A socket for electronic components includes a case that includes through holes of which inner wall surfaces have conductivity, and a ground contact unit that is disposed in one of the through holes and is electrically connected to an inner wall surface of the through hole. The ground contact unit includes a holding member that holds a conductive member and is fixed in the through hole. The conductive member has elasticity, and includes an intermediate portion held by the holding member, an upper extension portion extending upward from the intermediate portion, and a lower extension portion extending downward from the intermediate portion. The lower extension portion includes a ground extension portion that comes into elastic contact with the inner wall surface of the through hole, a fixed portion that is fixed to a substrate, and an impact absorbing portion that is formed between the fixed portion and the intermediate portion.

Socket for electronic components

An electronic component socket includes a shield plate set forming an opening portion, a movement member including a conductive member having a contact portion capable of contacting an electrode terminal of an electronic component, an elastic member which is electrically connectable to a wiring substrate, and includes a biasing portion having a biasing force and a base portion fixing the biasing portion. The movement member is disposed to move vertically above the elastic member in the opening portion, and the biasing portion elastically contacts the movement member. The shield plate set includes a protrusion protruding in the opening portion, the movement member includes a concave portion which engages with the protrusion, the conductive member includes an inclined surface portion which extends so as to be inclined on an opposite side of the concave portion, and the biasing portion of the elastic member elastically contacts the inclined surface portion.

Electronic component socket

A card connector includes a housing which allows a card to inserted thereinto, and a plurality of terminal members which is arranged in the housing, and is respectively connectable to a plurality of external connections provided on the bottom face of the card. The plurality of terminal members is composed of first terminal members which are arranged on an inner bottom face of the housing, are provided side to side along an insertion direction of the card, and are connectable to first external connections of the plurality of external connections of the card which are provided on the side of a rear end of the card, and second terminal members which are connectable to second external connections of the plurality of external connections of the card which are provided on the side of a front end of the card. The card connector also includes a driving member which is able to displace the first terminal members which are provided on the inner bottom face of the housing, and located nearer to an insertion slot of the card when the card is inserted in a direction apart from the second external connections of the card. The driving member is provided with a grounding portion which is located nearer to the insertion slot of the card than the first terminal members.

Card connector

There is provided a card connector device in which the length and the width thereof can be reduced. The connector device includes an insertion portioninto which a cardhaving a notch portionis inserted, and a detecting switchfor detecting that the cardinserted into the insertion portionis mounted at a predetermined card mounting position, wherein the detecting switchis arranged so that at least a portion of the detecting switchis positioned in a space defined by the notch portionof the cardmounted at the predetermined card mounting position.

A card connector device capable of detecting mounting of cards in predetermined mount positions without the provision of metallic sheet pieces comprises a first switch for detecting that a first card and a second card have been mounted in predetermined mount positions and a second switch for detecting inhibition of writing on the first card and the second card, the first switch and the second switch, respectively, including a fixed contact composed of contact portions provided on a housing, a fixed contact composed of contact portions, and a moving contact, which acts as the first and second cards are moved to predetermined mount positions, the respective moving contacts comprising torsion coil springs.
