Provided is a paint-protective coating material formed from an acrylic coating composition comprising an acrylic polymer as base polymer. The acrylic polymer-forming monomers includes a monomer (m) having a homopolymer Tg of 90° C. or higher and a monomer (m) having a homopolymer Tg of −30° C. or lower. The monomer (m) includes at least acrylonitrile. In the monomers, the monomers (m) and (m) have a molar ratio (m/m) of 0.8 or higher and 1.5 or lower. The paint-protective coating material has storage moduli of 150 MPa or higher and 1000 MPa or lower at 23° C., and 0.40 MPa or higher at 70° C.

Paint-protective coating material and acrylic coating composition

Provided is a paint-protective coating material formed from a liquid coating composition. The coating composition comprises, as its base polymer, a polymer (A) that is a polymerization product of monomers comprising an acrylic monomer. The paint-protective coating material has a storage modulus at 70° C. of 0.40 MPa or higher and 1.30 or lower, a storage modulus at 23° C. of 250 MPa or higher and 800 MPa or lower, and a storage modulus at −30° C. of 2300 MPa or less.

Paint-protective coating material and coating composition

Provided is a PSA sheet that allows installation of a protection sheet with good shape precision on the surface of an object to be protected. The PSA sheet provided by this invention comprises a substrate whose primary component is a resin film and a PSA layer placed on one face of the substrate. The PSA sheet comprises a protection sheet part which is adhered to an adherend to protect it, a marginal part bounded from the protection sheet part by a tear-off line surrounding the protection sheet part, and a tear-aiding structure provided along the tear-off line. The PSA sheet is configured so that after the protection sheet part is adhered to the adherend, when the marginal part is pulled in a direction in which the PSA sheet is peeled off the adherend, the marginal part is torn off the protection sheet part.

Pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet

A protection sheet is provided for application to a vehicle window plate to protect the window plate. Protection sheet includes a substrate and a PSA layer provided on one surface of substrate. Protection sheet has a 30-minute peel strength (S1) of less than 0.10 N/20 mm and a 48-hour peel strength (S2) of 0.05 N/20 mm or greater when applied to a glass plate by a wet application method where water is provided to the surface of the glass plate and protection sheet is press-bonded to the glass plate while pushing the water present between the glass plate surface and PSA layer to the outside of the bonding area.

Protection sheet for vehicle window plate

An electronic control device is provided with a resin base, a substrate, and a resin cover. The resin base has at least one opening part. The resin cover formed in a cylindrical shape with a bottom is fixed on an inner surface of the resin base forming the opening part. The resin cover has a slit. The present invention provides a paint film protection sheet comprising a support substrate and a PSA layer placed on the support substrate. The PSA constituting the PSA layer comprises a non-crosslinked rubber-based polymer as a base polymer, a tackifier resin (T) having a softening point of 120&#xb0; C. or above, and a tackifier resin (T) having a softening point below 120&#xb0; C. The mass ratio (T/T) of the tackifier resin (T) content relative to the tackifier resin (T) content has a value of 1.0 or larger and 30 or less.

Paint film protection sheet

A paint film-protecting sheet, which is unwound from a roll for use, and in which occurrence of adhesive transfer at edges thereof is effectively prevented, and a method of manufacturing same are provided. The paint film-protecting sheet is in the form of a roll obtained by winding in a lengthwise direction a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet formed of a substrate in continuous sheet form and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer disposed on the substrate. The substrate comprises a resin component made primarily of polyethylene resin or polypropylene resin. The paint film-protecting sheet, after being unwound from the roll, has a percent shrinkage, in the lengthwise direction, of not greater than 1.2% when heated at 80&#xb0; C. for 1 hour.

At least a surface portion () of the supporting substrate which adjoins the PSA layer is formed of a resin material that satisfies both of the following conditions: (1) it contains W wt % of a LLDPE having a density d of 0.925 g/cmor less, wherein W is greater than or equal to 20; and (2) it has a LLDPE content index &#x3b1; of 400 or more, the LLDPE content index &#x3b1; being defined as (0.935&#x2212;d)&#xd7;W&#xd7;1000.

Paint film-protecting sheet

A paint film-protecting sheet () is provided which effectively prevents adhesive transfer to the paint film. The paint film-protecting sheet () has a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer which is comprised of a non-crosslinking pressure-sensitive adhesive () adjacent a polyolefin-based resin film serving as a supporting substrate (). At least a surface portion () of the supporting substrate that adjoins the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer satisfies the following conditions: (1) it has an indentation modulus at 25&#xb0; C. (Er) of from 200 MPa to 1,100 MPa and (2) it has an indentation modulus at &#x2212;5&#xb0; C. (Er) of from 400 MPa to 2,400 MPa.

Automotive control unit having two connectors is provided in an uncomplicated configuration that allows holding durability to be ensured against high external force upon insertion of the connectors, watertightness in a severer environment, and high reliable connecting portions. Engine controller

A personal computer provided with heat-generating parts such as a CPU, a cooling unit that releases the heat generated by the heat-generating part to the outside of the personal computer has a container structure so that the cooling liquid in the interior does not leak to the outside. Also, part of the container structure is provided with a heat connection part for receiving the heat transferred from the outside of the cooling unit. Furthermore, there is provided means of heat transfer for transferring the heat generated by the heat-generating part to the cooling unit, one end of this means of heat transfer being thermally connected to the heat connection part of the cooling unit and the other end thereof being thermally connected to the heat-generating part. This prevents troubles in the personal computer due to the moisture permeation of the cooling liquid of cooling unit and leakage of the cooling liquid. Also, disassembly and assembly is made easy by forming the cooling unit as a separate structure.

An apparatus for information display for displaying not only periodic information in accordance with schedule, but also non-periodic information regardless of the schedule, to passengers and passersby in stations, airports, harbors, bus terminals and streets, and the like. The apparatus comprises an information-storing section for storing a plurality of non-periodic information to be displayed regardless of the schedule, an input circuit for receiving a plurality of input signals transmitted from an external device or a remote place and display control section for simultaneously displaying the non-periodic information and periodic information which correspond to the kind of an input signal, when the apparatus receives this input signal from the external apparatus or the remote place. The apparatus may be a multi-screen display type having a plurality of screens. In this case, a combined screen data consisting of a non-periodic information and a periodic information can be displayed, or the non-periodic information or the periodic information can be displayed, on at least one of the screens.
