An electro-optical device is provided with a plurality of data lines, a plurality of potential lines supplied with a predetermined potential, a driving transistor controlling a current level according to the voltage between the gate and the source, a first storage capacitor which holds the voltage between the gate and a source of the driving transistor, and a light-emitting element. One data line among the plurality of data lines and one potential line among the plurality of potential lines are arranged to be adjacent to each other, and a second storage capacitor holding the potential of the one data line is formed by the one data line and the one potential line.

A display driver includes a D/A converter circuit outputting a gradation voltage to an output line based on display data, an assist circuit including a capacitor group and a drive circuit outputting a drive signal group to a first end of the capacitor group based on the display data, the assist circuit being coupled to the output line and configured to perform assist driving of the output line, and an amplifier circuit configured to drive an electro-optical panel. A display driver includes an operational amplifier, a D/A conversion circuit, a resistance circuit, and a resistance element. The D/A conversion circuit includes first and second variable resistance circuits including one end to which first and second voltages are input and another end connected to an inverting input node. The resistance circuit is provided between the inverting input node and an output node. The resistor is provided between the output node and the inverting input node. A resistance value of the first variable resistance circuit is set based on upper bit data of display data. A resistance value of the second variable resistance circuit is set based on lower bit data of the display data.

An electro-optical device includes: a wiring substrate connected to an electro-optical panel; and a driving IC mounted on the wiring substrate. The driving IC includes a first wiring line extending in one direction, and the wiring substrate includes a first reinforcing line connected to both ends of the first wiring line at a position overlapping the driving IC and electrically connected in parallel with the first wiring line. For example, the first wiring line extends from an input terminal to other terminals, and the wiring substrate includes a wiring line that supplies power to the input terminal via an electrode to which the input terminal is connected and a first reinforcing line connected to the electrodes to which the other respective terminals are connected.

The output control circuit outputs the first power supply voltage as the second power supply voltage when the third power supply voltage is lower than a threshold voltage, whereas the output control circuit outputs the regulated voltage as the second power supply voltage when the third power supply voltage is higher than or equal to the threshold voltage.
