A vehicle seat cushion frame includes longitudinal frame members, lateral frame members and a panel. A framework of a seat cushion is formed by connecting front and rear sides of the longitudinal frame members, arranged at both right and left sides, with the lateral frame members. The panel is fixed to the both longitudinal frame members so as to cover a space between front end portions of the both longitudinal frame members, including the front-side lateral frame member, from above. The front-side lateral frame member has connecting portions, at which the front-side lateral frame member is connected to the longitudinal frame members. A portion of the front-side lateral frame member, which is between the connecting portions, is thinner than the connecting portions.

Vehicle seat cushion frame

Longitudinal frame bodies that are disposed on both sides are coupled to each other by lateral frame bodies at the front side and the rear side to form a seat cushion framework, and a panel is fixed to both of the longitudinal frame bodies to cover, from above, a space between front ends of the longitudinal frame bodies that includes the front-side lateral frame body. A panel side of the front-side lateral frame body includes a concave portion to increase a distance from the panel.

Seat cushion frame for vehicle

A vehicle seat includes a seat back, a seat cushion, a connecting arm that connects the seat back with the seat cushion, a seat arranging mechanism for changing the posture of the vehicle seat, and a fixing device. The seat arranging mechanism includes a base member at which the seat arranging mechanism is mounted to the connecting arm. The fixing device fixes the connecting arm to the seat cushion and also fixes the base member of the seat arranging mechanism to the seat cushion.

Vehicle seat

A vehicle seat is provided with an operation member operated to tilt a seatback forward and disposed at such a position as to be operated from behind a seat body. The vehicle seat includes: an operation link connected at one end to the operation member and operated to be pivoted; a link mechanism that is pivotally connected to a lower end of the operation link, receives force, generated by an operation of the operation member, from the operation link to be moved, and outputs the force for cancelling fixation of a reclining angle of the seatback; and a torsion spring that is wound around a pivotally-connected portion at which the link mechanism is pivotally connected to the operation link, and biases the operation link such that the operation link is pivoted toward an initial position in which the operation link is located before being operated.

A high-strength ignition coil that can reduce stress produced in a coil case and prevent a casting material from being cracked when the ignition coil is mounted on an engine block. A coil case has a mounting flange on an outer surface thereof. A coil assembly is housed in the coil case. A casting material is filled into a gap between the coil case and the coil assembly and gaps which the coil assembly has. A plurality of first guide ribs are provided on an inner wall surface of the coil case or an outer surface of the coil assembly, for positioning the outer surface of the coil assembly with respect to the inner wall surface of the coil case. A limited area in which there is no first guide rib is provided on the inner wall surface of the coil case which faces the mounting flange, or the outer surface of the coil assembly which faces the mounting flange via the inner wall surface of the coil case.

Ignition coil

An ignition coil is equipped with a sparkplug of an engine. The ignition coil includes a coil portion, a tower portion, and a plug cap. The coil portion includes a coil case accommodating a primary and secondary coils being coaxial with each other. The coil portion has an end connected with the plug cap via the tower portion. The plug cap is press-fitted with the sparkplug. The coil case has an outer periphery from which a flange portion projects radially outward in a flange-projecting direction. The tower cylinder portion has a tower axis substantially in parallel with a coil axis of the primary and secondary coils. The tower axis is offset from the coil axis in a tower-offset direction. The tower-offset direction is substantially the same as the flange-projecting direction.

A high-strength ignition coil that can prevent distortion arising from pin marks formed on a surface of a core and makes it less likely for insulating resin to be cracked. The coil assembly is housed in a coil case. A casting material is filled into a gap between the coil case and the coil assembly and gaps which the coil assembly has. The coil assembly is comprised of a coil pair including a cylindrical primary coil and a secondary coil disposed concentrically with the primary coil, and a core. The core is fitted into a central space of the coil pair and forms a magnetic path. The core is coated with mold resin. Concave portions of pin marks formed on a mold resin coating by removal of core fixing pins when the mold resin coating is formed are filled with mold resin.
