Provided is a noise filter that can enhance noise removal performance with a simple configuration. A noise filter () includes a connector () that houses a terminal fitting () connected to an input/output wire (WH) in a state in which the input/output wire (WH) is lead out from the connector (). The noise filter () includes a coil () that is connected to the input/output wire (WH), a capacitor () that is electrically connected to the coil (), and a magnetic member (). The noise filter () includes a case () that houses the capacitor (), the coil (), and the magnetic member (), and a holding member () that holds the magnetic member () in a state in which the magnetic member () is positioned with respect to the coil ().

Noise filter

Provided is a noise filter device that is capable of suppressing electrical interference between an input-side conductive line and an output-side conductive line. A noise filter device () includes: a noise filter () connected to a distal end of an input-side conductive line () and a distal end of an output-side conductive line (); and a holding member () that holds the input-side conductive line () and the output-side conductive line (). The holding member () includes: a body () attached to a wire harness (WH) so as to surround an outer circumference thereof; and a pair of hooks () that are respectively formed at two ends of the body () in a circumferential direction thereof, and are hooked on the input-side conductive line () and the output-side conductive line () to restrict the input-side conductive line () and the output-side conductive line () from approaching each other.

Noise filter device

A conductive path with noise filter that includes a plurality of conductive path main bodies; a plurality of insulating layers that surround respective outer circumferences of the conductive path main bodies; a plurality of conductors that are provided with the insulating layers being sandwiched between the conductors and the conductive path main bodies and form respective capacitors; a plurality of inductors that are connected to the respective conductors; and an electrical connector that includes a plurality of fitting portions into which the respective inductors can be fitted and that is attached to an electrical connection holder.

Conductive path with noise filter

A conductive path with noise filter that enables an effective reduction in a surge noise in a specific frequency band is provided. A conductive path with noise filter includes conductive path main, an insulating holder, inductors provided in the holder, receiving terminal fittings provided in the holder, insertion-side terminal fittings capable of being fitted to the receiving terminal fittings, a U-phase capacitor provided between the U-phase wire and the U-phase insertion-side terminal fitting, a V-phase capacitor provided between the V-phase wire and the V-phase insertion-side terminal fitting, and a W-phase capacitor provided between the W-phase wire and the W-phase insertion-side terminal fitting.

A conductive path includes a plurality of covered electrical conductors that are obtained by enveloping a plurality of conductive path main bodies with insulating layers; a plurality of conductors that are individually fixed to outer circumferential surfaces of the insulating layers, capacitors being formed individually between the conductors and the conductive path main bodies; a body having a holder; a plurality of arc-shaped positioning recesses that are formed in the holder and are configured to respectively keep the plurality of covered electrical conductors positioned; a plurality of inductors that are respectively connected to the plurality of conductors and are fixed to the body; and a connector that is formed on the inductors, is exposed in an arc shape on an inner circumferential surface of the positioning recesses, and comes into contact with the conductors in a state in which the covered electrical conductors are held in the positioning recesses.

A noise filter (A) includes a case () and capacitors () accommodated in the case (). Substantially flat surfaces of the capacitors () serve as ground-side electrodes (). A ground terminal () is connected directly to the ground-side electrodes (), and input/output terminals () are connected to input/output-side electrodes () of the capacitors (). A routing space for leads for connecting the capacitors () and the ground terminal () is not necessary in the case (). Therefore, the case () can be miniaturized.

Connectors with internal noise filter (A,B) are provided with a uniting means () for uniting the connectors with internal noise filters with each other. A terminal fitting () connected to one electrode portion (A) of a capacitor () is provided in a connector housing (B). A ground connection terminal (A,B) is composed of an electrode connecting portion () to be connected to the other electrode portion (B) of the capacitor () and a ground connection portion (A,B) extending outwardly of the connector housing (A,B) from the electrode connecting portion () and including a bolt hole (H) into which a bolt (B) is fittable. When the respective connectors with internal noise filter (A,B) are united by the uniting means (), the respective ground connection portions (A,B) are overlapped and the respective bolt holes (H) are aligned.

Collective ground connection structure for connectors

A relay harness () connects a first harness () and a second harness (). The relay harness () includes relay wires () and first and second housings () connected to ends of the relay wires (). Each relay wire () has a third conductor () surrounded by a third coating (). The first housing () is configured to connect to a first connector () of the first harness (). The second housing () is configured to connect to a second connector () of the second harness (). A coating resin for the third insulation coatings () and a housing resin for the first and second housings () are synthetic resins having a higher flame retardancy than a resin material for the first harness ().

