The check valve includes: an inlet pipe body part () which includes an inflow port (); an outlet pipe body part () which includes an outflow port (); a mobile body (a reciprocative body ()). Insides of the inlet pipe body part, the outlet pipe body part, and the valve body () are communicated to form a curved flow path from the inflow port toward the outflow port. The reciprocative body includes a valve element (). The seat () is arranged so as to be capable of supporting the valve element and the inflow port and the seat are arranged parallel to each other. An inner wall surface () on an outside-corner side of the flow path in the inlet pipe body part is formed so as to curve toward a side of the outlet pipe body part as a position gets closer from the inflow port to the seat.

Check valve

The check valve () is of straight pipe joint type and oblique lift type. It includes: a valve seat (); a moving body () capable of linearly reciprocating between a closed state where it is in close contact with the valve seat and an open state where it is separated from the valve seat; a primary flow path (inflow path ()) on an upstream side of the moving body; and a secondary flow path (outflow path ()) on a downstream side of the moving body. The moving body includes a valve body () and a valve shaft () extending from the valve body. The valve seat supporting the valve body is formed to straddle the center line (CL) of the connection flow path that linearly extends including the primary flow path (inflow path) and the secondary flow path (outflow path) in a cross section including the center line thereon.

A reciprocating body () has valve element () including deflecting surface (), valve shaft () guided by guide cylinder (), and packing () having an annular shape circularly brought into close contact with valve seat () in a state where the reciprocating body () is in a closed position. The valve element () includes large diameter portion (), and small diameter portion () and deflecting portion (). The large diameter portion () has flange surface () supporting the packing () in a state where the packing () is exposed to the primary flow passage side. The flange surface () is formed such that the flange surface () is allowed to come into contact with the valve seat () via the packing (). Recess () is formed on the outer periphery of the small diameter portion (), and a portion of the packing () is fitted in the recess ().
