A reactor is provided with a coil including one winding portion, a magnetic core, a resin member for specifying mutual positions of the coil and the magnetic core, a case for accommodating an assembly including the coil, the magnetic core and the resin member, and a sealing resin portion to be filled into the case. The magnetic core includes a middle core portion to be arranged inside the winding portion, two side core portions to be arranged in parallel to the middle core portion outside the winding portion, and two end core portions connecting the middle core portion and the side core portions on both end parts of the winding portion. The case includes a side wall portion in the form of a rectangular frame for surrounding the assembly. The side wall portion includes a pair of long side parts and a pair of short side parts.

Reactor, converter and power conversion device

A reactor is provided with a coil including a pair of winding portions arranged in parallel, a magnetic core to be arranged inside and outside the winding portions, a holding member for specifying mutual positions of the coil and the magnetic core, a case for accommodating an assembly including the coil, the magnetic core and the holding member, and a sealing resin portion to be filled into the case. The case includes a bottom plate portion, the assembly being placed on the bottom plate portion, a side wall portion for surrounding the assembly, and an opening facing the bottom plate portion. The assembly is so accommodated into the case that an axial direction of each winding portion is along a depth direction of the case. The magnetic core includes an outer core portion to be arranged outside the winding portions and on the opening side.

Reactor

A reactor is provided with a coil including a pair of winding portions, a magnetic core to be arranged inside and outside the winding portions, a holding member for specifying mutual positions of the coil and the magnetic core, a case for accommodating an assembly including the coil, the magnetic core and the holding member, and a sealing resin portion to be filled into the case. The case includes a bottom plate portion on which the assembly is placed, a side wall portion for surrounding the assembly, and an opening facing the bottom plate portion. The side wall portion includes a pair of long side parts facing each other and a pair of short side parts facing each other. The assembly is so accommodated into the case that an axial direction of each winding portion is along a depth direction of the case.

A reactor includes an assembly of a coil and a magnetic core, a case for accommodating the assembly inside, a sealing resin portion for at least partially sealing the assembly by being filled into the case, and a supporting portion to be fixed to the case in a cantilever manner. The case includes a bottom plate portion, and a side wall portion. The side wall portion includes a pair of short side portions and a pair of long side portions having different lengths along a circumferential direction of the case. The supporting portion includes a fixed end to be fixed to an end surface of the short side portion of the side wall portion, an overlapping region configured to overlap the outer core portion from above, and a free end not to be fixed to the case.

A reactor is provided with a coil including a pair of winding portions arranged in parallel, a magnetic core to be arranged inside and outside the winding portions, a case for accommodating an assembly including the coil and the magnetic core, and a sealing resin portion to be filled into the case. The case includes a bottom plate portion on which the assembly is placed, a side wall portion for surrounding the assembly, and an opening facing the bottom plate portion and having a rectangular planar shape. The pair of winding portions are so arranged that a parallel direction is orthogonal to the bottom plate portion. The reactor includes a supporting member to be arranged along a short side direction of the opening. The supporting member includes end portions to be stopped in contact with facing inner surfaces of the side wall portion.

A reactor is provided with a coil including a pair of winding portions arranged in parallel, a magnetic core, a case for accommodating an assembly including the coil and the magnetic core, and a sealing resin portion to be filled into the case. The case includes a bottom plate portion, the assembly being placed on the bottom plate portion, a side wall portion constituted by a rectangular frame body for surrounding the assembly, and an opening provided on a side opposite to the bottom plate portion. The pair of winding portions are is orthogonal to the bottom plate portion. The side wall portion includes a pair of short side portions and a pair of long side portions. The short side portion or the long side portion includes a groove portion continuously provided from the opening side toward the bottom plate portion side and open inward of the case.

A reactor includes an assembly formed by assembling a coil and a magnetic core, a case for accommodating the assembly inside, a grip member for sandwiching the assembly from the bottom plate portion side and the opening side inside the case, and a screw member for fixing the grip member to the bottom plate portion by penetrating into the case from outside of the bottom plate portion. The grip member includes a first piece to be held in contact with a surface of the assembly on the opening side, a second piece to be held in contact with a surface of the assembly on the bottom plate portion side, and a third piece connecting the first piece and the second piece in a depth direction of the case.

