According to a compressor of the present invention, the compressor further comprises an oil separating mechanismwhich separates oil from the refrigerant gas discharged from the compressing mechanism, the oil separating mechanismincludes a cylindrical spacein which the refrigerant gas orbits, an inflow portionfor flowing the refrigerant gas discharged from the compressing mechanisminto the cylindrical space, a sending-out portfor sending out, from the cylindrical spaceto the one container space, the refrigerant gas from which the oil is separated, and an exhaust portfor discharging the separated oil from the cylindrical spaceinto the other container space. According to this configuration, efficiency of the electric motoris enhanced, volumetric efficiency is enhanced, and low oil circulation is realized.

Compressor with oil separating mechanism

An apparatus for taking out a molded product that can effectively suppress peeling of a cured adhesive applied to fix a fiber-reinforced plastic shaped material to each of a pair of opposed sidewalls of an elevating shaft, the sidewalls being opposite each other in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the elevating shaft. A fiber-reinforced section of the fiber-reinforced plastic shaped material is formed of a plurality of warp threads and a plurality of weft threads, which are disposed on a surface of the sidewalls of the elevating shaft such that the plurality of warp threads are juxtaposed in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the elevating shaft and extend in the axial direction and the plurality of weft threads are juxtaposed in the axial direction and extend in a direction intersecting the axial direction.

Apparatus for taking out molded product

A cup ring and a holding-plate are disposed at each side of a front bracket of a stator of a motor, to fix in place an outer ring of a front ball-bearing of the rotor of the motor in order to prevent creep between a bearing housing and the outer ring. A thickness of a bearing shim is adjusted such that a distance between an end portion of a tube section of the cup ring and a first end face of the outer ring is less than 0.1 mm. The holding plate is temporarily fixed to a given place of the motor shaft, and then screwed down thereto with a screw, so that the holding plate moves and solidly contacts the outer ring of the front ball bearing. An outer diameter of the motor shaft extending between the given place and the bearing is smaller than a center hole of the holding plate such that the holding plate does not contact the motor shaft.

Motor

In a hermetic motor-driven compressor, a first gas passage is formed by a space between a linear section in a motor stator and a hermetic container, and a second gas passage in parallel with the first gas passage is formed by through holes in the motor stator. The through holes constituting the second gas passage are disposed outside of a circle inscribed in the linear section in the stator. The through hole is shaped like a bow, and an arch shape of the outer periphery thereof has a curvature larger than that of the outer circumference of the stator.

Hermetic motor-driven compressor

A method of manufacturing a heater comprises: (a) washing alumina particles with warm running-water of at least 40&deg; C.; (b) preparing a suspension for electrodeposition by suspending the washed alumina particles in a predetermined liquid; and (c) forming an alumina insulating layer made of the alumina particles on a metal wire as a heater base metal provided inside a cathode of an electron gun by electrophoresis using the suspension for electrodeposition.

Methods of manufacturing heater and cathode-ray tube comprising the same

A vane of a compressor is made of solid phase sintering material of which a sintering density is not less than 7.2g/cm.sup.3 and a hollow rate is not more than 10%, and to which CrN phase is adhered through a PVD process. A roller of the compressor is made of hardened and tempered material having a hardness equal to cast iron FC300 (specified by JIS). The roller may be made of hardened and tempered material including at least one of Ni, Cr and Mo, and having a hardness equal to cast iron FC300. The vane and roller are combined, so that a sliding section having excellent abrasion-resistance can be constructed. As a result, a rotary compressor, which employs R134a or R22 coolant as well as HFC system or HC system coolant both of which are R22 substitutes, having extremely high reliability can be realized.

Rotary compressor

In a profiling method, a shank section of a rotary tool which has a cutter and a rotatable journal bearing provided at a tip of a cutter, is chucked, and a spindle for driving the tool is resiliently supported in such a way as to be movable perpendicularly to the tool axis, the rotatable journal bearing being pressed against a surface of a workpiece to perform machining thereon by using the surface as a reference.

Profiling method

A scroll compressor has a closed vessel, a compression mechanism accommodated in the closed vessel and including a non-orbiting scroll and an orbiting scroll in engagement with each other, and an electric motor for driving the compression mechanism. The non-orbiting scroll includes a frame portion and a non-orbiting end plate axially movable relative to the frame portion. The frame portion has a recess defined therein and a pin secured thereto. The non-orbiting end plate has a cylindrical wall integrally formed therewith and loosely received in the recess, thereby radially positioning the non-orbiting end plate relative to the frame portion. The non-orbiting end plate also has a recess defined therein in which the pin is loosely received, thereby circumferentially positioning the non-orbiting end plate relative to the frame portion.

Scroll compressor having positioning means for axially movable

A scroll compressor has a closed container 1 with a bottom serving as an oil storage 10 reserving lubricating oil 9. A gas-liquid separator 28 is provided near the closed container 1. An intake pipe 23 is connected to an upper end of the gas-liquid separator 28. An intake gas connecting pipe 29 extends normal to the axial direction of the gas-liquid separator 28 to connect the upper part of the gas-liquid separator 28 with the closed container 1. Meanwhile, a connecting pipe 24 is provided to connect the bottom of the gas-liquid separator 28 with the oil storage 10 in the closed container 1. Furthermore, there in provided a filter 30 between the intake pipe 23 and the intake gas connecting pipe 29. Thus, oil amount introduced into the compressor is reduced. Reliability is increased, and efficiency of air-conditioning apparatus is improved.

Scroll compressor having a gas liquid separator

A check valve device is provided for a scroll compressor in which a crescent-shaped compression chamber is defined by a fixed scroll and an orbiting scroll, the orbiting scroll being driven to compress gas introduced into the compression chamber such that the compressed gas is discharged out of a discharge port provided in the vicinity of a center of the fixed scroll. The check valve device includes a check valve having a disk for closing the discharge port, a ring concentric with the disk and a plurality of beams coupling the disk and the ring, a tube receiving the check valve and which is provided at the discharge port of the fixed scroll, and a valve retainer for retaining the check valve. The valve retainer is provided at an outlet portion of the tube so as to confront the ring of the check valve.
