A grommet includes a base member, an annular water stop member, and a holding mechanism. The base member is made of a synthetic resin material having an insulation property through which a wiring material having electrical conductivity is inserted to be passed through a through hole of an insertion target. The annular water stop member is made of an elastically deformable synthetic resin material softer than the base member, and disposed integrally with the base member. The holding mechanism causes the base member and the water stop member to be held by an annular flat plate part on a periphery of the through hole of the insertion target and an annular projection part that is projected from an end part of an inner peripheral edge of the annular flat plate part toward one hole axis direction of the through hole.

Grommet

A grommet includes a fitting body causing a circumferential edge portion of a through hole provided in a wall body to be fitted into a fitting groove provided in an outer wall, and a first cylinder and a second cylinder causing a harness body to be extracted through the cylinder. The fitting body includes a cylindrical portion, a plurality of ribs rising from an outer circumferential wall surface of the cylindrical portion and disposed on the outer circumferential wall surface at equal intervals in a circumferential direction, and a first support portion and a second support portion provided for each of the ribs. The first support portion and the second support portion project from the outer circumferential wall surface to be high enough to suppress elastic deformation of the rib in the circumferential direction toward the outer circumferential wall surface.

Grommet and wire harness

A grommet applied to a wire harness includes: a body () fitted into a through hole and stops water from entering the through hole; and an umbrella-shaped unit including an annular wall section, a first lip section, and a second lip section, the first lip section and the second lip section abutting an abutting target surface in a state in which the body is fitted into the through hole. The first lip section and the second lip section are provided in the annular wall section so as to be located within an installation region of an insulator when viewed along an axial direction. The umbrella-shaped unit includes a stress concentration section that is provided in an annular shape in the annular wall section on a center axis side with respect to the first lip section, and is located within the installation region when viewed along the axial direction.

A grommet includes a fitting body causing a fitting groove to be fitted to a circumferential edge of a through hole, and a first tubular body and a second tubular body. The fitting body includes a tubular portion, a rib rising from an outer circumferential wall surface of the tubular portion, and a locked portion disposed radially inside the rib, rising from the outer circumferential wall surface, and configured to be locked to an outer circumferential surface of the first tubular body, to suppress elastic deformation of the tubular portion or reduce elastic deformation amount. The rib is elastically deformable in a circumferential direction, and the outer circumferential wall surface has a plurality of projection groups constituted by the locked portion and a plurality of ribs disposed radially outside the locked portion.

A grommet includes: a water stop portion that has an annular shape and is inserted to a through hole formed in an attachment panel for stopping water; and a first partition wall portion and a second partition wall portion that are unit arranged to project toward a radially inner side of the water stop portion. The water stop portion includes: a first contact portion that is capable of coming into contact with a first side surface of a circumference edge portion of the through hole; a second contact portion that is capable of coming into contact with the first side surface; a groove portion formed in an annular shape between the first contact portion and the second contact portion; and a recess/protrusion portion that is formed on a circumferential wall inside the groove portion.

A grommet includes a fitting body to be fitted in a wall body, a sound insulation wall body that has an annular shape and is in a space part inside of the fitting body, cylinders that are projected from both ends of the fitting body in an axial direction and allow a harness body in the space part to be drawn outward via inside of the cylinders, and an inner cylinder interposed between one cylinder and the harness body, in which the cylinder, having the inner cylinder interposed between the cylinder and the harness body, has a first cylindrical part on a free end side, a second cylindrical part having a diameter larger than a diameter of the first cylindrical part, and an intermediate tubular part between the first cylindrical part and the second cylindrical part. The inner cylinder has a variable cylindrical part.

A grommet includes: a main body part fitted to a penetration hole penetrating an attachment panel along an axial direction, stops water at the penetration hole, and has a wiring material inserted thereinto along the axial direction; and a tubular part unified with the main body part so as to have a tubular shape, and has the wiring material inserted thereinto. The tubular part includes a halved part formed to have a shape of a part of the tubular part in a circumferential direction, an open part where an inside of the tubular part is open at a position except a position where the halved part is formed in the circumferential direction, and an open/close part formed continuing from the halved part and is able to open and close the open part.

