A laser device includes a condensing assembly for condensing laser light output from a laser oscillator and a cover for accommodating the condensing assembly, the cover including protection windows permeable to the laser light on an optical path of the laser light. The protection windows include at least one first protection window having a positive refractive index temperature coefficient and at least one second protection window having a negative refractive index temperature coefficient, the at least one first protection window and the at least one second protection window being arranged along the optical path of the laser light.

A rotor blade includes: a blade main body having a tip as an upstream end in a rotation direction, and a blade surface in contact with the tip and which is an upstream surface in a flow direction of a work fluid; and an erosion shield formed as a cladding portion using laser welding on the tip and the blade surface. A boundary between the blade main body and the erosion shield is shaped to approach a surface opposite the blade surface from an end facing the blade surface towards the tip. The boundary includes a first arc that includes the end facing the blade surface and a second arc closer towards the tip than the first arc. The first arc is convex towards an inside of the blade main body and the second arc is convex towards an outside of the blade main body.

A nozzle as a welded structure includes a nozzle body, and a buckling prevention fin joined to the nozzle body by laser welding, in which an end of the buckling prevention fin before laser welding is disposed to face the nozzle body, an installed state of the nozzle body and the buckling prevention fin includes an installed state in which a gap is formed between the nozzle body and the buckling prevention fin, and the buckling prevention fin has a beveled portion which is beveled at the end facing the nozzle body.

Welded structure, laser welding method, and laser welding device

A management method of a powder supply head in which supplied cladding metal is stabilized, and a method and apparatus for forming an erosion shield. The powder supply head has a double tube that supplies the cladding metal to a cladding portion and includes an inner tube that sprays a cladding metal used for cladding by welding and an outer tube that concentrically overlaps the inner tube and sprays a shielding air. The method including: spraying the cladding metal from the powder supply head to a test region; measuring a width of the cladding metal sprayed onto the test region; in a case where the measured width of the cladding metal is an allowance or smaller, determining that the powder supply head is usable, and in a case where the measured width of the cladding metal is greater than the allowance, determining that the powder supply head is unusable.

Movable vacuum welding device

Provided is a method of manufacturing a superconducting accelerator cavity in which a plurality of half cells having opening portions (equator portions and iris portions) at both ends thereof in an axial direction are placed one after another in the axial direction, contact portions where the corresponding opening portions come into contact with each other are joined by welding, and thus, a superconducting accelerator cavity is manufactured, the half cells to be joined are arranged so that the axial direction thereof extends in a vertical direction; and concave portions that are concave towards an outer side are also formed at inner circumferential surfaces located below the contact portions of the half cells positioned at a bottom; and the contact portions are joined from outside by penetration welding.
