The present invention provides an organic light-emitting element, comprising a substrate, a first electrode, more than one organic layer film comprising a light-emitting layer, and a second electrode. The light-emitting element further comprises a cover layer. The cover layer is located on the second electrode, and comprises a high refractive layer and a low refractive layer. A material for the low refractive layer of the cover layer is a boron complex organic small molecular compound. The organic light-emitting element provided by the present invention can achieve high light-emitting efficiency and color reproducibility. The organic light-emitting element of the present invention can be used for an organic EL display, a backlight source of a liquid crystal display, illumination, a sign board, an identification lamp, etc.

A doped slurry and a mask material prepared by using the polysiloxane, on the basis of having a good diffusivity, also have a good barrier property and a small amount of diffusion in air. In addition, according to a manufacturing method for a semiconductor, the diffusion in air of a doped impurity in the doped slurry is further reduced, so that the quality of a doping process can be further improved.

An organic light-emitting element, including a substrate, a first electrode, a light-emitting layer containing one organic or more layer film, and a light-emitting element of a second electrode are disclosed. The light-emitting element is provided with a covering layer. Light-emitting element

The present invention provides a light emitting device comprising at least an emissive layer existing between an anode and a cathode, which emits light by means of electric energy. The light emitting device contains a compound having a pyrromethene skeletal structure with a specific structure or a metal complex thereof and a naphthacene derivative, and thus the light emitting device has high luminance efficiency and excellent durability.

A highly fine organic electroluminescent device is provided. A method for manufacturing the organic electroluminescent device is provided for patterning a very fine light emitting layer, and a deposition mask is provided to be used in the patterning.
