An object is to provide a brushless motor capable of effectively shutting off and absorbing electromagnetic noise caused from a stator, while achieving cost reduction. A brushless motorincludes: a shaft; a rotor; a stator; a first bearing; a second bearing; a bearing holder member; a center piece; and a circuit board. The bearing holder memberis made of metal and holds the first bearing. The center pieceis made of resin and holds the second bearingand the stator. The center pieceis provided with a conductive part(a plating layerand a terminal member) that electrically connects the bearing holder memberand the second bearingto a ground partof the circuit board

Brushless motor

A rotating electrical machine comprising an armature; a yoke; and a plurality of magnets arrayed in a ring shape along an inner peripheral face of the yoke. The magnets are respectively formed in circular arc shapes fit with the inner peripheral face of the yoke, and are fixed to the yoke. The magnets are arrayed along the circumferential direction of the yoke with gaps between each other, a central portion in a circumferential direction of each of the magnets is disposed so as to be opposed in a yoke diameter direction to the gap between other magnets arrayed adjacent to each other, a boundary portion between a pair of magnetic poles in each of the magnets is positioned at central position in the circumferential direction of each of the magnets, and each of the magnets is formed thicker at end portions than at the central portion in the circumferential direction thereof.

Rotating electrical machine

A centerpiece rotatably supports a rotatable shaft therein. A stator core is placed radially outward of the centerpiece. A generally cylindrical vibration isolator is made of a resilient material and is radially placed between the centerpiece and the stator core.

Brushless motor and manufacturing method thereof

The present invention relates to an insulator to be disposed in an armature core having a plurality of radially-formed salient poles. The insulator comprises a winding aligning portion having an approximately V shape (forming an angle of 60 degrees) and getting narrower from an outer side to an inner side in a radial direction of the armature core approximately at the middle between the salient poles to position a winding disposed at a first layer which is a most inner side in the radial direction of the armature core approximately at a middle between the salient poles. By this structure, it is possible to align the windings on the second layer and beyond, thereby preventing a dig-in and the like of the windings and hence preventing faulty insulation between the windings.

Insulator, armature and rotary electric machine

A motor holder or a lower case defines therein a circuit accommodating chamber for accommodating a control circuit device. A side wall of the motor holder or the lower case that defines the circuit accommodating chamber has a vent for ventilating the chamber. A boundary section is formed between the motor holder and the lower case. An overhang extends from the motor holder. In a section of the circumference of the lower case, the overhang continuously covers the boundary section along the outer surface of the side wall of the lower case. A bulging portion is arranged to prevent water droplets from reaching the vent from the overhang. Therefore, the motor assembly prevents the integrally assembled control circuit device from being wet.

Motor assembly for vehicle air conditioner

A motor includes a substantially cylinder-shaped motor yoke with an opening at one end, an end plate, and DC power input terminals. The end plate is positioned adjacent to the opening of the motor yoke, and the DC power input terminals are fixed to the end plate. The motor yoke has a grounding flange that protrudes from an outer periphery of the motor yoke adjacent to the opening. A negative terminal of the DC power input terminals has an elastic contact segment. The contact segment is pressed against the grounding flange to ground the motor yoke.

Here, Z is a number of cores. D is an outer diameter of the rotor. T is a circumferential dimension of a tooth of each core. X is a circumferential dimension between a circumferentially innermost one of first and second opposing points of a first tapered portion and a circumferentially innermost one of first and second opposing points of a second tapered portion. The first and second opposing points radially oppose first and second imaginary end circles, respectively, defined by outer peripheral surfaces of the cores. Furthermore, n is the number of the teeth that are entirely placed within a range defined by X when a circumferential center of one of the teeth is radially opposed to a circumferential center of the range defined by X.
