A mudguard member for a saddled vehicle covering above a rear wheel, a rear fender as a mudguard member is formed from fiber-reinforced resin. The rear fender has a surface provided with a resin-made reinforcing rib, the surface facing toward the rear wheel. The rear fender is formed in an elongated shape including: a vehicle attached portion that is arranged at a vehicle-front-side; and a length extension portion that extends from the vehicle attached portion toward the rear of the vehicle body. The length extension portion has a top panel and side panels that extend obliquely downward from both vehicle-widthwise sides of the top panel. The reinforcing rib includes: longitudinal ribs that extend from the vehicle attached portion to a vehicle-longitudinal center of the length extension portion; and transverse ribs that are arranged in a grip pattern in conjunction with the longitudinal ribs.

A resin part for a vehicle includes a fender main body formed of a fiber-reinforced resin using a resin fiber, and a fastening section formed of the same resin material as the resin fiber, formed integrally with the fender main body and fastened to the vehicle body.

A resin part for a vehicle includes a fender main body formed of a fiber-reinforced resin using a resin fiber, and a resin structure section formed of the same resin material as the resin fiber, provided at least on an outer surface of the resin part main body exposed on an outer side of a vehicle, and formed integrally with the resin part main body.

A fiber reinforced resin product includes at least one layer of a first fiber reinforced resin layer in which first reinforcing fibers having a large breaking elongation are contained in a layered form, and at least one layer of a second fiber reinforced resin layer in which second reinforcing fibers having a smaller breaking elongation and a larger tensile strength in comparison with those of the first fiber reinforced resin layer are contained in a layered form. A seat for a vehicle and a seat for a watercraft include a polyurethane-made first cushion body covered with a seat skin. A thermoplastic elastomer-made second cushion body is disposed between the first cushion body and a bottom plate. The relationships of t&#x3c;t, 5 mm&#x2266;t&#x2266;30 mm, and 20 mm&#x2266;t&#x2266;50 mm are established, where tis the material thickness of the first cushion body, and tis the material thickness of the second cushion body. The resulting configuration provides a seat for a vehicle and a seat for watercraft which are capable of securing a good ride comfort.
