Vehicle control device

A PLL circuit includes a voltage control oscillator, a frequency difference detector, a phase difference detector, and an outputter. The frequency difference detector detects a frequency difference between a reference signal and the oscillation signal and outputs a first control value based on the detected frequency difference. The phase difference detector detects a phase difference between the reference signal and the oscillation signal, and outputs a second control value based on the detected phase difference.
