Breakage of a ring core or a bobbin upon injection molding of molten resin is to be prevented in a method of manufacturing a reactor including the ring core. A reactor includes a ring core, a bobbin, a pair of coils, and a plastic cover. The bobbin includes a pair of cylinder portions, and flanges connecting ends of the cylinder portions. The reactor is manufactured by following processes. First protrusions that make contact with an inner circumferential surface of the ring core are provided on outer sides of the flanges along a cylinder axis direction. Second protrusions are provided at positions facing the corresponding first protrusions across the ring core are provided on a cavity surface of a mold that forms the plastic cover by injection molding. The plastic cover is formed by injecting molten resin into the mold while clamping the ring core by the first and second protrusions.

Method of manufacturing reactor

A reactor () includes a bobbin (). The bobbin is a resin-made bobbin, and has a pair of flanges () that face each other. Coils () are wound around the bobbin between the pair of flanges. Each of a pair of plates () is bridged from the flange on one side, which is one of the pair of flanges, to the flange on the other side, which is one of the pair of flanges. The pair of plates abuts on circumferences of the coils between the pair of flanges. A resin cover () covers one of two outer peripheries of the coils. The two outer peripheries are defined by the pair of plates.

A manufacturing method of a reactor includes: assembling an assembly constituted by a coil and a bobbin by inserting the bobbin, which includes a tube portion and a flange portion, through the coil so that a tip of the tube portion protrudes from the coil; forming a cavity by installing the assembly in a first die so that a portion of a coil lateral face comes into contact with a cavity face of the first die, and closing a second die so that the second die is opposed to the first die; and extending first press rods from a cavity face of the second die toward the bobbin in the cavity, and injecting a resin into the cavity while pressing both ends of the bobbin in an axial direction of the coil from an opposite side to the portion of the coil lateral face.

Manufacturing method of a reactor

A knee brace capable of correction only in a required angle range and of reproducing a normal screw-home movement in a knee joint of a knee osteoarthritis patient having outer and inner leg joints including first and second couplings coupled at coupling portions. The coupling portion includes a cam groove, a long groove, a rotation fulcrum shaft, and a cam shaft. When flexing the knee, the rotation fulcrum shaft and the cam shaft slide in the long groove and the cam groove and the second coupling rotates around the coupling portion with respect to the first coupling to flex the leg joints, and when extending the leg joints, the rotation fulcrum shaft and the cam shaft slide in the long groove and the cam groove to move the second coupling on the outer leg side upward and rearward and the second coupling on the inner leg side downward and forward.

A reactor includes: a bobbin including flanges at ends of a winding range of a winding, at least one of the flanges being provided with a slit or a hole; a coil formed in a shape in which the winding having a lead portion is wound around the bobbin, the coil being molded by resin, and the lead portion penetrating through the slit or the hole; and a plate through which the lead portion of the coil penetrates, the plate contacting with a circumferential edge of the slit or the hole of the flange so as to close the slit or the hole.

The solvent treated layer of evaporated film of chloroaluminium phthalocyanine and chloroaluminium monochlorophthalocyanine are observed to have a high photosensitivity in near infrared region, especially over 750 nM of wavelength regions.