Wiring harness and relay harness

A connector includes ferrite cores (A,B) with through holes (H). A terminal fitting () has tab terminals (A,B) inserted into the respective through holes (H) to define input and output portions and a base () couples end parts of the respective tab terminals (A,B) to each other. A connector housing () is molded to surround the ferrite cores (A,B) and the terminal fitting () and is connectable to a mating connector housing. The ferrite cores (A,B) include long sides LL and short sides SL. Clearances S are defined between side surfaces M located on the opposite short sides SL of the ferrite cores (A,B) and facing surfaces of the connector housing (), thereby separating the side surfaces M from the facing surfaces.

Ferrite core built-in connector

A noise filter device includes a ground connection terminal () for grounding, a coil () formed by winding a conductive wire (), a pair of capacitors () constituting a &#x3c0;-type filter circuit C together with the coil () and to be electrically connected to the ground connection terminal (), and a housing () capable of housing the coil () and the pair of capacitors (). The capacitors are both arranged on one surface side of a virtual plane dividing the coil into two in an axial direction, and a conductive shielding plate (B) to be grounded to the ground connection terminal () is interposed between the capacitors ().

A terminal () of a terminal-attached wire (), in which the terminal () is connected to an end portion of a wire () and the end portion is sealed by a heat shrinkable tube (), includes a terminal connecting portion () to be connected to a mating terminal, a wire connecting portion () to be connected to the end portion of the wire () and a coupling portion () coupling the terminal connecting portion () and the wire connecting portion () An opening end (A) of the heat shrinkable tube () is mounted on the coupling portion (), and a draining portion () for preventing adhering water from running down to the opening end (A) is provided on a side closer to the terminal connecting portion () than the opening end (A).

Terminal-attached wire and terminal

A noise filter device has a coil formed by winding a conductive wire on a magnetic core. The noise filter device further has a bracket formed of a magnetic material and grounded. The bracket has a bottom plate and two end plates that project from the bottom plate. The end plates face opposite end surfaces of the magnetic core with predetermined gaps defined between the end plates and the end surfaces. The noise filter device further has capacitors that form part of a noise filter circuit together with the coil and that are connected to the bracket. A housing houses the coil, the capacitors and the bracket in an at least partly exposed state, and input and output terminals are provided for the noise filter circuit.

A ferrite core integrated waterproof connector includes wires (WH) each having a terminal fittings () mounted thereon and a housing () with terminal accommodating chambers (A,B) for accommodating the terminal fittings (). A plate-like rubber plug () covers a rear surface (B) of the housing () and has wire insertion holes () arranged to correspond to the terminal accommodating chambers (A,B). Lips () are formed on the inner peripheral surfaces of the wire insertion holes () for closely contacting the outer peripheral surfaces of coatings of the wires (WH). At least one ferrite core () is embedded in the one-piece rubber plug () and has at least one hollow portionconcentric with at least some of the wire insertion holes (). The ferrite core () is radially outward of base parts of the lips () of the one-piece rubber plug ().

Ferrite core integrated waterproof connector

A relay terminal () made of copper or copper alloy and configured to join an aluminum wire () and a copper wire () by being electrically connected to the aluminum wire () and the copper wire () includes a first barrel portion () to be caulked and crimped to an aluminum core () of the aluminum wire () made of aluminum or aluminum alloy, which is a metal different from copper or copper alloy constituting the relay terminal (), a second barrel portion () to be caulked and crimped to a copper core () of the copper wire (), a bottom plate () configured to link the first barrel portion () and the second barrel portion (), and a projecting portion () (water drainage portion ()) provided on the bottom plate () and configured to restrict the intrusion of water from the second barrel portion () toward the first barrel portion ().

Multiple wire connecting terminal

A female terminal fitting () is to be crimped to a wire including a core () formed by plural strands () and includes a bottom plate () on which the core () is to be placed, and a pair of crimping pieces (L,R) connected to the bottom plate () and to be crimped to the core () in such a manner as to embrace the core () placed on the bottom plate (). Butting parts of the respective crimping pieces (L,R) are formed with a thinning portion (), and a corner portion () is formed by deforming the thinning portion () when the respective crimping pieces (L,R) are crimped to the core (). Accordingly, a clearance formed at the butting parts of the respective crimping pieces (L,R) can be made smaller than in the case where the thinning portions () are not provided.
