A motor controller includes a plurality of inverters that supply power to a corresponding motor of a plurality of motors through pulse width modulation control, a direct current power supply that supplies power to the plurality of inverters, and a capacitor connected parallel to the direct current power supply. Each of the plurality of inverters is categorized into one of a plurality of groups based on a switching frequency. All inverters in each of the groups have corresponding carrier signals being triangular wave signals determined based on a reference frequency assigned to the group. At least one of the triangular wave signals has at least one of a frequency or a phase different from a frequency or a phase of another triangular wave signal of the triangular wave signals.

Motor control device

A DC power supply device capable of preventing voltage oscillation of a power supply path to a motor control device is provided. The DC power supply device includes a power supply unit (such as an AC/DC converter) that outputs a DC and a filter circuit that detects a voltage fluctuation of the DC output from the power supply unit and adjusts impedance of own circuit such that the voltage fluctuation of the DC is prevented based on a detection result.

DC power supply device and servo DC power supply system

A servo direct-current feeder system can reduce an oscillating voltage across a power feeding path. The servo direct-current feeder system includes a direct-current power supply, a plurality of motor controllers that each control a servomotor, and a power feeding path that distributes power from the direct-current power supply to the plurality of motor controllers. Each of the plurality of motor controllers includes a current control loop unit that controls a current flowing through the servomotor. The current loop unit includes a current control loop including a notch filter having a center frequency corresponding to a frequency to occur from an oscillating voltage across the power feeding path.

Servo DC power supply system and motor control device

A mass spectrometer is provided that includes a precursor ion candidate selector, a product ion scan measurement condition setter, a product ion spectral data obtainer, a compound database file generator, and an MRM measurement condition candidate generator. The precursor ion candidate selector selects precursor ion candidates from mass spectrometric data. The product ion scan measurement condition setter combines the precursor ion candidates with a plurality of candidate values of cleavage energy to set a product ion scan measurement condition. The product ion spectral data obtainer carries out MS/MS measurement to obtain product ion spectral data. The compound database file generator generates a compound database file in which the product ion scan measurement condition and the product ion spectral data are associated with each other.

An arc detector includes a current sensor, a power spectrum conversion unit that converts an output from the current sensor to a power spectrum, a section value obtaining unit that divides an arc measurement section for the power spectrum into a plurality of regions, and obtains, from region values for the plurality of regions excluding a maximum one of the region values, a region value to be a section value of the arc measurement section, and an arc determination unit that determines a presence of an arc by comparing the section value with a threshold.

Arc detector and arc detection method

The objective of the present invention is to reduce erroneous detection of arcs, and to reduce erroneous responses concomitant with erroneous detection. In a photovoltaic power generation system (), a main control part () controls an arc detecting device () in such a way as to suspend arc detection during periods in which arc-like noise is being generated. Examples that can be cited of periods during which arc-like noise is generated include a period from when a PCS () starts up to when the supply of power to a power grid () begins, and a period during which a current (I) flowing from a power generating device () to the PCS () is changing suddenly.

Arc handling control device, arc handling control method and recording medium

In a method of manufacturing an optical device, a whole substrate is first prepared which has a plurality of regions corresponding to substrates constituting a plurality of optical devices, respectively. A plurality of chips are then mounted to the plurality of regions, respectively. A whole sealing member having a plurality of sealing members is integrally attached to the whole substrate to form an intermediate body. The intermediate body is divided into the above-described regions. Thus, the optical device having a substrate, a chip as an optical element mounted to the substrate and a sealing member with transparency provided at the substrate for the purpose of sealing the chip is manufactured. This manufacturing method improves the efficiency of manufacturing an optical device.
