A cooling assembly is connectable with a cold plate that comes into thermal contact with a heat source, and includes a first manifold, a second manifold, and a radiator. The first manifold causes a refrigerant having circulated through a first pipe to flow out from outflow ports toward the cold plate. In the second manifold, the refrigerant flowing into inflow ports from the cold plate circulates through a second pipe. In the radiator, the refrigerant having circulated through the second pipe circulates through the flow paths arranged side by side at intervals. Each of the first and second pipes opposes a portion of the radiator in the first direction.

A connector includes a flow path extending in an axial direction along a central axis, a body including a through hole extending in the axial direction, a pipe including a through hole extending in the axial direction, and a seal including a sealing material between the body and the pipe. The body includes a body-side opposing surface opposing the pipe. The pipe includes a pipe-side opposing surface opposing the body. The seal is between the body-side opposing surface and the pipe-side opposing surface. The seal includes a reservoir in which the sealing material collects between the body-side opposing surface and the pipe-side opposing surface.

A cooling device includes a first cooling section, a second cooling section, a first pump section, a second pump section, a branch section, a first flow path section, a second flow path section, a merging section, and a connection section. The branch section branches a refrigerant into two. The first flow path section connects the first cooling section and the first pump section, and one portion of the refrigerant passes through the first flow path section. The second flow path section connects the second cooling section and the second pump section, and another portion of the refrigerant passes through the second flow path section. The merging section merges the refrigerant having passed through each of the first flow path section and the second flow path section. The connection section connects the first and second flow path sections between the branch section and the merging section.

Cooling device

A cooling apparatus includes a cold plate made of a metal, a casing, a pump, a ground wire, and a conductive component. The pump includes a motor to drive an impeller, and a circuit board to control the motor. The circuit board is connected to the ground wire. The conductive component electrically connects the cold plate to the ground wire.

Cooling apparatus and cooling system

A liquid feeder includes a first casing with a flow path, and a pump. An upstream flow path located upstream of the pump and communicating with a pump inlet includes a first flow path, a second flow path, a third flow path, a fourth flow path, a fifth flow path, and a sixth flow path that are located on one side in a first direction, another side in the first direction, one side in a second direction, another side in the third direction, one side in the third direction, and another side in the third direction with respect to the pump inlet, respectively.

Liquid feeder and cooling unit

A tank includes a housing, a tank chamber inflow hole, a tank chamber outflow hole, and a protruding flow path. The housing includes a tank chamber. Liquid flows into the tank chamber from the tank chamber inflow hole. Liquid in the tank chamber flows out from the tank chamber outflow hole. The protruding flow path is connected to the tank chamber outflow hole, and protrudes into the tank chamber from the tank chamber outflow hole. With this arrangement, outflow of gas from the tank chamber through which liquid flows is suppressed.

Tank and cooling unit

A pump device includes a first pump, a second pump, and a casing. The first pump and the second pump are centrifugal pumps. The casing includes a first pump chamber in which the first pump is located and a second pump chamber in which the second pump is located. The first pump chamber includes a first bottom surface, a first side surface, a first inlet, and a first outlet. The first bottom surface is located on one side in the first direction with respect to a first motor of the first pump. The first side surface is connected to the first bottom surface and extends in the first direction. The first outlet is open with respect to the first side surface. The second pump chamber includes a second bottom surface, a second side surface, a second inlet, and a second outlet.

Pump device and cooling device

A cooling assembly includes a cold plate in contact with a heat generating component, a housing on one side of the cooling assembly in a first direction with respect to the cold plate, a first wall located between the housing and the cold plate, and a second wall separating a plate chamber defined by the housing and the first wall into a first plate chamber and a second plate chamber adjacent to each other in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction. The first wall includes a first through hole opposing the cold plate in the first plate chamber and a second through hole opposing the cold plate in the second plate chamber.

Cooling unit

A liquid feeder includes a pump which is prevented from idling, and a replenisher including a cylinder that is a bottomed tube including an opening on a side adjacent to a communication flow path, the opening being connected to the communication flow path, and that is capable of accommodating a liquid in at least a portion of the cylinder, a seal that is housed in the cylinder in a movable manner along the cylinder, and seals the liquid in the cylinder, and a pressurizer to pressurize the seal toward a pump chamber.

Liquid feeder

A heat dissipation device includes a first heat dissipator, a second heat dissipator, a first tank connected to one side of each of the first heat dissipator and the second heat dissipator in a first direction, and a second tank connected to another side in the first direction. A coolant flows through an inside of the first heat dissipator, the second heat dissipator, the first tank, and the second tank. The first tank includes a tank-side first outflow port through which the coolant flows out to a first cooling device, and a tank-side first inflow port through which the coolant from the first cooling device flows in. The second tank includes a tank-side second outflow port through which the coolant flows out to a second cooling device, and a tank-side second inflow port through which the coolant from the second cooling device flows in.

Heat dissipation device and cooling unit

A heat dissipation device includes a radiator, a first tank, and a pump assembly. The radiator cools liquid and extends in a first direction. The first tank is connected to the radiator, and the liquid passes through the first tank. The pump assembly is connected to the first tank and circulates the liquid flowing in from the first tank. The radiator includes a pipe through which the liquid passes. The pipe extends along the first direction. The pump assembly is located on one side in the first direction of the radiator. The pump assembly includes a first pump, a second pump, and a flow path portion. The first pump feeds and circulates the liquid. The second pump feeds and circulates the liquid. The flow path portion guides the liquid fed from the first pump and the second pump toward an outside of the pump assembly.

Heat dissipation device and cooling device

A cooling unit includes a cold plate extending in a horizontal direction, a tank defining a tank chamber that stores a refrigerant, the tank including an outer tank surface and an inner tank surface, and a pump defining a pump chamber, the pump including an outer pump surface and an inner pump surface. The pump chamber is spaced away from and outside of the tank chamber. A portion of the outer tank surface and a portion of the outer pump surface are directly adjacent to one another in the horizontal direction. The pump chamber accommodates a rotating body that transfers the refrigerant. An upper end of the tank chamber in a first direction perpendicular to the horizontal direction is positioned higher than an upper end of the pump chamber in the first direction.
