Provided is a brake inspection device including: load torque measurement units configured to respectively measure: load torques as a motor is normally rotated and reversely rotated in a released state where an operation of a brake for holding a rotor with respect to a stator of the motor is released; and a load torque as the motor is rotationally driven in either one of a normal direction or a reverse direction in a locked state where the brake is operated; and a determination unit configured to determine a state of the brake based on the load torques measured by the load torque measurement units.

Motor controller

To provide a motor with a wiring board achieving simplification of work and suitable for automation of the work. A motor provided herein includes a wiring board attached to a stator with multiple wound coils. The wiring board comprises: a wiring settlement member where ends of the multiple coils are housed in their settled positions; and a circuit board with multiple terminals provided at positions corresponding to positions of the wiring settlement member where the coils are housed. The ends of the coils are connected under pressure to the terminals to form connections between the coils and the terminals by attaching the circuit board to the wiring settlement member.

To provide a motor with a wiring board achieving simplification of work and having low probability of contact failure. In a motor with a wiring board provided herein, the wiring board is attached to a stator with multiple wound coils. The wiring board comprises: a circuit board attached to the stator; and multiple crimp terminals arranged on an end face of the circuit board and allowing crimping of ends of the coils. The wiring board () is configured in such a manner that the ends extending along the end face of the circuit board are crimped on the crimp terminals, and the crimped ends can be bent to postures along a surface of the circuit board.

A braking apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention is a braking apparatus for use in an electrical motor, and comprises a braking unit which locks the electrical motor in position, a voltage detection unit which detects a voltage applied to the braking unit, and an observing unit which recognizes a voltage variation pattern and, based on the voltage variation pattern, observes the released and actuated states of the braking unit.

The axial direction length of the magnet is preferably determined by multiplying a reference axial direction length of the magnet with the residual magnetic flux density of the magnet and dividing this by a reference residual magnetic flux density of the magnet.

A connector for power or braking attached to an electric motor is based on resin molding around a ground pin and a power supply pin. In this connector, an electrical junction between the ground pin and the body of the electric motor or of a brake is disposed in a predetermined position on the inner peripheral side of a sealing portion which seals the interior of the brake or electric motor body from the air.

In a stator of an electric motor having a resin molding portion formed in an inner circumferential portion and an outer circumferential portion by means of injection molding, a partition member for partitioning the inner circumferential portion and the outer circumferential portion of the stator is provided in an axial end portion of the stator. Resin injected from the axial end portion flows in a bifurcated passage into the inner circumferential portion and the outer circumferential portion. The partition member may be provided with a resin passage which allows resin to flow from the axial end portion of the stator to the outer circumferential portion.
