A beam splitter assembly includes a beam splitter, a holder that holds the beam splitter, and a first spacer group arranged between the beam splitter and the holder. The first spacer group includes three first spacer pieces. Each of the three first spacer pieces includes a first optical element holder and a first positioning portion. The holder includes three first spacer piece acceptance recesses. Each of the first spacer piece acceptance recesses is in a shape corresponding to the first positioning portion. The three first spacer pieces are accommodated in the three first spacer piece acceptance recesses, respectively. The first optical element holder of each of the three first spacer pieces abuts on the beam splitter.

Beam splitter assembly and analyzer including the same

In a beam splitter assembly, a beam splitteris supported at three points by three bent portionsof a first spacer. Therefore, the beam splittercan be prevented from being affected by the surface accuracy of a holder. Further, in the beam splitter assembly, the first spacerfaces the peripheral edge portion of the beam splitter. Each bent portionis configured by bending each outer projection piece. Therefore, the external shape of the first spacercan be prevented from becoming larger than the external shape of the beam splitter. And it is possible to suppress that the size of the holderfor providing the first spacerbecomes large. As a result, the miniaturization of the beam splitter assemblycan be realized.

Beam splitter assembly

Provided is an aperture-plate moving mechanism, including: a drive blockfixed to an aperture plate; a linear motion guidefor allowing the drive block to move along an axis while preventing the drive block from moving in other directions; a feed screwlaid in a direction of the axis; a nut memberhaving a threaded hole engaged with the feed screw, the nut member being prevented from rotating due to a rotation of the feed screw; and an urging memberfor pressing the drive block onto the nut member in the direction of the axis. With respect to the direction of the axis, the contact portion of either the drive block or the nut member is a convex surface, while the contact portion of the other member is a concave surface having a larger radius of curvature than the convex surface.

Aperture-plate moving mechanism

Provided is an aperture-plate drive mechanism including an aperture-plate open-close mechanism and a rotation mechanism for rotating the open-close mechanism. The open-close mechanism includes: drive blocksfixed to a pair of aperture plates; a linear motion guideallowing the drive blocks to move along an axis; a feed screwparallel to the axis, on which a pair of helical threads proceeding in opposite directions formed; nut memberseach of which is provided in a manner to be engaged with one of the pair of helical threads and is prevented from rotating due to a rotation of the feed screw; an urging memberfor pressing the drive blocks onto the nut members, respectively; and a distance adjustment memberplaced between one drive block and the corresponding nut member, for adjusting the distance between them. With this mechanism, a discrepancy between the open-close center of the aperture plates from the rotation center can be cancelled even after the mechanism is assembled.

Aperture-plate drive mechanism

A microscope is provided. The microscope includes: a detection section for detecting the measurement light; a first image acquisition section emitting the visible light onto a detection surface to obtain an optical image; and a switch mirror or beam splitter disposed on a light path, along which the measurement light from the analysis position of the sample is guided to the detection section. The microscope further includes a second image acquisition section that is disposed in a position apart from the light path of the detection section for obtaining an optical image of a large area which includes the analysis position of the sample, wherein the optical image of the large area is larger than an optical image of an area, which includes the analysis position of the sample, obtained by the first image acquisition section.

Microscope

A vial feed device is equipped with a feed arm, which is positioned between a vial tray and an oven and below either of them and having a feeding housing unit and a cooling housing unit, and a vial up-and-down moving mechanism for placing and removing vials in and from vial tray and oven. Feed arm is rotationally driven by a drive motor to move a feeding housing unit, a cooling housing unit and up-and-down moving mechanism toward vial tray or oven. High-temperature vials in oven are housed in cooling housing unit until cooling time T elapses. After cooling time T elapses, cooling housing unit is moved to a lower part of vial tray by feed arm, to be returned to vial tray by up-and-down moving mechanism.
