A wiper control method and a wiper control device are provided. An arm falling position for stopping wiper arms for a predetermined time is set above a lower reversal position. When the wiper arms stopped on the side of an upper reversal position with respect to the arm falling position, such as a service position, are moved to a storage position set below the lower reversal position, or when a wiping operation is to be performed again, the wiper arms are temporarily stopped for the predetermined time at the arm falling position. Then, after the predetermined time elapses, the wiper arms are moved to the storage position in the case of a storage operation, and moved to the upper reversal position in the case of restarting, and then the normal wiping operation is performed.

Disclosed is a vehicle wiper control device which includes: wiper blades that can be disposed on a surface to be wiped and that perform a reciprocating wiping motion between a lower reversal position and an upper reversal position which are set on the surface to be wiped; an electric motor that reciprocates the wiper blades on the surface to be wiped; a drive portion that drives the electric motor; and a load calculation portion that calculates a load on the electric motor while the wiper blades wipe from the upper reversal position to the lower reversal position. If the calculated load value exceeds a predetermined threshold, the drive portion performs wiper stop processing for stopping the wiper blades at the lower reversal position or at a storage position which is set below the lower reversal position.

A brushless motor includes: a stator having a three-phase winding; a rotor that has a permanent magnet; an inverter that supplies an AC current to the three-phase wiring by turning on or turning off a plurality of switching elements; and a control part that controls an ON or OFF state of the plurality of switching elements by switching a power distribution pattern that represents a change of a power distribution state of each phase of the three-phase wiring in response to a rotation of the rotor to a low-speed power distribution pattern in use for a low-speed power distribution control or a high-speed power distribution pattern in use for a high-speed power distribution control, wherein the control part switches the power distribution pattern to the low-speed power distribution pattern in a case where a rotation speed of the rotor is less than a predetermined threshold value, and the control part switches the power distribution pattern to the high-speed power distribution pattern when a state in which a load of the rotor is within a predetermined range is continued for a predetermined period of time in a case where the rotation speed of the rotor is equal to or more than the threshold value.

A motor control apparatus that is configured to perform a power distribution control on three-phase coils of a brushless motor and that is configured to perform a rotation control of a rotor includes: a plurality of switching elements that are arranged to be capable of switching a current which is allowed to flow through the coils; a plurality of sensors that are configured to detect a rotation position of the rotor; and a control part that is configured to output a drive signal for controlling a power distribution pattern of each switching element according to a position detection signal which is obtained by correcting a position detection signal as an output of the plurality of sensors by using a predetermined correction coefficient, wherein the control part is configured to add a correction angle that corresponds to a difference between the position detection signals before and after correction of a predetermined sensor among the plurality of sensors to a setting value of an advance angle of the power distribution control and select an output pattern that includes a plurality of power distribution patterns and that is used when selecting the power distribution pattern, from a plurality of different output patterns in accordance with the advance angle to which the correction angle is added and a power distribution angle of the power distribution control.

A motor control apparatus includes: a gate control voltage output unit that outputs a drive signal based on a corrected Hall edge that constitutes each of six Hall stages; a counter value acquisition unit that acquires a counter value which is represented by a time period between two Hall edges from the position detection signal; and a switching control unit that allows a value obtained by multiplying a previous counter value of each of the Hall stages by a preset correction coefficient to be a first delay time of each of current Hall edges and allows the gate control voltage output unit to output the drive signal based on each of the Hall edges obtained by correcting each of the Hall edges corrected by the first delay time by a second delay time that advances a Hall edge corresponding to a predetermined sensor among the plurality of sensors.

The control part includes: a gate control voltage output unit that is configured to output a drive signal which switches a switching element according to a Hall edge that forms each of six Hall stages which are represented by a combination of electric potentials of position detection signals that are outputs of a plurality of sensors; a counter value acquisition unit that is configured to acquire a counter value which is a time period of the Hall stage and which is represented by a time period between two Hall edges that form each of the Hall stages from the position detection signal; and a switching control unit that is configured to determine a value obtained by multiplying a previous counter value of each of the Hall stages by a preset correction coefficient as a delay time of each of current Hall edges and that allows the gate control voltage output unit to output a drive signal according to each of the Hall edges which are corrected by the delay time.

