A waste liquid treating apparatus for purifying a waste liquid discharged from a processing apparatus includes a waste liquid accommodating tank for the waste liquid discharged by the processing apparatus, a spray water seal type pump that sucks a spray together with air in a processing region where a processing unit is disposed, a sealing water reservoir tank that recovers the spray and reserves the spray as a waste liquid, and a waste liquid filter unit that filters that waste liquid and the waste liquid in the waste liquid accommodating tank, to purify the waste liquid into fresh water. A fresh water reservoir tank reserves the fresh water obtained by filtering the waste liquid, and a pure water producing unit purifies the fresh water reserved in the fresh water reservoir tank into pure water. A temperature control unit controls the temperature of the pure water.

Waste liquid treating apparatus

A sedimenting assembly for sedimenting debris contained in a processed waste liquid in a sedimentation tank includes a plurality of partition plates extending vertically across a direction in which the processed waste liquid flows and disposed at spaced intervals in the direction, thereby defining a zigzag channel through which the processed waste liquid flows horizontally. The zigzag channel ensures a time during which to sediment the debris against a time during which the processed waste liquid flows through the zigzag channel, allowing the debris to settle reliably.

A waste fluid treating apparatus including a pure water generating unit including an ion exchanger for purifying a fresh water sent by a fresh water pump to obtain a pure water. The ion exchanger includes a housing, an anion exchange resin layer accommodated in the housing, and a mixed resin layer accommodated in the housing. The anion exchange resin layer is composed of only anion exchange resin, and the mixed resin layer is composed of a mixture of anion exchange resin and cation exchange resin. The housing is provided with a fresh water inlet for introducing the fresh water into the anion exchange resin layer and a pure water outlet for discharging the pure water from the mixed resin layer.

Waste fluid treating apparatus

In a processing waste liquid treating apparatus, a housing includes a bottom wall, an upper wall, a left lateral wall, a rear wall and an opening/closing door for opening/closing a front opening. A waste liquid tank is disposed on the bottom wall and close to the rear wall. A clear water storage tank is disposed adjacently to the waste liquid tank and at the central portion of the bottom wall. A pure water generating unit is disposed on the bottom wall adjacently to the clear water storage tank and close to the front opening. A waste liquid filtering unit is disposed above the pure water generating unit. A pure water temperature adjusting unit is disposed above the waste liquid tank. A control unit and a console panel are disposed above the waste liquid filtering unit and the console panel is disposed on the front side of the housing.
