from a source address of the first frame.

According to one embodiment, a memory system includes a non-volatile memory and a controller. The memory includes a plurality of storage areas. Each of the storage areas includes a plurality of memory cells to which threshold voltages are set in accordance with data. The controller acquires a first threshold voltage distribution of memory cells in a first storage area of the storage areas. The controller acquires a second threshold voltage distribution of memory cells in a second storage area of the storage areas. The controller detects non-normalcy in the first storage area or the second storage area from a first divergence quantity between the first threshold voltage distribution and the second threshold voltage distribution.

Memory system and method

An electronic apparatus includes processing circuitry configured to select a first interval to be used for an access to a medium when a first condition is satisfied. The first interval has a fixed length shorter than DIFS (distribute coordination function inter frame space) defined in IEEE802.11 standard. The processing circuitry is also configured to select a second interval to be used for the access to the medium when a second condition different from the first condition is satisfied. The second interval has a fixed length equal to or longer than the DIFS defined in the IEEE802.11 standard. The electronic apparatus also includes wireless circuitry configured to access the medium to transmit a radio wave conforming to a first wireless specification different from the IEEE802.11 standard after the medium is idle for the selected first or second interval.

Wireless communication apparatus and method

A wireless communication apparatus includes a transmission and reception processing unit which communicates using a first communication scheme, by using either a first inter frame spaces of a first type or the second inter frame spaces of the first type, wherein the second inter frame spaces is larger than the first inter frame spaces, the second inter frame spaces is determined based on an inter frame space used in a second communication scheme.

According to one embodiment, a wireless communication apparatus is provided with first and second determination units. The first unit determines based on a first carrier sense threshold whether busy state or not and specifies a first time when busy state is determined with the first threshold, and determines based on a second carrier sense threshold smaller than the first threshold whether busy state or not and specifies a second time when busy state is determined. The second unit determines, if at least busy state is determined based on the second threshold and the second time precedes a reference time equal to or earlier than the first time, to perform processing for avoiding interference.

Wireless communication apparatus and interference detection method

A wireless communication terminal including a transmitter which transmits, to an external device, a frame including n frame sets each including a subheader field, a frame check sequence field, and a frame body field including data, where n is an integer of two or more. The subheader field includes a sequence number field which notifies a sequence number; a more fragment field which notifies whether or not the data is a last fragment; and a frame body length field which notifies a length of the frame body field. A receiver receives, from the external device, a response frame notifying a successively and successfully received maximum sequence number which indicates a highest sequence number among sequence numbers indicated in sequence number fields of frame sets which have been successively and successfully received by the external device among the n frame sets included in the transmitted frame. The receiver receives one response frame per transmitted frame, even if more than two frame sets among the n frame sets have been successfully received.

According to one embodiment, a wireless communication apparatus includes a first processor, a second processor and a controller. The first processor generates one or more first frames and one or more second frames. The second processor transmits the first frames and the second frames, and receives a first acknowledgement and a second acknowledgement. The controller retains a first interval relating to a time interval between the first transmission request and the second transmission request and a second interval relating to a time interval between a first and a second time points, and controls transmission of frames to be transmitted based on the first and the second intervals.

According to one embodiment, a wireless communication terminal including a receiver, a first processor, a first storage, a second storage, a second processor, and a transmitter is provided. The receiver receives one physical packet that includes at least one frame body field, a first field including information on a length of the frame body field, a second field used to detect an error of the frame body field, and a sequence number field including a sequence number corresponding to the frame body field. The second storage retains a successively and successfully received maximum sequence number on the basis of a result of the first processor. The transmitter transmits a response frame indicating the successively and successfully received maximum sequence number when the first processor extracts at least one correct frame body.

According to one embodiment, a wireless communication apparatus includes following units. The first timer measures first time intervals. The second timer measures second time intervals. The time interval selection unit selects a second time interval among second time intervals included in each first time interval. The control unit controls the transmitting unit and the receiving unit to operate, during the selected second time interval, in a first operational state in which a transmission of a connection request signal and a wait for reception of a response signal are repeatedly performed, and to operate, during each of the second time intervals other than the selected second time interval, in a second operational state in which a wait for reception of a connection request signal transmitted by another apparatus is performed for a third time interval shorter than each of the second time intervals.

Wireless communication apparatus for establishing wireless connection using single operational mode for both transmission and reception of connection request and response signals, and method for same

According to one embodiment, a wireless communication apparatus includes a storage, a selection unit, a processing unit. The storage stores a first set and a second set, including first frame spaces of one or more types and the second set including second frame spaces of the one or more types, each of the second frame spaces that are identical in type to the first frame spaces being not less than the first frame spaces, and a second frame space of any one of the types being longer than a first frame space of the any one of the types. The selection unit selects either the first set or the second set. The processing unit communicates with a first apparatus, by using either the first frame spaces or the second frame spaces.

One embodiment provides a wireless apparatus including: a reception unit which receives a data signal having a header field and a data field, the header field including a reply request which specifies either an acknowledgement or a negative acknowledgement; a decision unit which decides a reception result indicating whether the header field and the data field have been received successfully or unsuccessfully; and a transmission unit which transmits the acknowledgement or the negative acknowledgement in accordance with the reply request and the reception result of the data field when the header field has been received successfully, and transmits the negative acknowledgement when the header field has been received unsuccessfully.
