A storage container which allows a user to easily take out sheets from a dispensing opening when the number of sheets is small. A storage container includes: a container body including a top plate where a dispensing opening for taking out the sheets is provided, and an opening formed opposing the top plate; and a bottom lid which is formed of an integrally-molded resin, is detachably mounted to the container body, and closes the opening. The bottom lid includes: a flat plate portion; and an expanding/contracting part transformable from a first state where it protrudes from the flat plate portion up to a first height toward the inside of the container body, to a second state where it protrudes from the flat plate portion up to a second height higher than the first height, toward the inside of the container body.

A method of manufacturing wet wipes includes a step of continuously conveying a plurality of sheets by a conveyor, a step of folding each of the sheets toward a conveyor non-contact surface side of the sheets, a step of impregnating each of the folded sheets with the predetermined chemical solution, from a conveyor contact surface side of the sheets a step of laminating each of the sheets impregnated with the predetermined chemical solution, and a step of cutting the laminated sheets.

Method of manufacturing wet wipes, manufacturing apparatus, and wet wipes

This method for producing wet wipes includes the following steps: a step for vertically folding non-woven cloth sheets; a step for impregnating the sheets with a chemical; a step for stacking the sheets; a step for cutting the sheets at predetermined lengths; a step for pulling the cut sheets away from a transporting conveyer provided with a suction mechanism by means of a pusher, and stacking the cut sheets; a step for pressing a bundle comprising the sheets; and a step for packaging the bundle. The pusher is disposed between the transporting conveyers. The blades of the pusher have a plurality of tooth sections. The pusher drops the sheets suctioned to the transporting conveyer downwards by means of moving vertically downwards.

Method and apparatus for manufacturing wet wipes

In order to achieve both ease of removal and an increase in the rate of impregnation by a predetermined chemical, in this packaging structure of a package of wet wipes, a convex region is formed at a position containing a region that faces the opening of a main package body and that is on the upper surface of a stacked body of wet wipes. The convex region is formed protruding towards the main package body. A space is formed between the region (corresponding to the ends) aside from the convex region formed on the wet wipes and the upper surface to which the opening of the main package body is provided.

Package structure

A wet tissue package that is easily to manufacture with a used wet tissue storage receptacle disposed on a package body. Configured is a wet tissue package equipped with a package body and a used wet tissue storage receptacle, wherein the package body is equipped with a first seal portion formed by joining a pair of first side edges of a sheet member, and a pair of second seal portions formed by joining a pair of second side edges, and a wet tissue housing. The used wet tissue storage receptacle is composed of a first seal extension portion formed by extending in a direction that intersects a direction that the first side edges extend from the first seal, and a sheet member that composes the package body.

Wet tissue package and production method for same

To provide a wet tissue package that allows for easy taking out of a wet tissue accommodated in a package body. A wet tissue package includes: a package body having an opening; and a plurality of wet tissues accommodated in the package body in a state of being individually folded and stacked without being interfolded, in which each of the plurality of wet tissues includes: a first folding line parallel to the first side edge; a second folding line parallel to the first folding line; and a turn-back portion formed by folding the wet tissue on the first folding line and the second folding line, in which the turn-back portion is directed toward the opening and a part of the turn-back portion is disposed so as to be exposable through the opening.

Wet tissue package, manufacturing method of wet tissue package and manufacturing device of wet tissue package

Disclosed is a wiper which is which is highly retentive of water, soft to the touch, and improved in sheet strength and a method for manufacturing the same. An interlining layer contains pulp fibers, first and second surfacing layers contain non-fusible fibers, and a reinforcing layer contains fusible fibers and rayon fibers. The fusible fibers are fusion-bonded but the non-fusible fibers remain unfused. Sheet surfaces are free from the fusible fibers.

Wiper and method for manufacturing the same

An easy-open encasement formed of a soft encasement member in the form of a film. An opening or an openable portion is formed in the soft encasement member, which allows a user to extract contents from the encasement. Furthermore, a lid member, which can be peelably adhered to the soft encasement member, is adhered to the surface of the soft encasement member such that it covers the opening or openable portion. With such a structure, a tab is provided at a part of the perimeter of the lid member, which serves as a starting point that allows the user to peel off the lid member. Furthermore, the tab includes a hinge portion, which allows the user to raise the tab, or a flap elevated from the surface of the encasement.

Easy-open encasement

A container for housing a package includes a case made of a flexible sheet. The package is adhered to a frame around a dispensing opening of the container through a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. The frame has a lid. When the lid is opened, wet sheets can be taken out of the package. Since the frame is adhered to the package around the dispensing opening, a simple fastener can be used for keeping the case in an unopened state.

Container for housing wet sheet package

A container for dispensation of wet tissues includes an elastically flexible flap causing a part of the uppermost wet tissue exposed outward from the container through an opening to collapse toward a hinge of a lid. The flap has a covering portion adapted to cover the opening and a distal portion on the opening's periphery extending beyond the opening. The container ensures that the part of the wet tissue is held between the opening's periphery and the distal portion of the flap.

Disclosed is a sheet package including: a sheet stack formed by folding and stacking rectangular sheets; and a container having a dispensing opening through which the sheets are to be removed. Each sheet is first folded on an X-axis folding line substantially parallel to one side of the rectangular shape, and then folded on a Y-axis folding line substantially perpendicular to the X-axis folding line, thereby to form a folded sheet having two outermost sheet portions appearing on two external surfaces thereof and intermediate sheet portions positioned between the outermost sheet portions. Adjacent folded sheets are combined such that X-axis folding lines of the adjacent folded sheets are positioned at opposite sides of the sheet stack and only an outermost sheet portion of one folded sheet is sandwiched between an outermost sheet portion and an intermediate sheet portion of the other folded sheet.

Sheet package

Disclosed is a sheet stack manufacturing process. At first, a plurality of band sheets are fed. Each band sheet is folded at least once along a longitudinal direction thereof at a first folding step, to form folded bands. Then, each folded band is folded along the longitudinal direction at a second folding step to have at least three fold lines by the first and second folding steps and to sandwich a portion of at least one of an overlying sheet and an underlying sheet thereof, thereby to form a band-shaped sheet stack in which a plurality of sheets are combined with one another so as to be stacked on one another. The band-shaped sheet stack is cut to a predetermined length to be separated into individual sheet stacks.
