The manufacturing cost of a stator for a rotary electric machine can be reduced, and the volume of coil end portions can be reduced to enable downsizing. A stator for a rotary electric machine includes: a cylindrical stator core with plural slots formed at an inner circumferential surface; a plurality of coil segments received by the slots; a plurality of first coil end plates electrically connected with the coil segments on either one of end surfaces of the stator core; and a plurality of second coil end plates electrically connected with the coil segments on the other end surface of the stator core. The plate portion of at least one of the plurality of the first coil end plates is formed longer than the plate portions of the other first coil end plates and has a stepped portion.

Stator for rotary electric machine

A stator for a rotary electric machine includes: a stator core in a cylindrical shape with plural slots formed at an inner circumferential surface; plural coil segments inserted in the slots from one end surface side of the stator core; and plural coil end plates electrically connected with the coil segments on another end surface side of the stator core, wherein the coil segments respectively include: one leg portion; another leg portion; and a curved portion that is continuously formed between the one leg portion and the other leg portion, wherein the coil end plates respectively include: a plate portion in a flat plate shape; and a pair of extended portions, and wherein end portions of the leg portions of the coil segments are connected to the extended portions. It is possible to improve assembility and attain downsizing by reducing the volume of coil end portions for the stator.

An electrode unit configuring a resistance welding device is provided with a first chassis section and a second chassis section. A plurality of stepped hole sections are formed in the first chassis section, and an electrode pin is slidably provided in each stepped hole section. On the head section of the electrode pin, a resin ball configuring a welding pressure adjusting mechanism is disposed. In the second chassis section, a screw hole is formed coaxially with each stepped hole section, and a setscrew configuring an extrusion output adjusting mechanism for adjusting an extrusion output of the electrode pin is screwed into each screw hole.
