Structural member

A structural part includes a part body and a cylindrical bush. The part body includes a through-hole and a cylindrical flange part provided in the periphery of the through-hole. The bush is inserted into the through-hole and the flange part. When seen in a cross section including a central axis of the bush, the flange part has a height difference between a first part that contacts the bush on one side in a direction perpendicular to the central axis and a second part that contacts the bush on the other side.

Automobile suspension structure

As a burring processed member able to suppress the formation of fatigue cracks in a burring part, one having a structure satisfying the following relations (1) to (3) is disclosed: 3≤Ra≤100 . . . (1), 3.0<h . . . (2), 24+r−[TS/(40+0.28×Ra)]<h . . . (3), where, 'Ra' is an arithmetic mean roughness (μm) of the burring end face, “h” is a height (mm) from the first surface to the burring end face, “r” is a radius of curvature (mm) of the curved wall part, and “TS” is the tensile strength (MPa) of the sheet-shaped part.

Burring processed member

This invention provides a joining structure including a structure joining two flanges together, with which adequate anti-noise performance and anti-vibration performance can be secured even when the sheet thickness is thin. A joining structure includes a first flange, a second flange, a joint portion formed by joining the first flange and the second flange in a state in which at least one of the flanges is collapsed to the side of the other of the flanges, and a contact portion where the first flange and second flange slidably contact at a position separated from the joint portion. A gap is formed between the first flange and the second flange by the first flange, the second flange being separated a position between the joint portion and the contact portion. Energy of vibrations and noise is attenuated by the sliding of a first contact portion and a second contact portion.

Joining structure, method for producing joining structure, and vehicle body

This lower vehicle body structure includes: suspension components; a cross member including a pair of part cross members connected to the suspension components, and a reinforcing part coaxially connected between the pair of part cross members; a plurality of body mounts; and a plurality of connection members directly connecting each of the plurality of body mounts and the reinforcing part. A minimum sheet thickness of the reinforcing part at connection positions with respect to the pair of part cross members is 1.6 times or more an average sheet thickness at connection ends of the pair of part cross members with respect to the reinforcing part.

Automobile hood

In an automobile hood, sufficient panel rigidity and dent resistance of a panel are secured while achieving weight reduction. An automobile hood having panel, reinforcing member and joint that joins the panel and the reinforcing member such that the reinforcing member includes a structure formed from a plurality of units having hexagonal annular shape disposed in a close-packed arrangement. Floor of the unit has an annular end part. All of annular end part is located between first circle and second circle wherein first circle is inscribed within a first ridge line overlapping with an outer end part of the floor. Second circle is concentric with first circle and has a radius that is 60% of a radius of the first circle. Width of upper face of floor is 2 mm or more over the entire area of the annular end part in the circumferential direction of the annular end part.

In an automobile inner panel and an automobile panel that includes the automobile inner panel, panel rigidity of the panel is secured while achieving a weight reduction. An automobile inner panelhas a plurality of sub-unitsthat each include a flange, an inclined wallcontinuous with the flange, and a bottom portioncontinuous with inclined walland separated from the flange. The bottom portionsandof the sub-unitsandwhich are adjacent to each other are butted against each other and are directly continuous with each other. A maximum value of a distance Dbetween two of the flangesandof two of the sub-unitsandin which the bottom portionsare arranged separated from each other and which are adjacent to each other is 250 mm or less.

Automobile inner panel and automobile panel

A structural member includes a top sheet portion which has a first edge portion and a second edge portion facing the first edge portion, a wall portion which extends from the second edge portion in a direction intersecting the top sheet portion, and a closed cross-sectional portion which is provided in the first edge portion, in which the first edge portion is curved toward an inside of the top sheet portion in a plan view with respect to the top sheet portion, and when a distance from the first edge portion to the second edge portion of the structural member is referred to as a structural member width, the closed cross-sectional portion forms a closed cross section on a vertical cut plane of the structural member along a direction of the structural member width, the vertical cut plane of the structural member along the direction of the structural member width has an open cross section, and a shape of the vertical cut plane of the structural member including the closed cross-sectional portion is asymmetric with respect to a center of a length of the structural member width.

The panel-like formed product includes a polygonal top board, two or more vertical walls, and a flange. The vertical walls extend from two or more sides of the top board, and include at least two adjacent vertical walls extending from at least two adjacent sides of the top board. The present invention has as its object the provision of a T-shaped joint structure sufficiently securing a mounting region for another member and securing rigidity of a joint part.
