Provided is a fixture tool for securing a bio-textured organ model created by reproducing or deforming the texture and appearance of an actual organ for manipulation training. The fixture tool includes a fixture body and a plurality of holding parts attachable to and detachable from the fixture body. The fixture body includes: integrally connected plates composed of a rectangular center plate and mutually opposing first and second plates rotatably connected to both long sides of the center plate via hinges; and a leg attached to the lower surface of the center plate. The first and second plates have a locking section for securing the holding part. The holding part has a holding surface capable of holding the bio-textured organ model. The holding part is configured such that the holding surface inclines relative to a plate surface when the holding part is secured to the first and second plates.

Multi-purpose fixture tool for manipulation training

Provided is a thoracic cavity simulator that, for the purpose of training or education in thoracic cavity microscopic surgery, faithfully reproduces the shape and feel of a human body and that can simulate a surgical environment for a human body that has multiple constraints. A device that comprises a model human skeleton that simulates at least ribs, and comprises a casing that houses the model human skeleton, the device being configured such that an opening is provided to a rib section of the casing, such that a diaphragm section can be opened and closed, and such that model organs can be housed inside the ribs of the model human skeleton. The diaphragm section is configured so as to be removable and/or openable and closable, and the model organs housed inside the ribs of the model human skeleton are replaced.

Thoracic cavity simulator

Provided is a peritoneal cavity simulator that can simplify the execution of alignment during the replacement of living-body-feeling model organs for repeated trainings on a simulator. This peritoneal cavity simulator comprises: a casing that has a pelvis part, a back part, and an abdomen part; living-body-feeling model organs; and model holding parts. The casing simulates a pelvis and a peritoneal cavity space and comprises at least the pelvis part, which simulates the shape of a human body, the back part, which has left and right flank parts, and the abdomen part, which is provided with a plurality of ports into which can be inserted a surgical instrument that is used in peritoneal cavity microscopic surgery. The model holding part is a holding part that is attached to the back part or the pelvis part, and fixes, mounts, or sandwiches and holds the living-body-feeling model organs inside the peritoneal cavity space.
