Provided is a maintenance system of an ink jet recording device which appropriately maintains an ink jet head and efficiently processes a job. In an ink jet recording device that acquires a job relevant to image recording and sequentially executes the job, the ejection state of the ink jet head is detected before the next job is executed. The ejection abnormality level of the ink jet head is determined on the basis of the detection result. A maintenance execution criterion which is set in advance refers to, and the necessity of maintenance of the ink jet head is determined from the determination result of the ejection abnormality level. In a case where maintenance is required, the ink jet head is maintained before the next job is executed. On the other hand, in a case where maintenance is not required, the next job is performed.

Maintenance system of ink jet recording device

A head cleaning apparatus is configured to move relatively along a nozzle surface of a droplet ejection head to clean the nozzle surface. The head cleaning apparatus includes: a web configured to wipe the nozzle surface; a web driving unit configured to cause the web to travel; a pair of rigid body pressing members configured to press both end portions of the web in a width direction to the nozzle surface; an elastic body pressing member provided between the pair of rigid body pressing members and provided to further protrude to a nozzle surface side than the pair of rigid body pressing members, the elastic body pressing member being configured to press a center portion of the web in the width direction to the nozzle surface; and a support member configured to support the pair of rigid body pressing members and the elastic body pressing member.

Head cleaning apparatus and droplet ejection apparatus

The X-ray imaging system includes an X-ray source, a console, an X-ray controller for controlling an operation of the X-ray source according to X-ray control parameters set by the console, and an X-ray detector for detecting X-ray radiated from the X-ray source and transmitted through a subject and thereby outputting an image signal of an X-ray image of the subject. The console includes an input unit for entering the X-ray control parameters, which are information for controlling the operations of the X-ray source and a controller for holding setting range information representing an allowable range of values of the X-ray control parameters and making a judgment as to whether values of the entered X-ray control parameters are settable values according to the setting range information and informing an user of the console of the judgment.

X-ray imaging system

Feeding roller pairs are respectively constituted of a capstan roller and a nip roller. The nip roller is movable between a nip position and a release position. When movement timing of the nip rollers overlap, a pulse motor for moving the nip rollers is successively driven. For example, a drive-pulse speed for the pulse motor is detected at the moment that the downstream nip roller is moved to the nip position (at the moment that a predetermined time has passed after detecting a recording-paper sheet with a position sensor). And then, the drive-pulse speed is changed in accordance with the detected drive-pulse speed to drive the pulse motor at a prescribed speed.

Feeding method and apparatus for sheet-shaped recording material

Operating speed of an image recording apparatus is optimized within the range in which throughput capacity is not decreased, and exposure processing can be performed so that uneven exposure is not generated in a photosensitive material. When operation causing the photosensitive material to be in a nip state or a nip released state is performed during scanning exposure of the photosensitive material with a light beam, assuming that a maximum value of ascent/descent speed is set to W when each roller comes into contact with the photosensitive material or separates from the photosensitive material, an exposure angle is set to &#x3b8;, and exposure feeding linear speed is set to V, a drive controlling section sets the ascent/descent speed W to a value determined from an equation of W=V&#xd7;0.004/tan &#x3b8; and performs moving action.

Image recording apparatus

An image recording apparatus in which a photosensitive material is rewound into a magazine while maintaining a predetermined disposition. Prior to rewinding of the photosensitive material, a distance between concave portions of guide members which constitute a guide portion is set to be substantially equal to the photosensitive material width and a nipping state between a pair of pulling-out rollers is cancelled. Because the nipping state is cancelled, the photosensitive material can be displaced in a width direction. Therefore, the photosensitive material can be rewound into the magazine while maintaining the predetermined disposition, and any skew is corrected by the concave portions of the guide members.
