After the provision of the recommended stopping information is initiated by having satisfied the provision starting condition, in the case that the provision of the recommended stopping information is terminated by having satisfied the provision termination condition, and further thereafter, the provision starting condition is satisfied again, the information providing control unit restricts re-providing of the recommended stopping information.
