A substrate for mounting a light-emitting element includes a substrate that is composed of a ceramic(s), a terminal for an element that is provided on a front surface of the substrate where a light-emitting element is mounted thereon, a terminal for a power source that is provided on the substrate where an external power source is connected thereto, and a wiring part that is provided inside the substrate and electrically connects the terminal for an element and the terminal for a power source. Furthermore, the wiring part includes a first conductor that extends in a surface direction of the substrate and a second conductor that extends substantially parallel to the first conductor on an opposite side of the front surface and is connected in parallel with the first conductor.

To exactly obtain a volumetric efficiency or ignition timing corresponding to a shift amount in rotational angle or phase of a camshaft relative to a crank shaft operably connected therewith even if the opening/closing timing of an exhaust valve and an intake valve is changed so as to optimally control an fuel injection amount or ignition timing, the fuel injection amount or the ignition timing is controlled by calculating a fuel control parameter or an ignition timing control parameter on the basis of an intake pressure and a rpm of the engine. When the valve timing is changed, the amount of change in the valve timing is detected so that the fuel control parameter or the ignition timing control parameter is compensated for on the basis of the change amount thus detected.

A fuel injection control system for an internal combustion engine comprises: start mode detecting means for detecting when the internal combustion engine is in a start mode; non-combustion detecting means for detecting the non-combustion state of the internal combustion engine; and correcting means for correctively increasing the valve opening time of the fuel injection valve when the internal combustion engine is in the start mode and in non-combustion state. Hence, the system is able to start the internal combustion engine quickly even when fuel is scarcely present in the fuel flow path.

In this water-cooled winding, the polyamide fiber is sufficiently impregnated with the epoxy resin composition and this epoxy resin composition is cured stably and assuredly. Accordingly, the mechanical rigidity of the winding is sufficiently high, and the water resistance of the winding is highly improved and is maintained for a long time, with the result that the life of the winding is greatly prolonged.
