A valve gear includes a valve main body having a valve chamber in an inner portion, a valve body having a flow channel space in an inner portion and changing a flow rate for fluid by being rotated and driven within the valve chamber, a first flow channel hole formed in the valve main body and communicated with the flow channel space to allow the fluid to pass through, a second flow channel hole formed in the valve main body changing a communicated state with the flow channel space by a rotational displacement position of the valve body and allowing the fluid to pass through when being communicated with the flow channel space, and a transmission mechanism including a valve body drive shaft transmitting a drive force for rotating the valve body to the valve body. Rotation axes of the valve body and the valve body drive shaft are orthogonal.

Valve gear

In the case that a lift amount of a second valve body for controlling a small flow rate is equal to or less than a predetermined amount, a pilot passage is closed by a pilot valve body, and a first valve port is closed by a first valve body for controlling a large flow rate, thereby taking a small flow rate control state in which a flow rate is controlled in correspondence to the lift amount of the second valve body, and in the case that the lift amount of the second valve body goes beyond the predetermined amount, the pilot valve body is moved up in conjunction with an upward movement of a valve shaft so as to open the pilot passage, thereby taking a large flow rate control state in which the first valve body opens the first valve port on the basis of this.

Composite valve

A rotary type channel switching valve for use in a heat pump system is provided. The channel switching valve provides a plurality of channel switching means required when switching connection of a plurality of devices to parallel/series connection, e.g., in a system including the plurality of devices including inlet/outlet ports for a fluid. The channel-switching valve can play a role of a plurality of channel switching means which are required when connecting a plurality of heat exchangers in parallel when a refrigerant is passed in a normal direction, and when connecting a plurality of heat exchangers in series when the refrigerant is passed in a reverse direction, for example, in a heat pump including the plurality of heat exchangers, and thereby, can realize simplification of a configuration of the heat pump, reduction in an occupied space, cost and energy consumption, or the like.

Channel switching valve and heat pump system using the same

A multi-way reversing valve includes a valve housing having a valve seat part in which a plurality of fluid in/out ports are formed; a valve member adapted to be rotated; and an actuator adapted to rotationally actuate the valve member. A fluid inlet port and/or a fluid outlet port is/are formed in the valve housing. A passage adapted to selectively place the fluid inlet port or the fluid outlet port in communication with the plurality of fluid in/out ports is formed within the valve member. Flow paths are reversed by rotating the valve member to selectively place the fluid inlet port or the fluid outlet port in communication with one of the plurality of in/out ports via the passage. The rotational axis line of the valve member is laterally eccentric relative to the rotational axis line of an output shaft of the actuator by a predetermined distance.

Multi-way reversing valve

Multi-way selector valve

There is provided a multi-way selector valve capable of suppressing any excessive rise in the pressure of a high-pressure refrigerant during a transitional phase of flow path switching and of preventing malfunctioning of a flow path switching operation, while also being capable of preventing situations in which erroneous judgments of anomaly/failure occurrences in the device are made by a fail-safe mechanism to cause the device to stop unduly. A high-pressure passage portionto which a high-pressure fluid is introduced is formed in a valve member. A valve seat portionprovided with a first inlet/outletand a second inlet/outletthat are selectively communicated with an outlet-side end portionof the high-pressure passage portion, and a valve chestinto which a low-pressure fluid is selectively introduced via the first inlet/outletand the second inlet/outletare provided in a valve body. During the transitional phase of flow path switching, the outlet-side end portionof the high-pressure passage portionof the valve memberis made to slide while being pressed against a portion between the first inlet/outletand the second inlet/outletin the valve seat portion. There is formed between the first inlet/outletand the second inlet/outletof the valve seat portionan escape passage portioncomprising a groove, notch, through-hole or the like for allowing the high-pressure refrigerant of the high-pressure passage portionto escape to the side of the valve chestduring the transitional phase of flow path switching.