A grommet includes a main body part fitted to a penetration hole penetrating an attachment panel, and a tubular part unified with the main body part so as to have a tubular shape. The tubular part includes a tubular part main body formed continuing from the main body part, and a fold-back part formed continuing from the tubular part main body on a side opposite to a side where the main body part is positioned in the axial direction and that can be folded back to the outside of the tubular part main body. The fold-back part is foldable between an attachment position where the fold-back part is folded back to the outside of the tubular part main body, and a use position where the fold-back part is positioned on the side opposite to the side where the main body part is positioned.

There is provide an electric wire fixing device improving storage performance of electric wires while preventing the electric wires from being displaced along a longitudinal direction of the electric wire. An electric wire fixing device includes a bottom wall at which an electric wire is disposed and a pair of side walls extending from the bottom wall to position the electric wire between each other, one side wall being provided with a hole through which a fixation member for fixing the electric wire is passed. The fixation member is passed through the hole and wound around the electric wires so that the electric wires are placed close to the bottom wall and fixed. The bottom wall includes a projecting piece extending from the bottom wall and located between the electric wires and the bottom wall, and the fixation member is passed between the projecting piece and the bottom wall.

Electric wire fixing device

For an object of providing an electric connection box which can maintain waterproof when a car is washed by high-pressure water, the electric connection box includes a box main body having a groove recessed from an outer wall and extending straight; and a side cover slid along a lengthwise direction of the groove so as to be mounted at the box main body, and covering the groove when the side cover is mounted at the box main body. The side cover includes third and fourth plate members to be arranged within a same geometrical plane of the outer wall. The third and fourth plate members are provided with flaps projecting from the third and fourth plate members along a widthwise direction of the groove.

Electric connection box

An electrical wire jacketing configuration used in an electrical junction box herein has a body portion in which a recess is formed. The electrical wire jacketing configuration includes a gutter-shaped portion configured to pass an electrical wire therethrough, a slidable engaging portion formed in both end portions of the gutter-shaped portion in the across-the-width-direction, and is slidingly engabeable with a guide portion of the recess, and a projection extending from the gutter-shaped portion toward the recess so as to prevent possible erroneous or wrong attachment of the electrical wire jacketing configuration to the recess. The recess may have a secondary guide portion configured to proceed the projection into the recess such that the projection can engage with the recess. The electrical wire jacketing configuration to which the electrical wire is fixed slidably moves toward the recess in a longitudinal direction of the electrical wire, and thereby mates with the recess.

A tape winding structure at a wire guiding out portion includes: a gutter-shaped or inverted-gutter-shaped wire guiding wall; and a plate-shaped wire supporting wall opposed to an opening of the wire guiding wall in a wire radial direction, wherein a notch portion for exposing a wire is provided on an end of the wire guiding wall at the opening side, wherein the wire supporting wall is narrower than the wire guiding wall in the wire radial direction at the notch portion, wherein the notch portion is positioned at a corner in a crossing direction between the wire supporting wall and the wire guiding wall, and wherein when a plurality of wires are wound together with the wire guiding wall and the wire supporting wall by a tape, the wire exposed at the notch portion is adhered at a sloped portion of the wound tape.

A wire guiding out portion structure for winding a tape includes: a gutter-shaped or inverted-gutter-shaped wire guiding wall; and a plate-shaped wire supporting wall opposed to the wire guiding wall. At least two ribs for preventing a tape from slipping arranged parallel to each other in a wire guiding out direction are provided on at least one of the wire guiding wall and the wire supporting wall. A leading rib of the wire guiding wall or the wire supporting wall is projected longer in a wire radial direction than a second rib of the wire guiding wall or the wire supporting wall. At least two ribs arranged parallel to each other in a wire guiding out direction are provided on the wire guiding wall and the wire supporting wall. The ribs of the wire guiding wall are projected in the same height in the wire radial direction.

Electric junction box

There is provided an electric junction box for ensuring a watertight performance even when a harness with various thickness is applied, including a box body, a tubular guide portion projecting from the box body and guiding a harness out of the box body, wherein the guide portion is provided with a plurality of wall portions, divided along the axial direction of the guide portion, and at least one of the wall portions is provided with a movable spurtle as a spurtle and a bending portion formed between the movable spurtle and the box body elastically deformable in the outside direction of the guide portion, and wherein the inner diameter of the guide portion in neutral state that the bending portion is not in elastic deformation is formed to fit the harness with a minimum outer diameter.
