A heating implement () for body of the present embodiment includes a first sheet () having air-permeability; a second sheet (); a heating element (), intermediately arranged between the first sheet () and the second sheet () and containing an oxidizeable metal and a carbon component; and a first adhesive layer () and a second adhesive layer () provided in one of external surfaces of the first sheet () which is applied to a wearer side, in which a region without adhesive layer, in which none of the first adhesive layer () and the second adhesive layer () is disposed, is provided in at least a part of an external circumference section of the first sheet (), the following relations (a) and (b) are satisfied, and the heating implement is perfumed with a fragrance: (a) a mass ratio of a content of the fragrance to a content of the carbon component in the aforementioned heating implement (fragrance/carbon component) is equal to or higher than 0.2 and equal to or lower than 0.52; and (b) the content of the carbon component in the aforementioned heating implement is equal to or larger than 0.89 mg/cm.

Heating implement

The present invention relates to a heating element () having an exothermic composition containing an oxidizable metal, a carbon component and water. Tri-alkali metal phosphate is contained in the heating element (), and the content of water in the heating element () is equal to or larger than 50 parts by mass and equal to or smaller than 90 parts by mass for 100 parts by mass of the oxidizable metal, and the content of tri-alkali metal phosphate as a phosphate group is equal to or larger than 0.5 parts by mass and equal to or smaller than 1.1 parts by mass for 100 parts by mass of the oxidizable metal.

Heating element and heating implement containing the same

A vapor heating implement satisfies: (A) the content of water in the heating implement is equal to or higher than 40 parts by mass and is equal to or lower than 80 parts by mass for 100 parts by mass of the oxidizable metal; (B) the content of the water-retention agent in the exothermic composition is equal to or higher than 0.3 parts by mass and is equal to or lower than 20 parts by mass for 100 parts by mass of the oxidizable metal; (C) the content of water contained in the exothermic layer (A) is equal to or higher than 8 parts by mass and is equal to or lower than 45 parts by mass for 100 parts by mass of the oxidizable metal; and (D) the content of water contained in the water-retention sheet (C) is from 15 to 30 mass % of the maximum water absorption of the water-retention sheet.

Vapor heating implement

A heat generating device includes a heat generating element enclosed in an air-permeable stretch bag. The heat generating element includes an air-permeable first side adapted to be located proximal to the skin of a wearer, a second side adapted to be located distal to the skin of a wearer, and a heat generating member interposed between the first side and the second side. It is preferred that a part of the heat generating element is fixed to a part of the inner side of the stretch bag in the overlap between the stretch bag and the heat generating element in a plan view of the heat generating device.

Heating element and heating implement

An eye-use steam-generating heating sheet contains a steam-generating composition, which is covered with at least a first moisture-permeable sheet and a second moisture-permeable sheet in that order. The first moisture-permeable sheet has a moisture permeability of at least 600 g/m /24 hrs, the second moisture-permeable sheet has a moisture permeability has a moisture permeability of 700 to 3000 g/m /24 hrs, the first moisture-permeable sheet and the second moisture-permeable sheet are provided such that a steam accumulation space is formed therebetween, and at least one of the moisture-permeable sheets covering the steam-generating composition has a water resistance of at least 400 mm. This eye-use steam-generating heating sheet is sealed for storage.

Steam-generating heating sheet for the eyes

The eye pillow of the present invention has a steam-generating unit that uses chemical energy. The temperature of steam released from the surface of the eye pillow which is applied to the eyes and the area around the eyes is kept at 50&deg; C. or lower and total weight of the eye pillow is 50 g or more. Preferably, the eye pillow has the steam-generating unit and a cooler which are attached to the eye pillow body removably. Thus, the moisture as with a steamed towel and the cold as with a cold towel can be continuously introduced to the eyes and the area around the eyes easily and safely to relieve the dry eyes, etc., while applying an appropriate pressure to the eyes and the area around the eyes.

Eye pillow

A frying oil or fat composition employable for producing fried foodstuffs having satisfactory crisp and well acceptable moderate oily or fatty taste comprises not more than 4.0 weight % of an emulsifier dissolved in an oil or a fat. The emulsifier should be chosen to make the oil or fat composition show an interfacial tension of not more than 7 mN/m at 80.degree. C., 3 sec. after the time when the oil or fat composition is mixed with water to form an interface between a phase of the oil or fat and an aqueous phase. A frying oil or fat composition containing a sugar fatty acid ester of a specifically selected composition, or a combination of a sugar fatty acid ester and a polyglycerol fatty acid ester and/or a diglyceride is also employable for the same purpose.
