A puncturing apparatus includes a housing having a first case and a second case, the housing configured to move at least one of the first case and the second case so that the cases are in an overlapping state in which the first case and the second case overlap one another or a non-overlapping state. A puncturer is housed in the housing and a puncture starting mechanism, having a puncturing button, is configured to activate the puncturer. A first safety section is configured to prevent at least one of the puncturing opening and the puncturing button from being exposed, by placing the first case and the second case in the overlapping state, and a second safety section is configured to disable operation of the puncture starting mechanism in the non-overlapping state of the first case and the second case.

Piercing device and blood inspection device

Disclosed are a measurement device and a puncture device that prevent thermal loss and enable decreased cost in laser units. A laser unit () of a measurement device () is equipped with a lens barrel (), a laser rod () disposed inside the lens barrel (), a flash lamp () which is disposed opposite the laser rod () inside the lens barrel () and in which an inert gas is sealed inside a hard glass tube (), and supports (), which are made from a material with thermal conductivity of 100 W/(mK) or more, at least parts of which are disposed outside of the lens barrel (), and which support the circumferential surface of the hard glass tube () in a housing.

Measurement device and puncture device

A blood test device () ensuring successful measurement wherein fingers scarcely slip out from the blood test device and blood never sticks to other sites in the course from the puncture of the patient's skin to the completion of the blood test. This blood test device () comprises a cartridge () in which sensors () pooling blood oozing out from the punctured skin are stored in a layered state, a transport unit transporting a single sensor sheet () from the inside of the cartridge () to the outside, a holder () holding the transported sensor (), a laser emitting unit () puncturing the skin in the state where the sensor () is held by the holder (), and a pump () keeping the inside of the holder () and the inside of the cartridge () under negative pressure.

Blood test device

A sensor holder comprises a sensor mounting part having a first face on which a blood sensor is placed, a second face provided on the opposite side from the first face, and a through-hole that goes from the first face to the second face and is large enough to allow a laser beam to pass through; a finger holding part that is provided on the second face and surrounds the through-hole, and a grip that sticks out from the blood testing device when the sensor holder is mounted to the blood testing device.

A blood test device by which the amount of plumped skin at a puncture site for conducting a blood test or collecting blood can be controlled so that a blood component can be accurately measured. The blood test device includes: a housing; an inner tube provided in one side of the housing; a reciprocating unit which reciprocates within the inner tube; a blood collection needle connected to the reciprocating unit; a blood sensor facing to the blood collection needle and being located at the tip of the inner tube; a measurement circuit to which a signal is fed from the blood sensor; and a negative pressure unit driven by the measurement circuit. An outer tube, that is a tube covering the inner tube, has an opening in the tip side of the inner tube, is capable of moving relative to the inner tube, and is provided so as to return to a definite relative position. The negative pressure provider can apply a negative pressure to the inside of the outer tube.

A blood testing device that can perform blood testing having lighting intensity independent of the number of times of piercing. The blood testing device () has a cover unit () removably installed on negative pressure chambers (). The cover unit () has a circular tube section () surrounding the optical axis of a laser unit () and having a predetermined length in the direction of the optical axis, a cover glass () placed on the optical axis of the laser unit () so as to be located at that end of the circular tube section () which is on the laser unit () side, and a slit () for interconnecting the inside of the circular tube section () and the negative pressure chamber () outside the circular tube section ().

Blood testing device

A blood test device using a laser as a puncture member. More specifically, in a blood test device using a laser as a puncture member, the skin can be fixed at a definite position by raising the punctured skin under negative pressure, and thus the skin is brought into close contact with a blood sensor and the laser is focused on the vicinity of the blood sensor face. Thus, it is possible to provide a blood test device of the laser puncture type in which the skin can be surely punctured while giving little pain to a patient.

A laser perforation device that has a simple structure and with which pain to a person in skin perforation is reduced. In the device, a laser beam emitted from a laser emitting device is branched into laser beam paths by splitters and mirrors and pierces skin by applying the split beams to the same position on the skin. Since the skin is pierced by a laser beam with a low output, pain to the person can be reduced.

Laser perforation device and laser perforation method

The laser radiation apparatus is provided having substantial light emission intensity although the laser radiation apparatus is miniaturized. A solid state laser rod; the excitation light source formed such that the excitation light source surrounds an emission axis in a section perpendicular with respect to the emission axis of laser light of the solid state laser rod; and a lens barrel placed so that the lens barrel surrounds the excitation light source and condenses light from the excitation light source to the solid state laser rod. Excitation light reflected upon inner surface of the lens barrel is radiated uniformly over the lateral surface of the laser rod so that laser active medium is efficiently excited, and energy conversion rate is improved.

In a process for the preparation of mononitrochlorobenzene by nitration of chlorobenzene using a mixed acid of nitric acid and phosphoric acid, the nitration reaction is carried out by using a molar ratio of nitric acid to chlorobenzene of not more than equimol in the presence of a concentrated phosphoric acid as the phosphoric acid component at temperatures of 50.degree.-120.degree. C. while maintaining the concentration of phosphoric acid to 72.4 weight % as P.sub.2 O.sub.5 or more during the reaction.
