A saddle-type vehicle includes an engine, an engine control device, a battery, a vehicle body frame, and a pair of rear wheels. The vehicle body frame includes a pair of seat support frames supporting a seat. The battery is disposed below the seat and between the pair of seat support frames in a vehicle width direction. The engine control device is disposed between a seat support frame of the pair of seat support frames and a rear wheel of the pair of rear wheels. The seat support frame is located on one side in the vehicle width direction, and the rear wheel is located on the one side. At least a part of the engine control device overlaps the rear wheel located on the one side when viewed from the vehicle width direction.

Saddle-type vehicle

A fuel supply structure for a saddled vehicle, includes: an upstream-side fuel supply system guiding fuel from a fuel tank to a fuel pump side; a downstream-side fuel supply system guiding the fuel from the pump to a fuel injection valve side; and an excess fuel return system returning excess fuel from the downstream-side fuel supply system to the tank side. A fuel hose joint is attached to the tank and includes: an insertion tube portion inserted into the tank and formed into a dual tube structure where an inner tube is covered by an outer tube; a first connection tube portion communicating with inside of the inner tube; and a second connection tube portion communicating with inside of the outer tube. A fuel suction hose is connected to one of the first and second connection tube portions, and a fuel return hose is connected to an other thereof.

Fuel supply structure for saddled vehicle

A tank cap structure of an embodiment includes a cap body, a grip portion, a valve device, and a ratchet mechanism. The valve device includes a valve case which has a cylindrical shape about a screw axis and accommodates a float, and a valve body which has a tapered shape thinner than the valve case and extends toward an opening. The cap body includes a cylindrical receiving portion which has a cylindrical shape about the screw axis. A seal-receiving portion receiving a seal member held between the cap body and an oil filler port portion is provided on an outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical receiving portion. A valve-receiving portion receiving the valve device inserted into an inner circumference of the cylindrical receiving portion is provided on an inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical receiving portion.

Tank cap structure and saddle-type vehicle

In a vehicle frame structure, upper ends of a front frame and a rear frame, which connect a lower frame and an upper frame vertically, are connected to each other above the upper frame, and a front portion frame assembly is connected to a main frame assembly via the lower frame and the upper ends of the front and rear frames. A bumper includes a front-rear frame portion extending forward from the front frame, and an inclined frame portion arranged between an intermediate portion of the front frame and an end portion of the front-rear frame portion. The bumper includes a sub-bumper, the sub-bumper including a front sub-frame extending upward from a front end of the bumper, and a front-rear sub-frame connected between an end portion of the front sub-frame and an intermediate portion of the front frame above the upper frame.

Vehicle frame structure

In a saddled vehicle, an internal combustion engine is disposed below a fuel tank and a riding seal disposed behind the fuel tank. A fuel pump is supported by a front body frame that suspends a front wheel, the fuel pump being disposed at a position where at least part of the fuel pump overlaps with the front wheel as seen in a side view. The fuel tank is supported on an upper frame member that configures part of the body frame. A protection member is extended between the upper frame member and the front body frame, and passes a front of the engine body as seen in a side view. A fuel suction pipe line is covered by the protection member from an outer lateral side and locked to the protection member, the fuel suction pipe line sucking fuel form the fuel tank to the fuel pump side.

Saddled vehicle

A saddle riding type vehicle includes a seat which is supported by a vehicle body and on which a passenger is seated; and an arm rest which is provided to protrude at a side rear position of the seat of the vehicle body and on which an arm of a passenger who is seated on the seat is rested. The arm rest is supported by the vehicle body rotatably between a use position at which a front end part of the arm rest is directed to a vehicle body front direction and a retracted position at which the front end part of the arm rest is directed to a direction other than the vehicle body front direction. A rotation shaft of the arm rest is arranged to be directed to a vehicle body front upper direction from the side rear position of the seat of the vehicle body.

