According to the present invention, a double container comprising a container body and a mouth part attachment member is provided. The container body includes a mouth part and a body part and a bottom part. The mouth part is a tubular portion having an open end. The body part is arranged adjacent to the mouth part on a side farther from the open end than the mouth part, and has a larger outer diameter than the mouth part. The bottom part is configured to close a lower end of the body part. The container body includes an inner bag and an outer shell arranged to cover the inner bag. And the mouth part attachment member is configured to be attachable to the mouth part, and is configured such that the inner bag rotates as the mouth part attachment member rotates.

A blow-molded foam is provided by foaming and blow-molding the resin material including a polyethylene resin. The foamed resin includes the antioxidant by 300 ppm or more in total. The antioxidant is preferably the combination of a phosphorus antioxidant and a phenolic antioxidant. The optimum amount of phosphorus antioxidant to be included is 250 ppm to 3000 ppm, and that of phenolic antioxidant is 250 ppm to 750 ppm. In the manufacture, the collected resin material and the resin including 300 ppm or more of the antioxidant are melted and kneaded and the foaming agent is mixed thereto to provide the foamed resin, and the foamed resin is blow-molded.

A foaming assistant material and a foam-molding method, which can achieve the functions of a nucleating agent, a dispersant, and the like sufficiently so that the cells can have smaller diameter, the mixing of foreign substances is prevented, and so on, and can produce the high-quality foam-molded article, are provided. The foaming assistant material is kneaded together with a raw material pellet and the mixture is subjected to the foam molding. The foaming assistant material is a pellet obtained by adding inorganic particles, a chemical foaming agent, and a dispersant to a dilution resin. An antioxidant may be added further to the dilution resin. In the foam-molding method, inorganic particles, a chemical foaming agent, a dispersant, and an antioxidant are added to a raw material resin at the same time in a state that the inorganic particles, the chemical foaming agent, the dispersant, and the antioxidant are mixed in advance.

Even when a mixture resin of virgin resin and recovered resin material is used as a resin material for molding, a stable, high-quality foam-molded article with excellent impact resistance is produced at low cost. For this, the resin material that is used includes a mixture resin of recovered resin material obtained by pulverizing a resin material solidified after melting, and virgin resin without thermal history of melting, and a foaming agent added to the mixture resin. The resin material is a mixture of a polypropylene-based resin and a polyethylene-based elastomer.
