An input device includes: an inputter to which an operation is input by a user; a frame that holds the inputter and moves in a first direction in response to the operation input by the user; a substrate disposed on a side to which the frame moves in the first direction; a first elastic body disposed between the frame and the substrate; a load sensor that detects a load applied to the inputter, based on the movement of the frame in the first direction; a restrictor that restricts the movement of the frame in a second direction that is opposite to the first direction; and a second elastic body disposed between the restrictor and the movable portion. The second elastic body has a repulsion elasticity lower than a repulsion elasticity of the first elastic body.

Input device and vehicle

A display device including (i) a light source and (ii) a light guide body which guides light emitted by the light source, and includes: a light guide leg that guides the light entering through a light entrance surface; and a light exit portion connected to the light guide leg and including a reflection design portion which reflects, in a first direction, a portion of the light guided by the light guide leg and another reflection design portion which reflects, in the first direction, another portion of the light. When viewed in the first direction, the reflection design portion is disposed in a first region on a second direction side with respect to a connecting portion of the light exit portion connected to the light guide leg, and the other reflection design portion is disposed in a second region on a third direction side with respect to the connecting portion.

Display device and input device

An input device includes: a switch to be switched by being pressed; a plurality of light sources including a first light source and a second light source; and a light guide that guides light emitted from each of the plurality of light sources. The light guide includes: an emission part that emits the light; a first light guide leg that is coupled to the emission part and guides first light to the emission part; and a second light guide leg that is coupled to the emission part and guides second light to the emission part. The emission part includes a first design that illuminates by reflecting the first light, and a second design that illuminates by reflecting the second light. The first light guide leg includes a first reflection surface that reflects the first light. The second light guide leg includes a second reflection surface that reflects the second light.

Input device

An input device includes a switch, light sources, and a light guide body. The switch is configured to switch between ON and OFF by being pressed. The light sources include a first light source and a second light source disposed at a position different from a position of the first light source. The light guide body guides a light emitted from the light sources in an opposite direction opposite from a pressing direction of the switch. The light guide body includes an output section, a first light guide leg section, and a second light guide leg section. The output section outputs the light emitted from the light sources in the opposite direction. The first light guide leg section is connected to the output section and guides the first light emitted by the first light source to the output section. The second light guide leg section is connected to the output section and guides the second light emitted by the second light source to output section. The output section includes a first design configured to emit light by reflecting the first light in the opposite direction and a second design configured to emit light by reflecting the second light in the opposite direction.

A monopole antenna is formed of a ground plane, a flat conductor faced to the ground plane and separated from it by a clearance 'H', and a linear conductor that is connected to the flat conductor, extended on the ground plane side in an insulated state from the ground plane, and connected to a signal source. The flat conductor is formed of an inner conductor, and outer conductors disposed on the outer periphery of the inner conductor at a predetermined interval. Set regions of the outer edge of the inner conductor and the inner edges of the outer conductors are interconnected through one or more coupling conductors.

Monopole antenna

A ring electrode is disposed in a ring shape opposite to a grounded electrode in a flat shape at a predetermined distance therefrom. A connection member is disposed which is made up of impedance converting portion and transmission line portion, connected in series with impedance converting portion, between the inner side of ring electrode and feeding terminal. Thus, an antenna apparatus easy to achieve impedance matching thereof by use of a connection member can be economically realized.

Antenna apparatus

An antenna element includes a conductive ground plane, planar first and second antenna elements, and feeding points. The first antenna element confronts the ground plane at a given interval, and the second antenna element surrounds parts of the outer periphery of the first antenna element at a certain interval. Each one of the feeding points is provided to the first and the second antenna elements for feeding high-frequency signals to those elements. The foregoing construction allows achieving a compact antenna device that can perform a polarization diversity communication.

Antenna device

A multiple antenna includes a ground electrode, a dielectric substrate placed on a top surface of the ground electrode, a planar antenna electrode disposed on a top surface of the dielectric substrate, a feeding terminal electrically coupled to the planar antenna electrode, an upper antenna electrode placed above the planar antenna electrode with a given space in between such that the upper antenna electrode faces the planar antenna electrode; and a feeding section electrically coupled to the upper antenna electrode. The upper antenna electrode has an opening facing the planar antenna electrode.

Multiple antenna

The present invention relates to an apparatus for detecting an object-to-be-printed and aims at providing an apparatus for detecting an object-to-be-printed which is capable of discriminating whether the object-to-be-printed is plain paper or special paper. The apparatus includes an infrared sensor for detecting infrared rays radiated by heating the object-to-be-printed with heating means and is capable of discriminating whether the object-to-be-printed is plain paper or special paper.

Object-to-be-printed detector and print detecting method

A recording device capable of accurately detecting the presence and absence of ink particles ejected from plural ejecting outlets aligned in a lateral direction of a head thereof. In the recording device, the sensing field of an infrared sensor is directed toward flying ink particles but directed toward landed particles. Whereby the thermal energy from the landing ink particles remarkably increases a thermal energy applied to infrared sensor.

The present invention relates to an infrared detector element to detect infrared rays by means of a pyroelectric material, and an infrared sensor unit and an infrared detecting device using the infrared detector element and has an object of realizing an omnidirectional infrared detector element that can gain an output against an object to be detected moving in whatever directions. In order to accomplish this object, the present invention proposes a setup comprising a pair of first electrodes ( ), which have a function of absorbing infrared rays, are close to trapezoidal in shape, respectively, and are disposed on one of the surfaces of a pyroelectric material ( ) with electrical connections made in such a way that the first electrodes are opposite to each other in polarity, and a pair of second electrodes ( ) disposed on the other surface of the pyroelectric material ( ) and electrically connected with each other, in which the lower side of the close to trapezoidal shape of the first electrodes ( ) of one hand is aligned in the same direction as the lower side of the close to trapezoidal shape of the second electrodes ( ) of the other hand, thereby producing an effect of gaining an output against an object to be detected making a movement from whatever directions.

Infrared detector element, and infrared sensor unit and infrared detecting device using it

A sensor in which a field effect transistor element having a gate electrode on its rear side is electrically connected onto a resistive element having a top surface electrode and a bottom surface electrode in such a way that the gate electrode and a portion of the top surface electrode of the resistive element coincides, and a grounding electrode on a substrate is electrically connected with the bottom surface electrode of the resistive element so that they coincides.

Method of manufacturing sensor and resistor element

The drive section made by bonding the piezoelectric material on part of the elastic shim and the displacement amplifying section which amplifies the amplitude of vibration vibrated in the drive section are provided in the same plane. The device is driven at drive frequencies in a region between the resonance frequency of the drive section and the resonance frequency of the displacement amplifying section.
