A gas analyzing device that irradiates a gas with a laser beam and detects the laser beam having penetrated the gas to analyze a component to be measured contained in the gas is configured so as to reduce a moment in a gravity direction generated about a fulcrum of an attachment location or the like is reduced to suppress optical deviation as much as possible. The gas analyzing device includes a gas cell attached to a piping through which the gas flows and into which the gas is introduced, and an elongated optical cell connected to the gas cell from a predetermined connection direction. The optical cell accommodates an optical system supported by a surface plate in a state of being disposed on an optical path of the laser beam. The optical cell stands up with respect to the connection direction.

Gas analyzing device

Provided are a gas cell into which a gas is introduced, a temperature control block configured to control a temperature of the gas cell, and a pressure sensor configured to measure a pressure inside the gas cell. The pressure sensor is built into the temperature control block and/or the gas cell.

The present invention reduces thermal stress that is generated in a join portion of a window material in an optical measurement cell, and is an optical measurement cell having translucent windows through which light is transmitted and into an interior of which is introduced a test sample. This optical measurement cell has a planar window material that forms the translucent windows, a join supporting portion that is joined to an outer edge portion of a main surface of the window material and supports the window material, and a low thermal expansion component that is provided on an outer-side circumferential surface of the join supporting portion and whose coefficient of thermal expansion is lower than a coefficient of thermal expansion of the join supporting portion.

The radiation detection device is equipped with a sample holding unit; an irradiation unit for irradiating a sample held on the sample holding unit with radiations; a detection unit for detecting the radiations generated from the sample; an illumination unit for irradiating the sample with light; an observation unit for observing the sample; and a light transmitting plate for allowing the light from the illumination unit, with which the sample held on the sample holding unit is irradiated, to be transmitted therethrough. Radiation detection device

This invention is a multiple reflection type cell that makes it possible to reduce a dead space resulting from a position adjusting mechanism and to adjust the light to a desired optical path length without complicating a structure. The multiple reflection type cell comprises a cell body where a cell chamber is formed, two or more reflecting members that are mounted on the cell body and whose reflecting surfaces locate in the cell chamber, and a position adjusting mechanism that adjusts a position of the reflecting member relative to the cell body. The cell body has a mounting part that communicates the cell chamber and the outside and on which the reflecting members are mounted. A seal member that seals a gap between the cell chamber and the outside of the cell body is arranged between the reflecting member mounted on the mounting part and the cell body so that the gap between the cell chamber and the outsider of the cell body is sealed by the seal member.

Multiple reflection type cell and analyzer

In order to provide a multireflection cell making it possible to decrease the volume of a cell main body into which measurement target gas is introduced as well as reducing the amount of light that is lost without being reflected in a multireflection mechanism, the multireflection cell includes the multireflection mechanism adapted to multiply reflect incident light and then emit the multiply reflected light outward. In addition the multireflection mechanism includes a field mirror, a first objective mirror that faces to the field mirror and is provided on a light incident side in the multireflection mechanism, and a second objective mirror that faces to the field mirror and is provided on a light emitting side in the multireflection mechanism. Further, the light incident into the multireflection mechanism is configured to be first reflected by the second objective mirror.