When the number of times of vehicle speed detections reaches a prescribed times 'n', a DR-side wiper blade is moved in such a way that when the front end side of a lip reaches a lower-side stop position APS, the DR-side wiper blade is temporarily moved to a lower limit position for stop EPSL, then moved to an upper-side stop position APSand stopped there, and in such a way that when the front end side of the lip reaches an upper-side stop position APS, the DR-side wiper blade is moved temporarily to an upper limit position for stop EPSU, then moved to the lower-side stop position APSand stopped there.

Wiper apparatus

A system has an acceleration region SU and a deceleration region SD between operation start and end positions of a wiper arm. In the acceleration region and the deceleration region, an addition amount and a subtraction amount are calculated, respectively, based on a difference between a maximum rotation speed and a current rotation speed to update a target rotation speed. The addition amount is larger than the subtraction amount, and a constant speed region CV is between the acceleration region SU and the deceleration region SD. When a change amount of an operation angle of the wiper arm does not exceed the constant speed region CV, the operation angle change amount is subtracted from the constant speed region. Further, when the operation angle change amount exceeds the constant speed region CV, the target rotation speed is updated by the same change amount.

When a wiper is started, a wiper arm is moved at first in the backward path direction (S). If a motor is locked (S) before an original point position signal is outputted, a reciprocating operation for moving the wiper arm temporarily in the forward path direction and then moving the wiper arm again in the backward path direction is performed (S-S, S). When an absolute position signal is not outputted even after repeating the reciprocating operation a plurality of times (S) and the original point position cannot be recognized (SS), the motor is not forced furthermore but stopped (SEND) On the other hand, if the motor is not locked when the wiper arm is moved in the backward path direction (S) and the original point position can be recognized (S, S), wiping control is performed (S) by calculating the wiper arm position based on the original point position and the motor rotation pulse.

Wiper control method and wiper control system

A motor speed, duty, and power source voltage are detected (steps Sto S). Referring to a load point map, a load point value is obtained (steps Sand S). The load point map is created with the motor speed, duty, and power source voltage taken as parameters, and is corrected in accordance with atmospheric temperature of the motor. After the load point value is obtained, the value is accumulated (step S). The accumulated point value and a predetermined threshold value are compared with each other (step S). If the accumulated point value exceeds the threshold value, an overloaded state is determined and the accumulated point value is stored (step S). Thereafter, the motor is stopped.

A radial lead type inductor is disclosed. The trailing wire of the winding extends from the inner side of the other collar, which faces against the one collar, to the outer side of the collar through an arbitrary position on the circumference of the other collar, extends back from the outer side to the inner side of the collar through the outer side of the collar and through a position, which is different from the arbitrary position, on the circumference of the other collar, and is led from the lead section of the one collar through the outer circumference of the winding. Therefore, the difference between the position of the end of a desired turn of the winding wound about the drum core and a position of the lead sections of the one collar can be absorbed, and the number of turns of the wire can be adjusted in detail below one turn.

Linearity coil

A variable linearity coil has a coil which is wound around a magnetic core, a permanent magnet for charging a bias magnetic field to the magnetic core, and a magnetic field adjusting coil for adjusting the bias magnetic field. The coil and the magnetic field adjusting coil are respectively disposed horizontally such that an axial line of each of the coils lies perpendicular to lead terminals to which terminal ends of each of the coils are connected. The coil, the magnetic field adjusting coil, and the permanent magnet may be contained in a casing and the terminal ends of each of the coil and the magnetic field adjusting coil are connected to lead terminals which are embedded into the casing.

Variable linearity coil

A variable linearity coil has a coil which is wound around a first core, a permanent magnet for charging a bias magnetic field to the first core, a bias magnetic field adjusting coil which is wound around a second core, and an electrically insulating base for mounting thereon the coil, the permanent magnet, and the magnetic field adjusting coil. The first core and the second core are placed one on top of the other with a non-magnetic and shock-absorbing spacer in between. Alternatively, the first core and the second core may be placed one on top of the other with a non-magnetic spacer in between, and a combination of the first core, the second core and the non-magnetic spacer is mounted on the base with a shock-absorbing spacer between the combination and the base.
