A connection terminal includes a tubular electrical connection portion into which a mating connection portion of a mating terminal is inserted. The electrical connection portion is provided with an elastic piece with a first contact portion and an opposing wall disposed opposite to the elastic piece. The opposing wall includes: second contact portions disposed on a front side and a rear side in an insertion direction of the mating connection portion, and projecting toward an elastic piece side; and a curved surface located between the second contact portions and curved so as to be separated from the mating connection portion. The curved surface includes a first curved surface located on the rear side in the insertion direction and a second curved surface located on the front side in the insertion direction. A curvature of the second curved surface is set larger than a curvature of the first curved surface.

Low insertion force female connection terminal

A lever-type connector includes a housing, a lever and a cover. The housing is to be fitted with a mating housing. The lever is pivotably mounted to the housing and fits the housing with the mating housing by pivoting. The cover is mounted to the housing to cover an outer periphery of an electric cable drawn out from the housing. The housing is provide with a deflectable lock arm. The lock arm has as a base end, a root part integrally mounted to the housing at a side where the housing faces the cover and holds the lever at a pivoting completion position of the lever. The cover is provided with a protective wall arranged opposite to the root part of the lock arm.

Lever-type connector

Provided is an electronic percussion instrument that is capable of simulating a playing technique for an acoustic percussion instrument. A tubular body part is opened on an axial end surface, and a head is attached to the axial end surface to be struck on the front surface. A capacitance sensor includes an electrode that generates a capacitance with respect to a detected conductor, such as a human body, positioned on the front surface side of the head. Because the capacitance sensor detects a change of a capacitance corresponding to a distance between the electrode and the detected conductor, whether the detected conductor approaches (contacts) the head or presses the head can be determined. As a result, the playing technique for the acoustic percussion instrument is simulated.

Electronic percussion instrument and detecting method thereof

Electronic percussion instrument

A water stop member of a crimp terminal is affixed to an inner wall surface of an electric wire connecting portion of a terminal fitting before crimping and forms into a first water stop area, a second water stop area, and a third water stop area after the crimping. The first water stop area suppresses entering of water from a space between the outer wall surface of a first barrel piece and the inner wall surface of a second barrel piece in the electric wire connecting portion. The second water stop area suppresses entering of water from the side closer to a terminal connecting portion of the terminal fitting than the distal end position of a core wire. The third water stop area suppresses entering of water from a space between the inner wall surface of a cover crimping portion of the electric wire connecting portion and a cover.

Crimp terminal

A water stop member of a crimp terminal is affixed to the inner wall surface of an electric wire connecting portion of a terminal fitting before crimping and forms into a first water stop area, a second water stop area, and a third water stop area after the crimping. The first water stop area suppresses entering of water from a space between the outer wall surface of a first barrel piece and the inner wall surface of a second barrel piece in the electric wire connecting portion. The second water stop area suppresses entering of water from the side closer to a terminal connecting portion of the terminal fitting than the distal end position of a core wire. The third water stop area suppresses entering of water from a space between the inner wall surface of a cover crimping portion of the electric wire connecting portion and a cover.

A connector includes a substantially box-shaped housing, a female terminal inserted inside the housing, and a busbar supported by the housing. The housing includes a terminal housing chamber in which the female terminal is accommodated, a locking arm having elasticity, and a guide wall which guides the busbar within the housing. The locking arm includes a first securing section at which one end side is secured, a second securing section at which the other end side is secured, and an arm section connecting the first securing section and the second securing section. A linking part provided in a linked manner from the guide wall is integrally formed with the second securing section. The distance between the first securing section and the second securing section is set as the distance at which the elastic force of the locking arm is the desired elastic force.

Connector

A connector () includes a connector housing (), a terminal () received in a terminal reception chamber (), and a retainer () inserted in a retainer insertion hole () of the connector housing () and configured to shift between a terminal insertion allowable position and a terminal fit position. A terminal locking protrusion () of the retainer () has a base protrusion () configured to come in contact with a rear wall () of an opposite terminal connection part () of the terminal () with the retainer () being in the terminal fit position, and a tip end protrusion () provided on an enter-side face of the base protrusion () and configured to enter space inside a connection part () of the terminal () with the retainer () being in the terminal fit position.

An incomplete fitting prevention connector includes a first connector, a second connector that is fitted to the first connector, and a connector position assurance lock that is slidably mounted to an outer side of the second connector. The first connector includes a male beak, a short spring and a terminal. The second connector includes a female lock passing over the male beak and a short-circuit removal plate part inserted between the short spring and the terminal. A draw-in slanted surface is formed at a leading end of the male beak, a restoring force for returning the female lock to its original position serves as a driving force for fitting the connector when the female lock reaches the draw-in slanted surface, and the insertion force of the short-circuit removal plate part applied between the short spring and the terminal is reduced.

Incomplete fitting prevention connector

A multi-connected connectorincludes a plurality of first connectorsandand a second connectorhaving a plurality of connector fitting chambersarranged in a row in a transverse direction to fit the first connectors. The first connectors include a connector whose length is different from the other connector of the first connectors in a fitting direction of the first connectors. Butting wallsas positioning parts that determine fitting completed positions of the first connectors respectively in the connector fitting chambersare arranged in accordance with lengths in the fitting direction of the first connectors to be connected so that rear end surfaces of the plurality of first connectors which are normally completely fitted are aligned so as to be flush.

Multi-connected connector

A female terminal includes a tubular portion which has a square tubular shape and receives a male terminal therein and a resilient member which is provided in the tubular portion so as to urge the male terminal toward an inner surface of the tubular portion. The resilient member includes a curved portion formed by a strip-like electrically-conductive metal sheet and a pair of mounting portions integrally formed respectively at widthwise-opposite side edges of the curved portion and extending away from each other. The tubular portion has a pair of side walls opposed to each other and has a pair of through windows provided on the side walls respectively, the pair of mounting portions being inserted in the pair of through windows respectively. At least part of each of the mounting portions located respectively in the through windows is greater in thickness than the other portion of each of the mounting portions.
