A connector device connects a load device to a power supply path in a daisy chain to allow transmission and reception of power between the load device and the power supply path. The connector device includes a housing, an upstream connector connectable to an upstream portion of the power supply path, a downstream connector connectable to a downstream portion of the power supply path, and a load connector that supplies, to a body of the load device, power divided from an internal supply path connecting the upstream connector and the downstream connector in the housing. The connector device is separate from the body of the load device. A combination of the load device and a rated current of at least one of the upstream connector or the downstream connector is changeable based on a current flowing through the upstream connector and a current flowing through the downstream connector.

A method for specifying an encoder attached to a motor that is a target of control processing performed by the driver using encoder detection in a predetermined communication state in which the driver is able to communicate with the encoder, and the motor is able to transmit and receive a signal between the encoder and a winding of the motor. The method includes a first step of connecting the driver and the motor by a power line, a second step of transmitting first identification information for identifying a transmission side in the driver and the motor from the transmission side to a reception side through the power line between the driver and the motor connected by the power line, and a third step of specifying the encoder corresponding to the driver with respect to the control processing using at least the first identification information.

A motor receives power from a driver external to the motor through a power line. The motor includes an extractor that extracts a part of power supplied from the driver to the motor, and a supply unit that supplies the power extracted by the extractor to an external device. This structure allows stable power supply to the external device associated with the motor.

For a transmission path through which a signal for supplying power or a signal for transmitting information is transmitted, a suitable transmission path is formed according to the purpose of power transmission of the signal. A bus component for forming a transmission path that transmits a signal, the bus component including: a base member; and an energization path formed to extend from one edge to the other edge of a set of opposing edges of the base member. The bus component is configured to be able to be coupled to another bus component such that edges of base members of the bus component and the another bus component are in contact with each other. The energization path in the bus component and the energization path in another bus component are configured to form a predetermined transmission path in a state where the bus component is coupled to another bus component.

Bus component, a bus device, and a method of forming a transmission path

A signal for supplying power and a signal for transmitting information are transmitted suitably. A method for transmitting a signal to a power transmission path includes: a first step of disposing a first power transmission path and a second power transmission path; a second step of attaching a predetermined process device, being detachable, between the first power transmission path and the second power transmission path such that an input terminal of the predetermined process device is in contact with the first power transmission path and that an output terminal of the predetermined process device is in contact with the second power transmission path; and a third step of supplying an input signal to the first power transmission path and outputting, to the second power transmission path, an output signal obtained by performing a predetermined process on the input signal by the predetermined process device.

Method of power transmission

A power supply system is installable in a predetermined apparatus to receive power supply from an external power system. The power supply system includes a first power supply path in the predetermined apparatus, and a first power converter that receives power input from the external power system, converts the power to first power, and outputs the first power to the first power supply path.

A design support device including: a unit configured to acquire configuration information indicating a configuration of the power distribution supply path; a unit configured to acquire, for each of the plurality of load devices, operation pattern information representing an operation pattern of the load device; a unit configured to calculate, for each power cable, a maximum current value, which is a maximum value of a current flowing through the power cable, based on the configuration information and the operation pattern information of each load device; and a unit configured to output, for each power cable, at least one of the maximum current value for the power cable and recommended cable information representing a cable recommended for use as the power cable based on the calculated maximum current value for each power cable. Assistance device and design assistance program

A technique allows efficient processing of workpieces to be transported (transportation objects). A transportation system includes a holder device transportable on a predetermined transportation path while holding a transportation object and a transportation device including the predetermined transportation path to transport the holder device on the predetermined transportation path. The holder device includes a processing device that performs a predetermined processing operation of the transportation object and a receiver that receives driving power for driving the processing device from the transportation device while the holder device is being transported by the transportation device. The transportation device includes a transmitter that transmits the driving power to the receiver.

Transport system and holding apparatus

A DC power supply device capable of preventing voltage oscillation of a power supply path to a motor control device is provided. The DC power supply device includes a power supply unit (such as an AC/DC converter) that outputs a DC and a filter circuit that detects a voltage fluctuation of the DC output from the power supply unit and adjusts impedance of own circuit such that the voltage fluctuation of the DC is prevented based on a detection result.

Voltage fluctuations on a power feeding path for feeding power to a motor controller are reduced. A processing apparatus reduces voltage fluctuations on a power feeding path for feeding power from a direct current power supply to at least one motor controller. The apparatus includes a filter circuit and a controller. The filter circuit includes a plurality of predetermined units each including a circuit element and a semiconductor switch. The circuit element includes at least one predetermined passive element. The semiconductor switch controls a current to be fed to the circuit element. The filter circuit is connected to the power feeding path. The controller controls switching of the semiconductor switch included in each of the plurality of predetermined units in the filter circuit to reduce voltage fluctuations or current fluctuations of direct current on the power feeding path.

Processing device

A servo direct-current feeder system can reduce an oscillating voltage across a power feeding path. The servo direct-current feeder system includes a direct-current power supply, a plurality of motor controllers that each control a servomotor, and a power feeding path that distributes power from the direct-current power supply to the plurality of motor controllers. Each of the plurality of motor controllers includes a current control loop unit that controls a current flowing through the servomotor. The current loop unit includes a current control loop including a notch filter having a center frequency corresponding to a frequency to occur from an oscillating voltage across the power feeding path.

Servo DC power supply system and motor control device

The present invention allows a communication mode in which to communicate with a detection section to be easily and conveniently changed in a motor control device. A slave device () includes: a network communication section () configured to communicate with a PLC () via a communication network; an FB signal obtaining section configured to obtain an FB signal from a detection section; and a setting communication section () configured to receive communication mode information of an FB through another communication path different from the communication network. The FB signal obtaining section includes a reconfigurable device and is capable of changing a communication mode of the FB signal obtaining section by reconfiguring the reconfigurable device. The slave device () reconfigures the reconfigurable device in accordance with the communication mode information in a case where the setting communication section () receives the communication mode information.

The power conversion device includes an inverter circuit in which one or a plurality of current limitation circuits that limit an electric current flowing in each of legs are provided and a control unit that controls, when a target voltage or a target current of the inverter circuit is outside a predetermined range, the current limitation circuits such that the electric current flowing in each of the legs is not limited and alternately performs the ON/OFF control of the two switching elements of each of the legs with a dead time in between and controls, when the target voltage or the target current is within the predetermined range, the current limitation circuits such that the electric current flowing in each of the legs is limited and alternately performs the ON/OFF control the two switching elements of each of the legs of the inverter circuit without the dead time in between.

The present invention improves performance of a motor control device. A slave device () includes: an inverter () configured to drive a motor (); and a control section () configured to control the motor () via the inverter (). The control section () includes: a feedback signal obtaining section configured to obtain a feedback signal indicative of a predetermined physical quantity corresponding to an operating state of the motor (); a communication section () configured to communicate with a PLC (); and a PWM signal output section () configured to supply a motor driving signal to the inverter (). The control section () is implemented by a single IC chip.
