An exhaust gas purification system capable of preventing clogging of a reducing agent injection valve due to solidified urea aqueous solution to prevent a decrease in the exhaust gas purification efficiency of an internal-combustion engine. The exhaust gas purification system includes a diesel particulate filter, a reducing agent injection valve and an SCR catalyst in this order from the exhaust upstream side. A condition satisfaction determination section determines whether or not urea aqueous solution is likely to be solidified when detecting that an ignition switch is turned off, and an internal-combustion engine stop prevention section prevents the internal-combustion engine from being stopped, based on a determination by the condition satisfaction determination section.

Exhaust gas purification system and method for controlling the same

Provided is an exhaust purification system capable of clearing a blockage of a reducing agent injection valve caused by solidification of an aqueous urea solution soon after starting an engine and preventing degradation in exhaust purification efficiency when starting an internal combustion engine. An exhaust purification system with a DPF, a reducing agent injection valve, and an SCR catalyst in order from the exhaust upstream side includes: an operation state detecting unit capable of detecting starting and stopping of the internal combustion engine; a forced regeneration control unit which performs forced regeneration of the DPF; a condition establishment determining unit which determines whether there is a possibility of solidification of the aqueous urea solution when the operation state detecting unit detects that the internal combustion engine is stopped; a data storage unit which stores the determination result of the condition establishment determining unit as data; and a blockage-clearing control unit which controls a temperature raising unit for raising the temperature of the reducing agent injection valve so as to raise the temperature of the reducing agent injection valve based on the data when starting the internal combustion engine.

[Problem] To provide a reducing agent supply apparatus that can quickly melt urea aqueous solution solidified in a reducing agent injection valve to allow early start of the injection control of urea aqueous solution, a method for controlling the reducing agent supply apparatus, and an exhaust gas purification apparatus. [Means for Resolution] A reducing agent supply apparatus, including: a storage tank for storing liquid reducing agent; a pump for pumping the reducing agent; a reducing agent injection valve for injecting the reducing agent pumped by the pump in an exhaust pipe of an internal combustion engine; and a reducing agent passage connecting the pump to the reducing agent injection valve, wherein, when the internal combustion engine stops, a purge process of collecting the reducing agent in the reducing agent passage into the storage tank is performed, and wherein, on part of the reducing agent passage, a siphon function portion is provided for, even when, at the start of the internal combustion engine, the reducing agent injection valve is in injection failure due to solidification of the reducing agent in the reducing agent injection valve, causing some of the reducing agent to reach the reducing agent injection valve after the start of the pump to cause the solidified reducing agent to melt.

A control device and method for exhaust gas purification that can prevent the adsorption amount from becoming excessively lower than the saturated adsorption amount and can prevent the reduction efficiency of the reduction catalyst from degrading, including a device which can predict a transition of the temperature of the reduction catalyst and determine whether that temperature is decreasing; an apparatus which can control injection of the reducing agent according to a first amount that is smaller than a saturated amount corresponding to the temperature of the catalyst if it is determined that the temperature does not decrease continuously for a time; and a second apparatus which can control the injection of the reducing agent according to a second amount that is larger than the first amount and smaller than the saturated amount if it is determined that the temperature of the reduction catalyst continuously decreases for a time.

An exhaust gas purification device is capable of diffusing and introducing a reducing agent into a NOcatalyst arranged in a downstream side exhaust gas passage. A housing of the device includes a main body in which an upstream side exhaust gas passage and the downstream side exhaust gas passage are housed, and a cap attached to a first surface of the main body provided with an outlet side opening of the upstream side exhaust gas passage and an inlet side opening of the downstream side exhaust gas passage. At least one of the first surface of the main body and a second surface in the cap which faces the first surface includes a guide portion, for guiding an exhaust gas flow, and a reducing agent diffusion portion, for facilitating mixing of the reducing agent with the exhaust gas.
