A control system includes: an in-vehicle device; and electronic key, wherein the in-vehicle device includes a transmission device, a first operation detection device, and a first control device programmed to determine whether the electronic key is a control target electronic key, the electronic key used to perform a locking operation, and transmit a second signal from the transmission device toward the electronic key when it is determined that the electronic key used to perform the locking operation is the control target electronic key, and the electronic key includes a reception device, and a second control device programmed to set a first mode until the reception device receives the second signal, and set a second mode when the reception device receives the second signal.

Control system, in-vehicle device and electronic key

An immobilizer ECU generates an encryption key using key generating logic, from a SEED code included in an ID code signal sent from an electronic key, and registers the encryption key to the immobilizer ECU. The immobilizer ECU receives an instruction from a registration and deletion tool and sends, to the electronic key, a deletion request signal that requests the deletion of the SEED code. The electronic key deletes the SEED code from the electronic key if a deletion request signal has been received.

In an intrusion detection device of the embodiment, a determining unit allows a transmission unit to stop transmitting ultrasonic waves until a level of a Doppler signal exceeds a predetermined threshold (threshold for detecting destruction of a window glass), and allows the transmission unit to transmit the ultrasonic waves when the level of the Doppler signal exceeds said threshold. Therefore, if the destruction of the window glass is not detected, it is possible to reduce power consumption through allowing the transmission unit to stop the transmission. Further, because processing for detecting intrusion is performed after the destruction of the window glass has been detected, it is possible to reduce erroneous detection of an intruder resulting from a movement of an object (e.g., falling of papers, a sunshade, or the like that is leaned against the interior wall) other than a human.

A steering lock driving circuit includes: a microcomputer that, based on a detected condition of a vehicle, outputs one of a lock command for restricting rotation of a steering shaft by a rock member to carry out steering lock and an unlock command for releasing the steering lock; a latch circuit that, when an unlock signal indicating that the lock member is located in an unlock position is input to the latch circuit, holds the unlock signal; an OR circuit to which a logical NOT signal of a signal output from the latch circuit and a parking signal indicating that a shift position is a parking position are input; and an AND circuit to which one of the lock command and the unlock command, a signal output from the OR circuit and a condition coincidence signal generated when information detected from the vehicle satisfies a predetermined condition are input.

A vehicle security system including an intrusion determining unit that transmits a transmission wave in a vehicle, and determines, based on an output of a reflected wave of the transmission wave, whether or not a body intrudes into the vehicle. The security system also includes an adjacent body detecting unit that detects a body adjacent to the vehicle. The intrusion determining unit determines that the body does not intrude into the vehicle, when the output of the reflected wave is within a predetermined range and the adjacent body detecting unit detects the body adjacent to the vehicle.

Crime prevention device for vehicle

A vehicle theft prevention system switches an engine from an immobilized state to a mobilized state when an ID code received from a mobile device carried by a user matches an ID code registered in advance, and keeps the engine in the immobilized state when the ID code received from the mobile device does not match the ID code registered in advance. Further, when a disable command is received from the center and it is detected that the vehicle is in an unused state based on a state of a predetermined signal indicative of states of the vehicle, the system immobilizes the engine and prevents the engine from being switched from the established immobilized state to a mobilized state even if the ID code included in the signal received from the mobile device matches the ID code registered in advance by invalidating the ID code of the mobile device.

In a vehicular anti-theft security system which includes a theft detection sensor that detects an abnormality of the vehicle associated with vehicle theft, and performs a theft preventing operation when the theft detection sensor detects the abnormality, an altitude measuring device is provided for measuring the altitude of the vehicle, and a controller restricts the theft preventing operation in the case where the altitude measuring device observes a specified change in the altitude of the vehicle within a specified period of time when the theft detection sensor detects the abnormality.