Saddle riding type vehicle

A seat belt attachment structure for an off-road vehicle comprising a seat including a seat frame and at least two occupant sitting positions. A seat belt is provided for each sitting position that includes a shoulder belt, a waist belt, and a tongue plate. When fastened, the seat belt is fixed at three points including a retractor housing the shoulder belt, an anchor fixing the waist belt on the same side of the sitting position as the retractor, and a buckle positioned on the other side of the sitting position that detachably engages the tongue plate. At least a first appendage is positioned along the frame between the first and second sitting positions, and the waist belts of the first and second sitting positions are fixed to the first appendage when the seat belts of the first and second sitting positions are fastened.

Seat belt attachment structure for off-road vehicle

A seat belt assembly for a vehicle may be arranged to facilitate installation of a seat belt while improving the operation and feel during use. The vehicle may have a pair of left and right occupant seats on a vehicle body frame. A pair of left and right standing frames may be disposed on the outside of the seats, and the upper end parts of the pair of standing frames may be connected by a cross frame. A winding device of the belt may be supported on the frame so as to be positioned in back of the seat. A through-anchor into which the belt may be inserted may be supported on the upper part of the standing frame. Guide ribs may be provided on a back surface of the seat between the winding device and the through-anchor so as to guide the movement of the belt.

Vehicle seat belt assembly

A floor support structure of a vehicle comprises a floor extending in the vehicle width direction so as to allow occupants sitting side by side in the vehicle width direction to put their feet thereon. The floor includes a plane surface part and separating a vehicle interior from a vehicle exterior, a body for supporting each of front and rear end portions of the floor in the forward and rearward direction of the vehicle and each of left and right end portions of the floor in the vehicle width direction, and a floor stay making contact with a lower surface in or around the middle in the vehicle width direction of the floor so as to support the floor. The floor stay comprises a plurality of main stays and a sub-stay.

Floor support structure of vehicle

A vehicle having a single seat for a plurality of occupants sitting side by side in a lateral direction of the vehicle. The seat has a front end recessed rearwardly at a center seat portion so as to form a substantially U-shaped recess as viewed in a plan view. The recess is composed of a bottom portion and a pair of left and right side portions extending obliquely in a forward direction from the left and right ends of the bottom portion. At a left corner portion of a right seat portion where the right side portion of the recess intersects the front end of the right seat portion, there is provided a seat grip for gripping by the occupant sitting on the right seat portion. The occupant can easily grip the seat grip with his/her hand in the vicinity of his/her body, thereby obtaining good support for the body.

Seat structure for vehicle

In a saddle-riding type vehicle including a shroud, efficiency is achieved by disposing a vehicle component in a space shielded by the shroud, and the vehicle component is suitably protected from, for example, rainwater, while ventilation for the vehicle component is ensured. A regulator is disposed on a first side of the vehicle, at a position at which the regulator does not overlap a fuel tank as seen in a top plan view. The regulator is covered by a right shroud from above and from outside in the vehicle width direction. The right shroud has an opening formed therein at a portion where the regulator faces upwardly. The opening overlaps with, and is covered by from above by part of the right shroud that is different from the portion of the right shroud at which the opening is formed in a top plan view.

Saddle-riding type vehicle including multi-part shroud

A saddle-ride vehicle includes a vehicle-body frame, an engine, a seat, a storage box, a box lid, a box-side locking mechanism, a filler lid, a filler-side locking mechanism, an unlocking mechanism, a box-side cable, and a filler-side cable. The unlocking mechanism includes a key cylinder which is key-operated. The unlocking mechanism is disposed between a head pipe and the storage box. The box-side cable is connected to the key cylinder. The box-side cable is to be caused to unlock a lock of the box-side locking mechanism by turning a key in one of a clockwise direction and a counterclockwise direction. The filler-side cable is connected to the key cylinder. The filler-side cable is to be caused to unlock a lock of the filler-side locking mechanism by turning the key in another of the clockwise direction and the counterclockwise direction.
