Disclosed are: a welding method capable of increasing the welding speed up to approximately 20 m/min., yet capable of producing good bead configurations and preventing welding defects such as blowholes; and a method of producing a welded member using the welding method. Laser/arc hybrid welding method and method for producing welded member using same

A heavy duty tire comprises a tread portion provided with tread blocks each provided in the ground contact surface thereof with a single zigzag sipe. A ratio A/B of a block length (A) which is the circumferential length of the block measured along a straight line passing through the centroid of the ground contact surface to a maximum block width (B) which is the axial distance between the axial extreme ends of the ground contact surface is 0.8 to 1.7. The zigzag sipe is disposed within a central region which is defined as extending from the centroid of the ground contact surface towards each side in the tire circumferential direction by 25% of the block length (A). The zigzag sipe is composed of a pair of major straight segments extending axially inwardly from both sides of in the tire axial direction of the block, and a minor straight segment extending between the inner ends of the respective major straight segments, so that the circumferential distance between the circumferential extreme ends of the sipe is in a range of from 10 to 35% of the block length (A).

Heavy duty tire

A heavy duty tire comprises a tread portion provided with four or five circumferential grooves so as to axially divide the tread portion into five or six rib portions. The five or six rib portions are a pair of shoulder rib portions each provided with shoulder lateral groove, and three or four crown rib portions each provided with crown lateral grooves. The crown lateral grooves extend across the entire width of the crown rib portion. The shoulder lateral grooves extend axially outwardly from an axially inner edge of the shoulder rib portion so as to terminate at an axial distance of from 78 to 88% of the axial width of the shoulder rib portion from the above-mentioned axially inner edge. The depth of the circumferential grooves is 15 to 20 mm. The depth of the crown lateral grooves is 9 to 30% of the depth of the circumferential grooves. The depth of the shoulder lateral grooves is 9 to 25% of the depth of the circumferential grooves. The tread width TW is in a range of 0.78 to 0.87 times the cross sectional width SW of the tire.

Valve

A valve () includes a body () having a valve seat () formed therein, a bonnet (), a diaphragm () supporting a valve element () abutting against and moving away from the valve seat (), and an elastic member such as an O-ring (). The body () is formed with an annular groove () extending around the valve seat (), and the diaphragm () is provided at the peripheral edge () with an annular engagement part () formed to have an approximate L-shape in cross-section. The annular engagement part () is inserted into the annular groove () in a tight state by the elastic member disposed between the bonnet () and the annular engagement part () of the diaphragm ().

A connecting structure for piping members facilitates connection thereof and ensures prevention of liquid leakage. A first piping member includes a first channel, and at least one first joint surface in which at least one first opening communicating with the first channel and a first annular groove are provided. A second piping member includes a second channel, and at least one second joint surface in which at least one second opening communicating with the second channel and a second annular groove are provided. A sleeve for connecting the first and second piping members includes a central bore. The sleeve includes a pair of inserting sections and a partition therebetween. The inserting sections are thinner radially as compared to the partition and are configured to accommodate at least one elastic body which provides a seal when the inserting sections are press-inserted into the first and second annular grooves.

Connecting structure for piping members

A crushing chamber is formed between a concave liner and a mantle liner. The concave liner has a first area surface having a length of T to &#x221a;2T; a second and a third area surface; which surfaces are gradually inclined from the side of the inlet for the crushing chamber. The mantle liner has a first tapered surface having a length of greater than T, a cross angle of less than 20&#xb0; and an inclination angle of greater than 60&#xb0;; a second tapered surface having a length of greater than 0.5T and a cross angle of 5&#xb0; to 10&#xb0;; and a third tapered surface having an inclination angle of 45&#xb0; to 50&#xb0;. The area surfaces as well as the tapered surfaces are continuously arranged in a curvilinear manner. The shapes enhance the throughput of goods in a good fine-crushing performance, reducing the uneven abrasion due to the action.

Cone crusher

A manifold valve of the invention comprises a body and respective actuators driving a plurality of valve bodies arranged within the body. The body having a valve chamber on the main flow passage side and a valve chamber on the secondary flow passage side which are communicated with each other by a connecting flow passage, and further having a main flow passage communicating with a communicating port arranged on the bottom center of the valve chamber on the main flow passage side, a branched flow passage communicating with the valve chamber on the main flow passage side, and a secondary flow passage communicating with a communicating port arranged on the bottom center of the valve chamber on the secondary flow passage side. The communicating ports on the sides of the main flow passage and the secondary flow passage are respectively provided with opening and closing valve bodies driven by the actuators.