A reactor is provided with a coil including a pair of winding portions arranged in parallel, a magnetic core to be arranged inside and outside the winding portions, a case for accommodating an assembly including the coil and the magnetic core, a leaf spring fitting for pressing the assembly toward an inner bottom surface of the case, and a sealing resin portion to be filled into the case. Each of the winding portions is so arranged that an arrangement direction of the winding portions is along a depth direction of the case. The case includes an opening having a rectangular planar shape. The leaf spring fitting is arranged in a state curved toward the inner bottom surface by having both end parts of the leaf spring fitting directly pressed against parts of inner wall surfaces of the case facing each other in a long side direction.

A reactor includes a coil having a winding portion; a magnetic core; and a case. The magnetic core includes a plurality of core pieces forming a closed magnetic circuit. The core pieces include two outer core pieces having a portion disposed outside the winding portion. The case includes a first and a second opposing faces are respectively opposed to outer edge faces of the outer core pieces, and a case inclined surface provided on at least one of the first and the second opposing faces. The case inclined surface is inclined such that a distance between the first opposing face and the second opposing face decreases from an opening side of the case toward an inner bottom face of the case, and a core inclined surface on the outer edge face side of the outer core piece is in surface contact with the case inclined surface.

A reactor includes a coil having a winding portion; a magnetic core including an inner core portion and an outer core portion disposed outside the winding portion; a resin cover housing at least a portion of the magnetic core; and an adhesive portion filling a gap between an outer circumferential surface of a housing portion of the magnetic core and an inner circumferential surface of the resin cover bonding the housing portion with the resin cover. The resin cover includes: a flange portion having a surface that comes into contact with an end face of the winding portion and a through hole; an outer cover portion having housing portion housing the outer core portion and an abutting portion that contacts a portion of the flange portion; and a protruding portion that forms the gap between an outer circumferential surface of the outer core portion.

A reactor includes an assembly, stored in a case, including a coil and a magnetic core; an insertion member, having a type A durometer hardness of 50 or higher, that is stored side-by-side with the assembly; and a sealing resin portion that fills the case. The case includes a bottom portion and a side wall portion. The insertion member includes a leading end portion separated from the bottom portion via a gap. A space formed between the assembly and the case and between the insertion member and the case includes a first region provided between the bottom portion and the leading end portion and a second region that is a region other than the first region. The sealing resin portion includes a first resin portion that fills the first region and a second resin portion that fills at least a portion of the second region.

A circuit structure includes a circuit board having a connection opening. An electronic component is mounted on a top surface side of the circuit board, and a plurality of bus bars are disposed on a bottom surface side thereof, the electronic component includes a plurality of connection terminals, and a connection terminal of the plurality of connection terminals is connected to a bus bar on the bottom surface side of the circuit board via the connection opening. The circuit structure includes a heat dissipation member provided on a side of the plurality of bus bars opposite to a surface on which the electronic component is connected, an insulating heat-transfer material having insulating properties and heat transferring properties, and a restricting member is provided between the plurality of bus bars and the heat dissipation member, and restricts movement of the insulating heat-transfer material caused by an increase in temperature.

Circuit structure and electrical junction box

A circuit structure that includes: an insulating heat transfer member that transfers heat from a bus bar to a heat dissipating member, is insulating, and is provided between the bus bar and the heat dissipating member; and a restricting member that restricts movement of the insulating heat transfer member that is caused by an increase in the temperature of the insulating heat transfer member, and is provided between the bus bar and the heat dissipating member. The restricting member is provided with heat transfer openings for bringing the insulating heat transfer member into contact with the bus bar, and, the insulating heat transfer memberhas a smaller area than an opening area of the heat transfer openings, in a state of being in contact with the bus bar.

A coil assembly includes a coil unit in which a coil obtained by winding a winding wire is disposed around a magnetic core, a coil case that accommodates the coil unit, and a potting material with which an inside of the coil case is filled, and the coil case has an elastic fixing portion that is attachable to a resin member to which the coil case is to be fixed. The above-described configuration makes it possible to provide a coil assembly that is unlikely to crack and generate abnormal noises.

A circuit structure includes a circuit board mounted with electronic components, a heat release member overlaid by the circuit board and releasing heat of the circuit board, a screw screwing the circuit board to the heat release member, and a spacer on which an insertion hole is formed to insert a shaft portion of the screw and the spacer is arranged between the circuit board and the screw to receive the screw. The spacer includes a board presser pressing the circuit board and a heat release member presser pressing the heat release member when the circuit board is screwed to the heat release member.
